Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
It should be noted that in the embodiments of the present application, the term "comprising" is used to indicate the presence of the features stated hereinafter, but does not exclude the addition of further features.
The term "user" in this application may refer to an individual, entity, or tool, or any combination thereof, that requests or orders a service. The term "electricity marketing system" in this application may refer to an entity or tool, or any combination thereof, that provides or facilitates the provision of a service.
One aspect of the present application relates to a power rate management method for a power marketing system based on a collection provincial level concentration, which can reduce a process of manual participation in power rate management, improve the work efficiency of power rate management, and improve the accuracy.
It is noted that prior to the filing of the present application, a great deal of manual processing was required in the existing electricity fee management process. Specifically, the current electric charge payment method may include on-line channel collection, cash collection in a network office, collection in a financial institution, and direct transfer of money by a user.
In the process of online channel collection, a user can purchase electricity on an online collection platform of an e-commerce company, the online collection platform sends the reconciliation information of the T days to a payment platform of an electric power marketing system in T +1 days and collects the settlement of the electric power of the T days into electric power accounts of corresponding local electric power management institutions respectively, financial institutions such as banks send the transaction flow information of the electric power accounts to the local electric power management institutions, business personnel of each local electric power management institution need to manually reconcile according to the reconciliation information received in the electric power marketing system and the transaction flow information sent by the financial institutions, the settlement can be manually completed when the reconciliation information is confirmed to be correct, and if the reconciliation information is inconsistent with the transaction flow information, the business personnel also need to manually communicate and send inconsistent information, to correct in time.
In the flow of collecting cash at the network office, the cash of charges of electricity collected by the network office can be generally collected to the electricity account of the local power management institution through two ways: one mode is to collect money through a financial institution, and the other mode is to carry out cash deposit and payment by a business person in a network business hall to the financial institution, wherein manual account checking is required in both modes.
In the process of collecting by the financial institution, after a user purchases electricity through the financial institution in T days, the financial institution sends reconciliation information to a payment platform of the electric power marketing system in T +1 days, the electric charge is transferred to an electric charge account of the local-level electric power management institution in T + N days, and business personnel of each local-level electric power management institution need to perform manual reconciliation with business personnel of the financial institution according to the reconciliation information and the transaction running water information sent by the financial institution and perform manual payment settlement. In the above-described flow, the time for transferring the electricity charges to the electricity charge account of the local-grade power management entity may be long due to factors such as account checking and payment inside the financial institution, and in some cases, N may be greater than or equal to 10 days.
In the process of direct transfer of the user, after the user directly transfers the electric charge to the electric charge account of the prefecture-level electric power management mechanism, because the condition of incomplete information may occur in the transfer process, the prefecture-level electric power management mechanism may have an unknown payment after receiving the electric charge, and cannot timely sell the user's electric charge account.
As can be seen from the above, in the conventional electricity fee management method, since the electricity fee paid by the user is received mainly based on the electricity fee account of the local electric power management agency, and a large number of manual processes are required, efficient management of the electricity fee is not facilitated, and there is a risk that the electricity fee management information is wrong due to human factors.
In the embodiment of the application, the electric power marketing system can comprise a plurality of business servers which are respectively arranged at a plurality of power utilization attributions. The electric charge management method according to the embodiment of the application can be executed by a main server of the electric power marketing system, wherein a plurality of business servers can be in communication connection with the main server. As shown in fig. 1, the electric charge management method according to the embodiment of the present application may include:
and S1, receiving provincial account transaction information. Here, the provincial account transaction information may include user information.
Specifically, the power management mechanisms may include provincial power management mechanisms that may uniformly manage power traffic within provincial administrative districts and local power management mechanisms that may manage power traffic within local administrative districts, where each provincial power management mechanism may manage local power management mechanisms for a plurality of local administrative districts within a corresponding provincial administrative district. In addition, the power management facilities may further include county and country power management facilities that manage power services in county and country administrative districts, and each of the prefecture and city power management facilities may manage county and country power management facilities of a plurality of county and country administrative districts in the corresponding prefecture and city administrative district.
The provincial power management institution may set up a provincial electricity charge account at a financial institution such as a bank, and the prefecture level power management institution and the county level power management institution subordinate to the provincial power management institution may not set up an electricity charge account, so that all electricity charges paid in the same provincial administrative district are directly collected into the electricity charge account of the provincial power management institution, thereby realizing provincial centralized collection of electricity charges and minimizing the route for collecting electricity charges. For example, a user, such as a public user, may pay the electricity charges directly into a provincial electricity charge account through a virtual account, such as an electricity charge housekeeping card. The above process of collecting electric charges collectively through the provincial electric charge account may also be referred to as "collection provincial concentration".
In this step, provincial account transaction information, which may refer to information related to the transaction of a provincial electricity charge account, which may be provided by a financial institution such as a bank, may be received. As an example, the provincial account transaction information may include transaction currency of the provincial electricity charge account, for example, the transaction currency of the provincial electricity charge account may be received from a financial institution such as a bank over a past period of time. In addition, the provincial account transaction information may further include user information, which may be information of the electricity consumers corresponding to the remitted electricity charges attached by the remitter when remitting the electricity charges to the provincial electricity charge account, for example, the user information may include a user ID number. Here, the remitter may be a user person, a collection agency, or the like.
And S2, determining the electricity consumption attribution of the user based on the user information, and dividing the provincial account transaction information into a plurality of attribution account information according to the electricity consumption attribution.
In this step, the electricity attribution of the user may be acquired from the user information, for example, in a case where the user information includes a user ID number, the electricity attribution corresponding to the user ID number may be searched from a pre-stored user registration list based on the user ID number. Here, the user registration list may include information that the user registers when opening the electricity account, which may include an electricity address of the user. The electricity consumption home location may be determined according to the electricity consumption address corresponding to the user ID number, and here, the electricity consumption home location may refer to an electricity management organization to which the electricity consumption address belongs, such as a local-city-level electricity management organization or a county-level electricity management organization, that is, an electricity management structure for managing the electricity consumption business of the user may be determined from the user information.
The provincial account transaction information can be divided according to the determined electricity attribution, specifically, the provincial account transaction information can include electricity payment transaction details of a plurality of users, the plurality of users can belong to different power management mechanisms, the electricity payment transaction details of all the users belonging to the same electricity attribution can be divided into account information of one attribution under the condition that the electricity attribution of each of the plurality of users is determined, and different electricity attributions correspond to different account information of the attributions. As an example, the home credentialing information can be a funds credentialing credential.
And S3, receiving the electric charge information sent from the service server, comparing the attribution account information and the electric charge information belonging to the same power consumption attribution, and sending the comparison result to the service server.
In this step, the service server may be provided at the electricity attribution, for example, at a local electric power management agency or a county electric power management agency, which may transmit the electricity charge information of the user within the applicable electricity attribution to the main server, and the main server receives the electricity charge information from the plurality of service servers provided at the plurality of electricity attributions, respectively.
Here, in an example, the electricity charge information may include electricity charge amount information, and the electricity charge amount information may indicate information that the user has paid the electricity charge in the electricity home, which may include an amount of the electricity charge the user has paid. For example, the user may transact the electricity fee payment service at a site business hall of a prefecture-level or county-level power management agency, for example, the electricity fee may be deposited in a unified account such as a housekeeping card account to the site business hall, and the electricity fee real charge information (e.g., a user ID number, a payment amount, etc.) may be recorded.
In another example, the electricity charge information may include electricity charge receivable information, which may indicate information that the user should pay the electricity charge in the electricity home, which may include an amount of the electricity charge the user should pay, such as a current amount of the arrearage of the user.
Based on the received electricity charge information, it may be compared with home-to-account information divided from the provincial-level account transaction information for belonging to the same electricity home, for example, whether or not the users in the electricity charge information and the home-to-account information agree may be compared, and whether or not the amount of electricity charges in the electricity charge information and the home-to-account information agree may also be compared for each user.
In one case, when the comparison result is consistent, it may be confirmed that the income fund in the actual provincial electricity charge account is consistent with the electricity charge receivable information or the electricity charge amount payment information, and a message confirming that the electricity charge amount information is error-free may be transmitted to the service server of the electricity home location to which the information consistent with the comparison result belongs. Here, the electricity charges of the users may be uniformly secondarily rooted based on the comparison result.
In another case, when the comparison result is inconsistent, a prompt message may be sent to the service server of the electricity consumption home location to which the information inconsistent with the comparison result belongs to confirm whether the electricity charge information is correct, and the service server may correct the electricity charge information and resend the electricity charge information to the main server.
The electricity charge management method based on the electricity marketing system in the collection provincial level set according to the embodiment of the present application is described above, according to which the electricity charge information of the provincial level electricity management institution and the prefectural level or county and rural level electricity management institution can be kept consistent in the case of collection provincial level set.
On the basis of the comparison of the home location to-account information and the electricity fee charging information belonging to the same electricity home location described above, the electricity fee management method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include: and comparing the provincial account transaction information, the attribution place account arrival information and the electric charge collection information.
Specifically, the provincial account transaction information received from a financial institution such as a bank, the home-to-account information obtained from the provincial account transaction information, and the electricity charge collection information received from each business server may be compared in three parties, for example, each transaction record in the provincial account transaction information may be compared with the home-to-account information and the electricity charge collection information, so that it may be determined whether the electricity charge payment information grasped by each of the financial institution, the provincial electric power management institution, and the local-level or county-level electric power management institution is consistent, and when inconsistent information occurs, a prompt message indicating that the information is inconsistent may be transmitted to the three parties for further checking and correction. Therefore, the accuracy of the electric charge payment information can be ensured under the condition of direct charging of the provincial level of the electric charge through three-party account checking, the information of error record and omission record is prevented, and the electric charge management is optimized.
For example, after the user pays, the main server may obtain the electric charge collection information through the third-party collection agency or the service server, push the electric charge collection information to the background accounting, complete the charging daily account, generate the payment settlement record, and complete one-time root cancellation corresponding to the unique payment settlement identifier, so as to feed back the accounting and payment settlement information to the third-party collection agency or the service server. The main server can also acquire the provincial account transaction information of the provincial electricity account, such as the income fund flow, from a financial institution such as a bank, automatically count the provincial account transaction information, count the income information to the attribution, complete the income confirmation, generate the real receipt containing the settlement identification, and perform secondary marketing. Through the process, the automatic account checking of the financial institution, the provincial institution and the local-city (or county and county) institution can be completed.
In addition, the electricity charge management method may further include online electricity charge management, for example, the electricity marketing system may further include an online management server, the online management server may be configured to collect the electricity charge through an online channel, the online management server may be communicatively connected to the main server, and in some embodiments, the online management server may be further communicatively connected to the service server. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the electricity charge management method may further include the steps of:
and S4, receiving the user payment information sent from the online management server and storing the user payment information.
In this step, the user payment information may be user payment details provided by a third-party collecting agency, such as an e-commerce company collection, a financial institution collection, a POS collection, and the like, in real time, and specifically, the third-party collecting agency may be provided with a communication connection interface interfacing with the power marketing system, and the user may query the on-line platform of the third-party collecting agency for its payment information and pay the power fee on the on-line platform of the third-party collecting agency according to the payment information, and after the user pays the power fee, the on-line platform of the third-party collecting agency may transmit the user payment information to the on-line management server in real time, and the on-line management server may forward it to a main server of the power marketing system in real time, and the main server may store the received user payment information. Here, the user payment information may be received in real time for once-rooting the user's electricity fee.
And S5, receiving the transaction detail information sent by the online management server, and comparing the transaction detail information with the stored user payment information.
In this step, the transaction detail information may include user payment information within a predetermined time, the online management server may receive all the user payment information of the platform within the predetermined time from the third-party collecting agency, for example, the transaction detail information including the user payment information within T days may be transmitted to the online management server by the third-party collecting agency on T +1 day, the online management server may transmit the transaction detail information to the main server of the power marketing system, and the main server may compare the transaction detail information received by the main server on T +1 day with the user payment information stored by the main server in real time on T day.
And S6, responding to the comparison result showing that the transaction detail information is consistent with the stored user payment information, and sending a confirmation notification message to the online management server.
In this step, in case that the comparison result shows that the transaction detail information is consistent with the stored user payment information, the main server may transmit a confirmation notification message indicating that the confirmation information is consistent to the online management server, and the online management server may notify the third-party collecting agency of the information confirmation error according to the received confirmation notification message, so that the third-party collecting agency may remit the collected electric charge fund to the provincial-level electric charge account, and may perform the above-described steps S1 to S3. Here, the confirmation notification message may carry a deposit flag for deposit.
In the case where the comparison result shows that the information is inconsistent, the main server may transmit the information with inconsistency to the online management server, and the online management server may transmit a prompt message to the third-party collecting agency to further check the information.
In addition, the electric charge management method according to the embodiment of the present application may further include: receiving the pre-estimated information sent from the service server; comparing the attribution account information with the pre-estimated information; and updating the estimated information according to the comparison result.
In the above step, the predicted information may be future electric charge payment information predicted from the historical electric charge payment information, for example, the predicted electric charge income of the next month may be predicted from the electric charge payment situation of the past months based on a pre-trained electric charge prediction model. Here, the pre-trained electric charge prediction model may be any form of electric charge prediction model, and the method provided according to the embodiment of the present application mainly corrects and updates the prediction information output by the model.
The business server can send the estimated information of the application electric attribution to the main server, and the main server can compare the previous estimated information with the actual attribution account information and update the estimated information according to the comparison result. As an example, the prediction information may include prediction information for a first period, the first period may include a second period and a third period, the traffic server may first predict the prediction information for the first period and transmit the prediction information to the main server, the main server may determine attribution-to-account information for the second period after the second period elapses, and may compare a portion of the prediction information for the first period corresponding to the second period with the attribution-to-account information for the second period and obtain an offset value of the two, may correct the portion of the prediction information for the first period corresponding to the third period based on the prediction offset value, and update the prediction information according to a result of the correction. By correcting the estimated information based on the home-to-account information, it is possible to more accurately predict the electricity fee payment information to be generated in a predetermined period of time in the future (for example, the third period of time described above), the accuracy of the estimated future electricity fee payment information may be higher and higher as the actually generated home-to-account information increases, and when the deviation value is lower than a predetermined threshold value, it may be considered that the accuracy of the current estimated model is higher, so that it may be monitored whether the home-to-account information actually generated in the future is normal or not based on the estimated information output from the current estimated model, and when the deviation value between the actual home-to-account information and the estimated information is higher than the predetermined threshold value, the main server may transmit a home-to-account information confirmation request, which may carry the home-to-account information, to the business server to which the home-to-account information that appears to be higher than the predetermined threshold value, the business server can check whether the account information of the attribution is wrong or not, and feeds back a check result to the main server.
Another aspect of the present application provides an electricity charge management apparatus based on a power marketing system concentrated in collection provinces. The electric power marketing system comprises a plurality of business servers which are respectively arranged at a plurality of power utilization attributions. As shown in fig. 3, the electricity fee management apparatus includes a receiving unit 100, a dividing unit 200, and a first comparing unit 300.
The receiving unit 100 may receive provincial account transaction information. Here, the provincial account transaction information includes user information.
The dividing unit 200 may determine a power consumption home of the user based on the user information, and divide the provincial account transaction information into a plurality of home to account information according to the power consumption home.
The first comparison unit 300 may receive the electricity charge information transmitted from the service server, compare the electricity charge information and the home-to-account information belonging to the same electricity home, and transmit the comparison result to the service server.
The first comparison unit 300 may also compare the provincial account transaction information, the home-to-account information, and the electricity charge information.
The power marketing system also includes an online management server. The electricity fee management apparatus may further include a storage unit, a second comparison unit, and a confirmation unit.
The storage unit may receive the user payment information transmitted from the online management server and store the user payment information.
The second comparing unit receives the transaction detail information transmitted from the online management server and compares the transaction detail information with the stored user payment information.
