Abstract
The invention relates to a material informatization management method applied to an electric power product, wherein a user puts forward a demand for a certain material, and a material name, a material classification and parameter information are input into an enterprise material management system (hereinafter referred to as a system), the system inquires whether the same material name exists in an enterprise material library, if so, a material code corresponding to the material name in the system is displayed, otherwise, the system standardizes the material, obtains basic attribute information of the material through the parameter information, identifies the material classification, judges whether the same basic attribute information exists in the enterprise material library again, if so, the corresponding material code is displayed, otherwise, the system distributes a unique code to the material according to the material classification, displays the material code corresponding to the material name, automatically sends the material code to the user, and automatically leads the material into the enterprise material library. The information-based and fine-grained management method and the device can realize informatization and fine-grained management of materials and avoid the problem that codes are not unique or are repeated when materials are managed manually.

A material informatization management method applied to electric power products comprises the following steps: a user puts forward a demand for a certain material, a material name, a material classification and parameter information are input into an enterprise material management system (hereinafter referred to as a system), the system inquires whether the same material name exists in an enterprise material library, if so, a material code corresponding to the material name in the system is displayed, otherwise, the system standardizes the material, basic attribute information of the material is obtained through the parameter information, the material classification is identified, whether the material with the same basic attribute information exists in the enterprise material library is judged again, if so, the corresponding material code is displayed, otherwise, the system allocates a unique code to the material according to the material classification, the material code corresponding to the material name is displayed, the unique code is automatically sent to the user, and the unique code is automatically led into the enterprise material library.
Further, the material classification comprises a large class, a medium class and a small class, wherein the medium class is further refined of the large class, and the small class is further refined of the medium class.
Further, the parameter information covers basic property information of the material, including but not limited to a rated voltage, a rated current, a temperature range, etc. of the material.
Further, the material code is composed of ten digits, the first digit and the second digit represent a large class, the third digit and the fourth digit represent a middle class, the fifth digit and the sixth digit represent a small class, the last four digits represent a flow number, when the large class, the middle class and the small class are consistent, the flow number is sequentially increased from 0001 + 9999, and the large class comprises but is not limited to raw materials, outsourced finished products and the like; middle classes include, but are not limited to, resistors, capacitors, diodes, and the like; the middle class is a subclass of resistors including but not limited to piezoresistors, thermistors, wire-wound resistors, the middle class is a subclass of capacitors including but not limited to supercapacitors, ampere-rated X capacitors, thin film capacitors, and the middle class is a subclass of diodes including but not limited to light emitting diodes, voltage regulator diodes, etc.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the information and fine management of the materials are realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the problem that the codes are not unique or repeated in manual material management is solved.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a material information management method applied to an electric power product according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the material information management method includes: a user puts forward a demand for a certain material, a material name, a material classification and parameter information are input into an enterprise material management system (hereinafter referred to as a system), the system inquires whether the same material name exists in an enterprise material library, if so, a material code corresponding to the material name in the system is displayed, otherwise, the system standardizes the material, basic attribute information of the material is obtained through the parameter information, the material classification is identified, whether the material with the same basic attribute information exists in the enterprise material library is judged again, if so, the corresponding material code is displayed, otherwise, the system allocates a unique code to the material according to the material classification, the material code corresponding to the material name is displayed, the unique code is automatically sent to the user, and the unique code is automatically led into the enterprise material library.
The material classification comprises a large class, a medium class and a small class, wherein the medium class is the further refinement of the large class, and the small class is the further refinement of the medium class. The material code is composed of ten digits, the first digit and the second digit represent a large class, the third digit and the fourth digit represent a middle class, the fifth digit and the sixth digit represent a small class, the last four digits represent the serial number, and when the large class, the middle class and the small class are consistent, the serial number is sequentially increased from 0001 + 9999.
In some embodiments, the broad categories include, but are not limited to, raw materials, outsourced finished products, and the like. The medium classes include, but are not limited to, resistors, capacitors, diodes, and the like. The middle class is a resistor subclass including but not limited to a piezoresistor, a thermistor, a wire-wound resistor, the middle class is a capacitor subclass including but not limited to a super capacitor, an ampere rule X capacitor, a film capacitor, the middle class is a diode subclass including but not limited to a light emitting diode, a voltage regulator diode, etc.

A user puts forward the requirement on the thermal capacitor, the name of the material is SPMZB-19- (5-8 omega) -700mA-250mA-115 +/-7 ℃, the material classification is selected on an interface shown in figure 2, the raw material is selected on a large class, the resistor is selected on a medium class, the thermistor is selected on a small class, and the parameter information is filled on an interface shown in figure 3.
The system firstly inquires whether materials with the same material name exist in an enterprise material library, if so, the system displays that the material name is the material code corresponding to the thermistor with the SPMZB-19- (5-8 omega) -700mA-250mA-115 +/-7 ℃, otherwise, the system acquires basic attribute information of the materials through a parameter information interface shown in figure 3, identifies the material classification shown in figure 2, and judges whether the materials with the same basic attribute information exist in the enterprise material library again, if so, the system displays that the material code corresponding to the thermistor with the material name of SPMZB-19- (5-8 omega) -700mA-250mA-115 +/-7 ℃, otherwise, the system uniquely codes the materials according to the material classification, displays the material code corresponding to the material name, sends the material code to a user and introduces the material library into the enterprise. if so, displaying the material code corresponding to the material name in the system, otherwise, standardizing the material by the system, acquiring basic attribute information of the material through parameter information, identifying material classification, judging whether the material with the same basic attribute information exists in the enterprise material library again,
if so, displaying the corresponding material code, otherwise, distributing the unique code to the material by the system according to the material classification, displaying the material code corresponding to the material name, automatically sending the material code to the user, and automatically importing the material code into an enterprise material library.

The material informatization management method applied to electric power products according to claim 1, characterized in that the material classification comprises a large class, a medium class and a small class, wherein the medium class is further refinement of the large class, and the small class is further refinement of the medium class.
3. The material informatization management method applied to electric power products according to claim 1, wherein the parameter information covers basic attribute information of the material, including but not limited to rated voltage, rated current, temperature range and the like of the material.
