s5, setting the temperature of the cold mixer to be 60 ℃, and feeding the materials to a hopper of the double-screw extruder when the material temperature is lower than 80 ℃;
and S6, preparing and molding by adopting a preset method.

The efficient flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
60 parts of PVC resin powder, 30 parts of filler, 30 parts of plasticizer, 6 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of light stabilizer and 5 parts of flame retardant.
The preparation method for the polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll comprises the following steps:
s1, setting the temperature of the high-speed mixer to be 110 ℃, and starting the high-speed mixer to stir at a low speed;
s2, putting 60 parts of PVC resin powder, 30 parts of filler, 6 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of light stabilizer and 5 parts of flame retardant into a high-speed mixer, and starting the high-speed mixer to stir at high speed;
s3, uniformly adding 30 parts of plasticizer at a constant speed, and maintaining high-speed stirring of a high-speed mixer;
s4, transferring the mixed raw materials to a cold mixer after the temperature of the raw materials reaches the set temperature;
s5, setting the temperature of the cold mixer to be 60 ℃, and feeding the materials to a hopper of the double-screw extruder when the material temperature is lower than 80 ℃;
and S6, preparing and molding by adopting a preset method.

Wherein, the height of the flame tip is not more than 150 as qualified, the inspection standard is GB/T8626-1Stage, t1 for reaching ZA2Stage, t2 for reaching ZA3And (4) stages.
Therefore, compared with the common waterproof roll, the flame retardant effect of the polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll is better, and the flame retardant effect of the polyvinyl chloride waterproof roll is better when antimony trioxide accounts for more in a specified proportioning range (4-5 parts).
In summary, by means of the technical scheme of the invention, after antimony trioxide is added to the raw materials as the flame retardant, the polyvinyl chloride PVC waterproof coiled material can meet the highest flame retardant requirement that the combustible waterproof coiled material can be made, namely B1(B-s1, t0) grade, so that the waterproof roll material can be applied to waterproof projects with higher fireproof requirements; in addition, the waterproof roll material is simple in preparation process and convenient to operate, and the polyvinyl chloride PVC waterproof roll material can have better performance through high-temperature stirring and low-temperature mixing, so that the application range and the service life of the PVC waterproof roll material are improved.

Claims (10)
1. The efficient flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproof coiled material is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40-60 parts of PVC resin powder, 20-30 parts of filler, 20-30 parts of plasticizer, 4-6 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.4-0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.4-0.5 part of light stabilizer and 4-5 parts of flame retardant.
2. The roll of highly effective flame retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the PVC resin powder is one of SG-5 and SG-3.
3. The roll of highly effective flame retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said filler comprises at least one or two of but not limited to ground calcium carbonate, nano calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and kaolin.
4. The roll of highly effective flame retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said plasticizer comprises at least one or two of DOP, DOA, DINP, DBP, epoxidized soybean oil.
5. The roll of highly effective flame retardant polyvinyl chloride water-proof material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said heat stabilizer includes but is not limited to at least one of tri-salt, di-salt, calcium zinc composite stabilizer, lead stearate, barium stearate, stearic acid.
6. The roll of highly effective flame retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said antioxidant comprises at least one of but not limited to 1010, 168, B225.
7. The roll of highly effective flame retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein said light stabilizer is one of UV531 and UV 326.
8. The roll of highly flame retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproof material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said flame retardant is antimony trioxide.
9. A preparation method of a high-efficiency flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproof coiled material is used for preparing the high-efficiency flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproof coiled material of any one of claims 1 to 8, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, setting the temperature of the high-speed mixer to be 110 ℃, and starting the high-speed mixer to stir at a low speed;
s2, putting the PVC resin powder, the filler, the heat stabilizer, the antioxidant, the light stabilizer and the flame retardant into a high-speed mixer according to the proportion, and starting the high-speed mixer to stir at high speed;
s3, uniformly adding a plasticizer, and maintaining high-speed stirring of a high-speed mixer;
s4, transferring the mixed raw materials to a cold mixer after the temperature of the raw materials reaches the set temperature;
s5, setting the temperature of the cold mixer to be 60 ℃, and feeding the materials to a hopper of the double-screw extruder when the material temperature is lower than 80 ℃;
and S6, preparing and molding by adopting a preset method.
10. The method for preparing the highly effective flame retardant polyvinyl chloride waterproofing membrane according to claim 9, wherein the preparation and molding in S6 by the predetermined method comprises plasticizing and extruding the mixed raw materials, then performing three-roll calendering and drawing, and rolling to obtain the finished product of the polyvinyl chloride waterproofing membrane.
