The working principle is as follows: firstly, a cloth body 16 penetrates between two driving rollers 1, the two driving rollers 1 are driven by a motor to rotate at the same speed, when the two driving rollers 1 drive a squeezing plate 13 to rotate at the same speed, when the extrusion plates 13 corresponding to the two driving rollers 1 are contacted, the two driving rollers rotate around the connecting ball 11 until the two extrusion plates are completely attached to clamp the cloth body 16, the driving rollers 1 continuously drive the extrusion plates 13 to rotate, the extrusion plates 13 clamp and drive the cloth body 16 to move rightwards, the two extrusion plates 13 extrude each other when moving rightwards so as to drive the movable rod 10 to move upwards and downwards in the movable groove 7, so that the extrusion plates 13 clamp the cloth body 16 on one plane all the time, when the two squeezing plates 13 are separated from the cloth body 16, the squeezing plates 13 are reset to a state perpendicular to the movable rod 10 under the action of the torsion spring, the next pair of squeezing plates 13 clamp the cloth behind and drive the cloth to move rightwards, and therefore the effect of conveying the cloth all the time is achieved; when the extrusion plate 13 clamps and drives the cloth body 16 to move rightwards, the movable groove 7 corresponding to the extrusion plate 13 just rotates to the arc-shaped block 5, and is communicated with the arc-shaped groove 6, at the moment, the high-temperature steam in the hot air pipe 4 enters the movable groove 7 through the first opening, the arc-shaped groove 6 and the through hole on the fixed plate 8, and enters a vent cavity 14 inside the extrusion plate 13 through the second opening, the vent hole, the cavity 12 and the third opening, and finally is sprayed to a cloth body 16 clamped by the extrusion plate 13 from the air outlet hole 15, the cloth is ironed in advance, when the extrusion plate 13 is separated from the cloth body 16, the driving roller 1 just drives the movable groove 7 to rotate to the position separated from the arc-shaped groove 6, the air outlet 15 stops spraying hot air, thereby achieving the effect of preventing the pressing plate 13 from pressing the indentation formed by the cloth body 16 for fixing and forming and being convenient for directly eliminating during subsequent ironing.
In conclusion, when the conveying device for cloth ironing capable of preventing indentation fixing drives the extrusion plate 13 to rotate at the same speed through the two driving rollers 1, when the extrusion plates 13 corresponding to the two driving rollers 1 are contacted, the two driving rollers rotate around the connecting ball 11 until the two extrusion plates are completely attached to clamp the cloth body 16, the driving rollers 1 continuously drive the extrusion plates 13 to rotate, the extrusion plates 13 clamp and drive the cloth body 16 to move rightwards, the two extrusion plates 13 extrude each other when moving rightwards so as to drive the movable rod 10 to move upwards and downwards in the movable groove 7, so that the extrusion plates 13 clamp the cloth body 16 on one plane all the time, when the two squeezing plates 13 are separated from the cloth body 16, the squeezing plates 13 are reset to a state perpendicular to the movable rod 10 under the action of the torsion spring, and the next pair of squeezing plates 13 clamp the cloth behind and drive the cloth to move rightwards, so that the effect of conveying the cloth all the time is achieved.
When the cloth body 16 is clamped and driven by the extrusion plate 13 to move rightwards, the movable groove 7 corresponding to the extrusion plate 13 just rotates to the arc-shaped block 5 and is communicated with the arc-shaped groove 6, at the moment, high-temperature steam in the hot air pipe 4 enters the movable groove 7 through the first opening, the arc-shaped groove 6 and the through hole on the fixed plate 8 and enters the ventilation cavity 14 in the extrusion plate 13 through the second opening, the ventilation hole, the cavity 12 and the third opening, and finally is sprayed to the cloth body 16 clamped by the extrusion plate 13 from the air outlet hole 15 to perform ironing in advance, after the extrusion plate 13 is separated from the cloth body 16, the driving roller 1 just drives the movable groove 7 to rotate to a position separated from the arc-shaped groove 6, at the moment, the air outlet hole 15 stops spraying hot air, so that the effect of preventing the indentation formed by the extrusion plate 13 extruding the cloth body 16 from being fixed and formed is achieved, and the ironing is convenient for subsequent ironing and eliminating, the application range is wider.
