Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a cover plate covering and uncovering comparison according to another embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 7, as can be seen from fig. 1 to 5, a metal sheet conductive head 520 is disposed on the cover plate 500 for abutting against the triggering structure 411 or the alarm triggering structure 412; when the cover plate 500 covers the fixing member 414, the metal sheet conductive head 520 abuts against the triggering structure 411 and the alarm triggering structure 412 at the same time, and the triggering structure 411 and the alarm triggering structure 412 are electrically connected through the metal sheet conductive head 520; when the cover plate 500 is separated from the fixing member 414, the metal sheet conductive head 520 is separated from the triggering structure 411 and the alarm triggering structure 412, and the triggering structure 411 and the alarm triggering structure 412 are disconnected, it is determined that the preset requirement is met and the display device 100 sends an alarm.
Taking the case that the metal sheet conductive head 520 abuts against the triggering structure 411 and the alarm triggering structure 412 at the same time as an example, in fig. 7, the upper diagram is a state diagram when the cover plate 500 is covered with the shielding fixing member 414; the next figure is a state diagram when the cover plate 500 is opened to expose the fixing element 414, when the cover plate 500 is closed and the fixing element 414 is shielded, the metal sheet conductive head 520 of the cover plate 500 abuts against the alarm triggering structure 412 and the triggering structure 411 at the same time, and the triggering structure 411 and the alarm triggering structure 412 are electrically connected; when the cover 500 is opened and the fixing member 414 is exposed, the conductive metal sheet head 520 is separated from the alarm triggering structure 412 and the triggering structure 411 at the same time, and the triggering structure 411 and the alarm triggering structure 412 are disconnected.
In the alarm related design of the present embodiment, whether to alarm or not is determined by detecting the electrical conduction relationship among the first contact 210, the second contact 220, the third contact 230, the trigger structure 411 and the alarm trigger structure 412, or the display panel 300 is controlled to display a corresponding alarm picture; specifically, the detection can be independently completed through the layout of the circuit, can be performed through a control chip, and can also be performed through adding a logic circuit, wherein when the logic circuit judges that five points among the first contact 210, the second contact 220, the third contact 230, the trigger structure 411 and the alarm trigger structure 412 are mutually conducted, the rear shell is installed on the back plate; when the alarm triggering structure 412 is disconnected from the triggering structure 411, if the first contact 210, the second contact 220 and the triggering structure 411 are conducted with each other (at this time, the rear case 420 is mounted on the back plate 430), the main circuit of the printed circuit board 200 is conducted to control the display device 100 to send an alarm or control the display panel 300 to display a corresponding alarm picture; if the first contact 210, the second contact 220 and the trigger structure 411 are not conducted with each other (at this time, the rear case 420 is detached or loosened from the back plate 430), the main circuit of the pcb 200 is disconnected.
Specifically, the alarm triggering structure 412 or the triggering structure 411 is a conductive structure, a gap is formed between the alarm triggering structure 412 and the triggering structure 411, the alarm triggering structure 412 and the triggering structure 411 are not communicated, that is, the alarm triggering structure 412 and the triggering structure 411 need to be communicated through a metal sheet conductive head 520 to be electrically communicated.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of another display device according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 8, it can be seen from fig. 1 to 7 that, in addition to the effect of preventing the display device 100 from being disassembled, alarming when the display device 100 is disassembled, and powering off after the disassembly, if the disassembly condition can be recorded, the subsequent maintenance and other work will be greatly facilitated, and therefore, the present application can also record the disassembly of the display device 100, that is, the display device 100 further includes a recording component 700, the recording component 700 is electrically connected to the printed circuit board 200, and the recording component 700 is used for recording the electrical conduction information on the printed circuit board 200. In the maintenance process of the display device 100, the user may disassemble and maintain the display device without permission, which may cause damage to the electrical components inside the display device 100, and when the display device is sent to a professional maintenance place, the user may not determine whether the display device is damaged due to the user disassembling without permission, which may cause a maintenance dispute; further, the specific disassembly date and disassembly state can be determined by recording the disassembly time and the disassembly condition, and whether the display device 100 is disassembled privately before being sent to maintenance or not is judged.
Therefore, in order to record the disassembly time and the disassembly condition of the display device 100, the display device 100 further comprises a recording component 700, the recording component 700 is installed in the display device 100 and electrically connected with the printed circuit board 200 for recording the electrical conduction condition on the printed circuit board 200, and since the conduction state of the main circuit of the printed circuit board 200 is variable, if the recording component 700 is directly powered by the mains power of the printed circuit board 200, a large amount of missing of the disassembly record will be caused; therefore, the display device 100 of the present application may be provided with a BIOS battery or a separate battery dedicated to the recording unit 700, and when the battery is powered, the display device 100 may record the detachment status even though the display device 100 is not operating, and record the detachment status (including the detachment time and the display device 100 status) in the situation history register. Maintenance personnel can judge the specific disassembly condition of the display device 100 by checking the disassembly information recorded by the recording component 700, and maintenance disputes caused by incapability of judging disassembly time are effectively avoided. The logging component 700 can also be any type of device that can implement logging, such as a log table, a counter, and the like.
In addition, in practical application, when the cover plate 500 is disposed on the detachable component 410 of the display device 100, the anti-detachment label is attached to the top of the fixing member 414, when the display device 100 is detached, the cover plate 500 is detached from the rear case 420 first, and at this time, the display device 100 is lightened or generates a sound to warn a detacher to perform the first anti-detachment warning. After the dismantler dismantles apron 500, mounting 414 can expose, and at this moment, the anti-disassembly label of applying on mounting 414 can carry out anti-disassembly warning once more to the dismantler, like this, through carrying out the multiple warning of preventing tearing open, plays further warning effect to the dismantler, avoids the user to dismantle privately, improves display device 100's the effect of preventing tearing open.
In addition, more than one detachable assembly 410 can be provided, and each fixing member 414 can be provided with the cover plate 500, so that the disassembly prevention, the disassembly reminding and the disassembly condition recording of a plurality of different detachable assemblies 410 of the display device 100 can be realized.
Specifically, the detachable component 410 may be at least one of a rear case 420, a front frame (not shown), a back plate 430 and a supporting structure (not shown), a cover plate 500 may be disposed in the display device 100 corresponding to the rear case 420 to cover the fixing member 414 of the rear case 420, and a position of the front frame may be provided with an adaptive cover plate 500 or other components to achieve corresponding effects; while the state change of each detachable component 410 needs to be associated with the electrical conduction condition of the printed circuit board 200 to detect the detachment condition, the specific embodiment may refer to the embodiment disclosed in the present application, which is exemplified by the rear case 420, and other designs may be made as long as the design conforms to the technical idea of the present application, so as to solve the technical problem of the present application, and achieve the technical effect of the present application. By the design, records of different components, different disassembling point positions and disassembling processes in the display device 100 can be realized, accurate judgment of maintenance personnel on the fault condition of the display device 100 in the maintenance process is ensured, maintenance disputes are avoided, and maintenance time is shortened as much as possible.
For example, the detachable component 410 of the present application may also be a front frame, and the front frame is detachably connected to the supporting structure, and the specific implementation manner is similar to the embodiment of the rear case 420 and the back plate 430, which is not described in detail herein.
Even more, the detachable component 410 of the present application may be a screw electrically connected to a contact of the printed circuit board 200, when the screw is normally mounted on the housing 400, the main circuit on the printed circuit board 200 is electrically conducted, and when the screw is detached, the main circuit on the printed circuit board 200 is electrically disconnected; in this case, the screw may be made of a non-conductive material as a whole, and only the contact surface of the screw and the printed circuit board 200 is provided with a conductor or coated with a conductive coating.
It should be noted that the inventive concept of the present application can form many embodiments, but the present application has a limited space and cannot be listed one by one, so that, on the premise of no conflict, any combination between the above-described embodiments or technical features can form a new embodiment, and after the embodiments or technical features are combined, the original technical effect will be enhanced.

Claims (10)

1. A display device, comprising:
a housing;
a display panel disposed within the housing;
the printed circuit board is arranged in the shell, is electrically connected with the display panel and supplies power to the display panel;
the shell comprises a detachable component which is detachably connected with the shell;
the printed circuit board disconnects the power to the display panel when the detachable assembly is detached from the housing.

The display device according to claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a back plate and a rear shell, the detachable component is the rear shell, and the rear shell is detachably connected with the back plate; the printed circuit board is provided with a first contact and a second contact, and the rear shell is provided with a trigger structure;
when the rear shell and the back plate are fixed together, the first contact and the second contact are electrically connected through the trigger structure, and the main circuit of the printed circuit board is conducted; when the rear shell and the back plate are detached and separated, the first contact and the second contact are disconnected, and the main circuit of the printed circuit board is not conducted so as to disconnect the power supply of the display panel.

The display device according to claim 2, wherein the rear housing is provided with a fixing member for detachably connecting the rear housing and the back plate; the display device further comprises a cover plate, and the cover plate is connected with the rear shell and used for covering the fixing piece.
4. The display device according to claim 3, wherein the printed circuit board further comprises a third contact, the rear case is further provided with an alarm triggering structure, the display device detects the conduction condition of the first contact, the second contact, the third contact, the triggering structure and the alarm triggering structure, and when the conduction condition meets a preset requirement, the display device sends out alarm information.
5. A display device according to claim 4, wherein the cover plate is provided with a protrusion for abutting against the triggering mechanism or the alarm triggering mechanism;
when the cover plate covers and shields the fixing piece, the protrusion is abutted against the trigger structure or the alarm trigger structure, and the trigger structure is disconnected with the alarm trigger structure; when the cover plate is separated from the fixing piece, the protrusion is separated from the trigger structure or the alarm trigger structure, the trigger structure is electrically connected with the alarm trigger structure, and then the preset requirement is judged to be met and the display device gives an alarm.
6. The display device according to claim 4, wherein the cover plate is provided with a metal sheet conductive head for abutting against the triggering structure or the alarm triggering structure;
when the cover plate covers the fixing piece, the metal sheet conductive head is abutted to the triggering structure and the alarm triggering structure at the same time, and the triggering structure and the alarm triggering structure are electrically connected through the metal sheet conductive head; when the cover plate is separated from the fixing piece, the metal sheet conductive head is separated from the trigger structure and the alarm trigger structure, the trigger structure and the alarm trigger structure are disconnected, the preset requirements are met, and the display device sends out alarm information.
7. A display device according to claim 3, wherein the rear housing is provided with a recess, the recess having a shape matching the shape of the cover plate; the fixing piece is arranged at the bottom of the groove, and the cover plate is embedded into the groove to shield the fixing piece.
8. The display device according to claim 3, further comprising an elastic member, wherein the rear housing is elastically connected to the cover plate via the elastic member for restoring the cover plate.

The display device according to claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises a front frame, the detachable component is a support structure, and the support structure is detachably connected with the front frame; the printed circuit board is provided with a first contact and a second contact, and the supporting structure is provided with a triggering structure;
when the front frame and the supporting structure are fixed together, the first contact and the second contact are electrically connected through the trigger structure, and the main circuit of the printed circuit board is conducted; when the supporting structure is detached from the front frame, the first contact and the second contact are disconnected, and the main circuit of the printed circuit board is not conducted to disconnect the power supply of the display panel.
10. The display device of claim 1, further comprising a recording component, wherein the recording component is electrically connected to the printed circuit board, and wherein the recording component is configured to record electrical connectivity information on the printed circuit board.
