The standby power supply and the switch module are matched with all functional modules of the handheld electronic equipment to monitor whether the handheld electronic equipment is illegally detached or not through program judgment and read-write operation on the storage module.
The hardware structure design of the switch module is simple and flexible, and the switch module can be realized by a switch combination of a contact on-off switch. One side of the switch module is in contact with the equipment board-level protective shell through a contact type spring switch, the other side of the switch module is connected to an interrupt input pin of the processor, when the shell is forcibly detached, a connection path between the spring switch and the board-level protective shell is disconnected, the standby battery is started to supply power, the power supply part comprises the processor and the memory of the power supply part, and the processor and the memory can comprise part of functional units, so that the processor and the memory can ensure that the disconnection of a main power supply does not influence the triggering of interrupt, and the recording storage and other monitoring functions are realized. The standby battery needs to be started before the switch in the switch module is switched off so as to ensure the triggerability of interruption after the processor normally supplies power. The power supply protection device is based on the structural design of the switch module, the structural design of the switch module adopts a two-stage switch, the standby battery is preferentially triggered to supply power during illegal disassembly, and the power supply protection device can be realized by simple cascade disconnection of switch reeds. The standby power supply takes over the main power supply to fulfill certain power supply functions, and the switch inside the switch module is triggered to be grounded through the disconnection of the path, so that an interrupt pin of the processor is set to be low level, and interrupt is generated. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that known techniques, such as photosensors, etc., may also be used to cause the processor to generate interrupts. The processor records the disassembly information by judging the interrupt source and writes the disassembly information into the storage module. The disassembly information is a character specified artificially, and is stored in the memory after the system judges that the disassembly is illegal, such as: "this equipment was illegally disassembled for the time: 4/2010, 19/14. "
If the manufacturer or after-sales service personnel disassemble, the disassembly is legal, the manufacturer or after-sales service personnel need to input a unique disassembly authorization code (the disassembly authorization code is provided by an equipment supplier) through the keyboard control module and the keyboard, so that the keyboard input interruption is triggered, whether the authorization code is correct or not is judged in the keyboard input interruption program, and the program running in the processor plays a role of a judgment module. In another embodiment, the system can write legal disassembly information into the memory module according to the correctness of the authorization code without closing the disassembly monitoring function. Therefore, after the handheld electronic equipment is illegally detached by the user, once the handheld electronic equipment is damaged, after-sales service or manufacturers can not guarantee or be responsible for irreparable responsibility according to the illegal detaching information recorded in the storage module.
FIG. 3 shows a flow diagram of one embodiment of a disassembly monitoring method according to the present invention, comprising the steps of:
step 302: judging the validity of disassembly;
step 304: if illegal disassembly is monitored, sending an interrupt signal to the processor;
step 306: : the processor records illegal disassembly information;
step 308: the memory stores illegal disassembly information.
In this embodiment, step 302 specifically includes: monitoring whether an authorization code is input; if the input authorization code is monitored, judging whether the input authorization code is correct or not; if the input authorization code is correct, judging that the disassembly is legal; and if the authorization code is not input or the input authorization code is wrong, judging that the assembly is illegally disassembled.
In this embodiment, the method may further include: if the switch module connected with the protective shell detects that the protective shell is illegally opened, the standby power supply is started to supply power. Step 304 is then implemented by sending a low signal to the interrupt pin of the processor to generate the interrupt.
In this embodiment, the method may further include: if legal disassembly is monitored, starting a standby power supply to supply power; sending an interrupt signal to a processor; the processor records legal disassembly information; the memory stores legal disassembly information.
Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of another embodiment of the method according to the invention, which is based on the structure of another embodiment of the device according to the invention, comprising the following steps:
step 402: powering on the handheld electronic equipment, and initializing a system;
step 404: interrupt INT1 (in this embodiment, interrupt INT1 is an interrupt source generated by the switch module) is enabled, and keyboard input interrupt INT2 is enabled;
step 406: executing the main program; go to step 408 and/or 410;
step 408: monitoring a keyboard input command, and after the system is initialized, monitoring the keyboard input command in a keyboard input interrupt INT2 triggering mode; if the correct command symbol (correct authorization code) is input, triggering keyboard input interruption, and entering a keyboard input interruption program in step 414; if no command symbol is input, go to step 410 to continue executing the program;
step 410: monitoring interruption INT1 triggered by illegal disassembly, wherein the illegal disassembly is that the disassembly is implemented under the condition that no authorization code is input or the authorization code is input incorrectly, a detacher cannot obtain legal authorization and carries out forced disassembly, a standby battery is started by a switch module, after power is supplied, the switch module is grounded, and an interruption input pin INT1 of a processor is set to be at a low level so as to trigger interruption INT 1; if the triggered INT1 goes to step 412, otherwise goes to step 424;
step 412: interrupt processing, writing into the memory module; after triggering INT1 interrupt, the INT1 interrupt program records relevant information such as illegal disassembly and disassembly time according to the detected input authorization code and current time, stores the information into a storage module, and then shifts to step 424;
step 414: comparing the authorization codes, judging whether the input authorization codes are correct, if so, turning to a step 418, otherwise, turning to a step 416;
step 416: the LCD displays error information to prompt the user to input the authorization code again, and the step 406 is carried out;
step 418: judging that the assembly is legal, switching off the interrupt INT1 by software, and not triggering the interrupt even if the interrupt input pin is set to be low level by the switch module; the interruption INT1 can be not closed, but legal disassembly information is recorded when the interruption is monitored;
step 420: LCD prompts legal disassembly;
step 422: the user carries out legal disassembly and writes legal disassembly information into the storage module;
step 424: continuing to execute the program;
step 426: the routine is ended.
If the equipment is damaged in the warranty period, after-sales personnel read information in a storage module in the electronic equipment by using special software so as to judge whether the equipment is illegally detached by a user; if the storage module reads the illegal disassembly information, a manufacturer or a supplier does not bear the quality problem caused by the illegal disassembly of non-professional personnel according to the equipment condition, so that the guarantee and quality guarantee responsibility is not carried; if the storage module does not store illegal disassembly information, the storage module can be maintained and replaced according to the quality guarantee period.
