Abstract
The invention discloses a data acquisition method, a data acquisition device, a data acquisition system, a data processing device and electronic equipment. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: receiving data uploaded by a data acquisition device; if the identity of the data acquisition device is the first identity, identifying target equipment according to the data, wherein the target equipment is equipment accessed by the data acquisition device; and configuring the data acquisition device according to the identified target equipment. According to the invention, a universal data acquisition device is connected to the equipment, so that the problem that the data acquisition device is easy to be mistakenly matched with the equipment during production and installation is avoided; after the universal data acquisition device is accessed to the equipment, the data acquisition device is subjected to targeted configuration through data interaction between the data acquisition device and the data processing device, so that the configured data acquisition device can meet the data acquisition requirement of the accessed equipment, the generalization of the data acquisition device when leaving the factory is realized, and targeted data acquisition can be performed on different equipment.

Technical Field

Background
With the continuous development of the internet of things, the technology of the internet of things is gradually applied to various industries, and the equipment touch screen of different industries becomes a necessary path for big data development. The processing mode of accessing the product equipment (or simply equipment) to the internet of things is as follows: the equipment is matched with the data acquisition device, the data acquisition device uploads the acquired data to the server through the network, and the server receives, analyzes and stores the equipment data to finally realize the data acquisition of the equipment.
However, some problems still exist in the development process of accessing the equipment into the internet of things:

Aiming at the problem that the data acquisition device in the prior art cannot be generalized, an effective solution is not provided at present.

The embodiment provides a data acquisition method, which can realize the generalization of a data acquisition device. The data acquisition method may be performed by a data processing apparatus. The data processing device may be a server, a host computer, or the like.

s101, receiving data uploaded by a data acquisition device;
and S102, if the identity of the data acquisition device is the first identity, identifying target equipment according to the data, wherein the target equipment is equipment accessed by the data acquisition device.

The identities of the data collection devices in this embodiment include: the first identity is an identity of the data acquisition device when the data acquisition device leaves a factory, and the data acquisition device is universal when the data acquisition device leaves the factory, and can access any device with a data acquisition requirement, and perform data acquisition and upload on the accessed device according to a universal data acquisition and processing logic, for example, the first identity can be set to be universal (or referred to as unconfigured). The second identity is an identity after the data acquisition device is configured according to the accessed device, and the configured data acquisition device can perform specific data acquisition and uploading for the accessed device, for example, the second identity may be set to be configured (or referred to as being commercialized).
In the case that the identity of the data acquisition device is the first identity, the data uploaded by the data acquisition device is used for identifying the target device, that is, for identifying what device the data acquisition device accesses. After the data acquisition device is connected to the equipment and the equipment is started to operate, the data acquisition device can start to acquire and upload data. The data uploaded by the data acquisition device in the first identity state may be data acquired by the data acquisition device, or may be data specifically set for the identification device.
After the configuration is completed, the identity of the data acquisition device is updated and commercialized, and the data acquisition device in the second identity can perform specific data acquisition and upload for the accessed equipment. That is to say, after the configuration of the data acquisition device is completed, the data acquisition device can acquire the data of the equipment and upload the data to the data processing device according to the data acquisition requirement of the accessed equipment, and the data processing device completes the data analysis and storage to realize the data acquisition of the equipment.
After receiving the data uploaded by the data acquisition device, if the identity of the data acquisition device is the second identity, the received data can be directly analyzed.
In the data acquisition method of this embodiment, data uploaded by a data acquisition device is received, and if the identity of the data acquisition device is the first identity, a target device is identified according to the data, and the data acquisition device is configured according to the identified target device, where the target device is a device to which the data acquisition device accesses. In an alternative embodiment, identifying the target device based on the data includes: and determining the equipment specific information from the data according to a preset rule, and identifying the equipment specific information to determine the target equipment. The preset rule is a specific rule for identifying the target device according to the data. The embodiment identifies the equipment according to the preset rule, can automatically determine the equipment accessed by the data acquisition device, and is convenient for subsequent targeted configuration of the data acquisition device.
The preset rule may include at least one device identification rule, where the device identification rule corresponds to a device, and the device identification rule may include: device specific information determination means and reference information. Different devices can use the same device specific information determination mode, but the corresponding reference information is different, so that the devices can be distinguished, and the identification of the devices is further realized. After receiving the data uploaded by the data acquisition device, if the identity of the data acquisition device is the first identity, the data acquisition device can sequentially judge according to the identification rules of the devices so as to determine the target device.
Specifically, determining device specific information from the data according to a preset rule, and identifying the device specific information to determine the target device includes: determining device specific information from the data according to current device identification rules; judging whether the equipment specific information is consistent with the reference information in the current equipment identification rule; if the current equipment identification rule is consistent with the equipment identification rule, determining equipment corresponding to the current equipment identification rule as target equipment; and if the current equipment identification rule is inconsistent with the equipment identification rule, identifying the target equipment according to the next equipment identification rule.
Wherein the device specific information and the reference information are corresponding concepts. The reference information is pre-stored information corresponding to the device for distinguishing the device from other devices, and the distinction can be determined according to the type of the device or the data acquisition requirement. The device specific information is information determined from data uploaded by the data acquisition device, and if the device specific information is consistent with the reference information, the current device is indicated to be matched with the current device identification rule, so that what the current device is can be determined, and the configuration of the data acquisition device can be performed for the device. The device specific information may be determined in a variety of ways, such as reading the content of a specified field in the data uploaded by the data acquisition device, or performing a check calculation according to the content of a specified field in the data uploaded by the data acquisition device.
In practical application, the device identification rules may be packaged into device identification plug-ins, and the device identification is performed by calling the device identification plug-ins, specifically, each device identification rule may be respectively packaged into a device identification plug-in, each device identification plug-in is called one by one to perform identification when identifying the device, and when the device specific information determined in the data uploaded from the data acquisition device is consistent with the reference information in the device identification plug-in, the corresponding target device may be determined. If the target equipment cannot be identified according to the data uploaded by the data acquisition device, it is indicated that the data uploaded by the data acquisition device cannot be identified by the data processing device, at this time, prompt information can be output to prompt operation and maintenance personnel to judge whether the program is abnormal or the equipment which cannot be identified is accessed, so as to perform targeted processing according to actual conditions. Specifically, if the message theme is set, the data can be pushed to the message theme which cannot be identified under the condition that the target device cannot be identified according to the data uploaded by the data acquisition device, so that the output of the prompt message is realized.
In an alternative embodiment, configuring the data acquisition device according to the identified target device includes: the data acquisition program corresponding to the target equipment is sent to the data acquisition device, so that the data acquisition device installs the data acquisition program; receiving an installation completion message sent by a data acquisition device; and updating the identity of the new data acquisition device to be a second identity.
The data acquisition program of the equipment is a program for acquiring the data characteristics of the equipment aiming at the equipment. As shown in fig. 3, the flow chart for device registration includes the following steps:
s301, a user logs in a server cloud management platform, defines equipment, and fills and submits equipment attribute information such as equipment name, equipment model, equipment use object and the like.
And S302, uploading a device identification plug-in to a server cloud management platform, wherein the device identification plug-in is mainly used for identifying target devices according to data reported by the data acquisition device with the first identity.
And S303, uploading a data acquisition program of the equipment to a server cloud management platform, wherein the data acquisition program is an equipment data characteristic acquisition program.
S304, creating a message theme specific to the equipment.
Before the data acquisition device is applied to equipment, the equipment attribute information can be input, and the equipment identification plug-in and the equipment data acquisition program can be uploaded through the server cloud management platform. After the information is submitted, the server cloud management platform automatically generates a message theme (topic) corresponding to the equipment so as to complete equipment registration.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic data processing diagram of a data acquisition device includes the following parts: data acquisition, data identity recognition, data message middleware and a data analysis layer.
Data acquisition refers to the data acquisition device acquiring the data of the equipment accessed by the data acquisition device.
The data identification refers to a process of identifying specific equipment accessed by the data acquisition device according to data uploaded by the data acquisition device, performing targeted configuration on the data acquisition device, and normally acquiring data after the configuration is completed. The data identification comprises the following steps: equipment identification service, general data acquisition device upgrade service and equipment data access service. Specifically, the device identification service is mainly responsible for identifying the specific device accessed by the data acquisition device according to the data uploaded by the data acquisition device under the condition that the identity of the data acquisition device is a first identity; the universal data acquisition device upgrading service is mainly responsible for issuing a corresponding data acquisition program to the data acquisition device so as to complete remote upgrading. The equipment data access service is mainly responsible for pushing data uploaded by a data acquisition device which is already commercialized to a corresponding message theme.
The data message middleware comprises at least one message theme, such as a multi-split air conditioner product data message theme, a hot water machine product data message theme, a screw machine product data message theme and the like. Each message topic is used to store corresponding device data.
The data analysis layer comprises at least one data analysis program, such as multi-split air conditioner product data analysis, hot water machine product data analysis, screw machine product data analysis and the like. Each data analysis program is subscribed with a corresponding message topic, and the data analysis program is used for analyzing data under the subscribed message topic.
As shown in fig. 5, a data processing flow chart of the data acquisition device, taking a server as the data processing device as an example, includes the following steps:
s501, the data acquisition device is installed on the equipment, and reports data to the server when the equipment is detected to be started for the first time, and the data can be uploaded in a transparent transmission mode. Specifically, when the device operation flag is detected or a large amount of data is detected on the communication bus, the device may be powered on and started.
S502, when the server receives the data, the server judges whether the identity of the data acquisition device is configured, if so, the S506 is entered, and if not, the S503 is entered.
S503, if the identity of the data acquisition device is not configured, calling an equipment identification plug-in to identify equipment according to the uploaded data, and judging whether the specific equipment can be identified or not, if so, entering S504, and if not, entering S508.
S504, when the specific equipment is identified, the data acquisition program corresponding to the equipment is obtained, and the data acquisition program is sent to the data acquisition device.
And S505, after the data acquisition program is downloaded by the data acquisition device, the local program is upgraded, after the upgrade is completed, the data acquisition device is calibrated to be commercialized, then specific data acquisition can be performed according to the actual data acquisition requirement of the equipment, and the acquired equipment data is uploaded to a server.
S506, when the server receives the data uploaded by the commercialized data acquisition device, the server pushes the received data to a corresponding message theme in the data message middleware.
And S507, the corresponding data analysis program draws data from the data message middleware, analyzes the data and stores the data into a database.
And S508, if the specific equipment cannot be identified, the data uploaded by the data acquisition device is identified by the server, and at the moment, the data is pushed to an unidentifiable message theme to prompt operation and maintenance personnel to judge whether the program is abnormal or the data is accessed to the unidentifiable equipment so as to perform targeted processing according to actual conditions.
In the generalized data acquisition scheme based on the internet of things, the identity of the data acquisition device when leaving the factory is the first identity, the data acquisition device can be installed on equipment needing to be connected with the internet, data interaction is carried out through the data acquisition device and a server, the server identifies the equipment accessed by the data acquisition device, and a corresponding data acquisition program is issued to the data acquisition device, so that the data acquisition device can be remotely upgraded, and after the data acquisition device is upgraded, the data acquisition device can carry out acquisition work according to the actual data acquisition requirement of the equipment. Therefore, the universalization of the data acquisition device when leaving the factory can be met, the targeted data acquisition can be performed on different devices, the characteristic acquisition of the device data is realized, the universalization of the data acquisition device of different Internet of things devices is realized, the materials of the data acquisition device are unified and convenient to manage, the die design is omitted, and the production cost is saved.

Based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiment provides a data processing apparatus, which can be used to implement the data acquisition method described in the first embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a data processing apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the data processing apparatus includes:

Optionally, the identification module 62 includes: and the identification unit is used for determining the equipment specific information from the data according to a preset rule and identifying the equipment specific information so as to determine the target equipment.
Optionally, the preset rule includes at least one device identification rule. The recognition unit includes:
a determining subunit, configured to determine device-specific information from the data according to a current device identification rule;
a judging subunit, configured to judge whether the device specific information is consistent with reference information in the current device identification rule;
the processing subunit is used for determining the equipment corresponding to the current equipment identification rule as target equipment if the equipment is consistent with the current equipment identification rule; and if the device identification rules are not consistent, identifying the target device according to the next device identification rule.
Optionally, the first configuration module 63 includes:
the issuing unit is used for issuing the data acquisition program corresponding to the target equipment to the data acquisition device so that the data acquisition device installs the data acquisition program;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving an installation completion message sent by the data acquisition device;
and the updating unit is used for updating the identity of the data acquisition device into a second identity.
Optionally, the data processing apparatus further includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the equipment attribute information, the equipment identification rule and the data acquisition program of the equipment to be networked before receiving the data uploaded by the data acquisition device;
and the storage module is used for storing the corresponding relation among the equipment attribute information, the equipment identification rule and the data acquisition program.
Optionally, the data processing apparatus further includes: and the setting module is used for setting a message theme corresponding to the equipment to be networked before receiving the data uploaded by the data acquisition device.
Optionally, the data processing apparatus further includes:
the determining module is used for determining a message theme corresponding to the target equipment under the condition that the identity of the data acquisition device is a second identity;
and the pushing module is used for pushing the data uploaded by the data acquisition device to the message theme so as to enable the data analysis program subscribed to the message theme to carry out data analysis.
The data processing device can execute the method on the data processing device side provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. the installation unit is used for installing a data acquisition program;
and the sending unit is used for sending the installation completion message to the data processing device.
The data acquisition device can execute the method on the data acquisition device side provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For details of the technique not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to the method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention.

According to the data acquisition system, the identity and the function of the data acquisition device can be changed, and the universal data acquisition device is connected to the equipment, so that the problem that the data acquisition device is easy to be mistakenly matched with the equipment during production and installation is solved; after the universal data acquisition device is accessed to the equipment, the data acquisition device is subjected to targeted configuration through data interaction of the data acquisition device and the data processing device, so that the configured data acquisition device can meet the data acquisition requirements of the accessed equipment, the actual acquisition requirements of different equipment data can be met through targeted configuration of the universal data acquisition device, the universality of the data acquisition device when leaving a factory is realized, and targeted data acquisition can be carried out on different equipment.
As shown in fig. 8, taking an air conditioning product as an example, the device in the data acquisition system includes: the top air-out multi-split unit 11, the side air-out multi-split unit 12 and the screw machine 13, wherein the top air-out multi-split unit 11 is connected to the data acquisition device 21, the side air-out multi-split unit 12 is connected to the data acquisition device 22, and the screw machine 13 is connected to the data acquisition device 23. The data acquisition devices 21, 22 and 23 can perform data interaction with the server 32 through the base station 31. The data acquisition devices 21, 22, and 23 are all the same general data acquisition devices at the time of shipment, and by configuration, the data acquisition devices 21, 22, and 23 respectively perform data acquisition for the devices that are connected to them.

The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the data acquisition method as described in the first embodiment above, or implements the data acquisition method as described in the second embodiment above.

The present embodiment provides an electronic device, including: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to implement the data acquisition method as described in the first embodiment or to implement the data acquisition method as described in the second embodiment.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.

Claims (14)
1. A method of data acquisition, comprising:
receiving data uploaded by a data acquisition device;
if the identity of the data acquisition device is a first identity, identifying target equipment according to the data, wherein the target equipment is equipment accessed by the data acquisition device;
and configuring the data acquisition device according to the identified target equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein identifying a target device from the data comprises:
and determining equipment specific information from the data according to a preset rule, and identifying the equipment specific information to determine the target equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the preset rule comprises at least one device identification rule;
determining device specific information from the data according to a preset rule, and identifying the device specific information to determine the target device, including:
determining said device specific information from said data according to current device identification rules;
judging whether the equipment specific information is consistent with the reference information in the current equipment identification rule;
if the current equipment identification rule is consistent with the target equipment, determining the equipment corresponding to the current equipment identification rule as the target equipment;
and if the current equipment identification rule is inconsistent with the equipment identification rule, identifying the target equipment according to the next equipment identification rule.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein configuring the data acquisition device according to the identified target device comprises:
sending a data acquisition program corresponding to the target equipment to the data acquisition device so that the data acquisition device installs the data acquisition program;
receiving an installation completion message sent by the data acquisition device;
and updating the identity of the data acquisition device to a second identity.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to receiving the data uploaded by the data acquisition device:
acquiring equipment attribute information, equipment identification rules and a data acquisition program of equipment to be networked;
and storing the corresponding relation among the equipment attribute information, the equipment identification rule and the data acquisition program.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising, prior to receiving the data uploaded by the data acquisition device:
and setting a message theme corresponding to the equipment to be networked.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein in the case that the identity of the data acquisition device is the second identity, further comprising:
determining a message theme corresponding to the target equipment;
and pushing the data uploaded by the data acquisition device to the message topic so as to enable a data analysis program subscribed to the message topic to carry out data analysis.
8. A method of data acquisition, comprising:
uploading data to a data processing device, so that the data processing device identifies target equipment according to the data under the condition that the identity of a data acquisition device is a first identity, wherein the target equipment is equipment accessed by the data acquisition device;
and configuring according to the information issued by the data processing device.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein configuring according to information issued by the data processing apparatus comprises:
receiving a data acquisition program issued by the data processing device;
installing the data acquisition program;
and sending an installation completion message to the data processing device.
10. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the data uploaded by the data acquisition device;
the identification module is used for identifying target equipment according to the data if the identity of the data acquisition device is a first identity, wherein the target equipment is equipment accessed by the data acquisition device;
and the first configuration module is used for configuring the data acquisition device according to the identified target equipment.
11. A data acquisition device, comprising:
the data processing device comprises an uploading module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the uploading module is used for uploading data to the data processing device so as to enable the data processing device to identify target equipment according to the data under the condition that the identity of the data acquisition device is a first identity, and the target equipment is equipment accessed by the data acquisition device;
and the second configuration module is used for configuring according to the information issued by the data processing device.
12. An electronic device, comprising: the data acquisition device of claim 11.
13. A data acquisition system, comprising: a data processing device and at least one piece of equipment, each piece of equipment having a data acquisition device attached thereto, the data acquisition device being in communication with the data processing device, the data processing device being the data processing device of claim 10, the data acquisition device being the data acquisition device of claim 11.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out a data acquisition method as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 7, or carries out a data acquisition method as set forth in claim 8 or 9.
