本发明的目的在于提供一种植物纤维板及其制备装置,轻质骨架提高板材的强度,重量轻,抗震性能好,木纤维层提高板材的使用寿命,装饰面层增加美观性,防水层和防火层提高板材的综合性能,植物纤维板的制备装置,布料件自动布料,上料简单,高度可调,不易倾洒原料,根据加工板材大小,调节第一挡板和第二挡板进行加工,提高装置的灵活性,压板压合方便,减少工人工作量,操作简单。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种植物纤维板,植物纤维板包括轻质骨架,所述轻质骨架的一侧设有紧固设有木纤维层,另一侧设有防火层,木纤维层上紧固设有装饰面层,防火层的一侧固定设有防水层,另一侧与轻质骨架紧固连接,轻质骨架上固定设有阵列分布的加强块,轻质骨架上设有阵列分布的通槽,轻质骨架的一端设有对称分布的定位孔。
所述轻质骨架和加强块均采用轻钢材质,厚度为3-4mm。
进一步的,所述装饰面层采用腻子粉、乳胶漆、硅藻泥中的一种或多种,厚度为0.5-1mm。
所述木纤维层由木纤维与竹纤维混合形成的,厚度为1-3mm。
进一步的,所述防火层采用矿棉、玻璃棉、水泥板中的一种或多种,厚度为2-4mm。
所述防水层采用聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种,厚度为1-2mm。
一种植物纤维板的制备装置,制备装置包括工作台,所述工作台上固定设有轻质骨架,工作台上紧固设有布料件,工作台的一侧固定设有用于调节板材大小的固定件。
所述工作台上设有第一限位槽,工作台的一侧固定设有安装架,安装架上固定设有第一液压杆,第一液压杆的输出端与固定件紧固连接,安装架上固定设有支柱,支柱的一侧设有对称分布的滑槽,安装架上转动设有第一丝杠,安装架的一侧固定设有第一电机,第一电机的输出端与第一丝杠紧固连接。
进一步的,所述工作台上设有顶板,顶板与工作台之间设有第二限位槽,支柱的一端与顶板紧固连接,工作台上固定设有竖板,竖板之间转动设有转轴,竖板的一侧固定设有第二电机,第二电机的输出端与转轴紧固连接,转轴上固定设有连杆,连杆的一侧固定设有第二液压杆,另一侧紧固设有压板,第二液压杆的输出端与压板紧固连接,工作台上固定设有阵列分布的直角块。
所述直角块的一侧设有对称分布的配合槽,直角块的一侧设有限位孔,工作台上固定设有第三液压杆,工作台上设有定位块,第三液压杆的输出端与定位块紧固连接,工作台上紧固设有对称分布的L形杆,L形杆上设有开口槽,开口槽内转动设有第二丝杠,开口槽内固定设有第一导杆,L形杆的一侧固定设有第三电机,第三电机的输出端与第二丝杠紧固连接。
进一步的,所述定位块穿过限位孔与定位孔配合。
进一步的,所述布料件的一侧设有对称分布的移动块,移动块上设有第一螺纹孔和贯穿孔,布料件的一侧设有贯穿布料件的贯穿槽,布料件的一侧固定设有齿条,贯穿槽内滑动设有直杆,直杆上设有下料槽,直杆的一端紧固设有安装块,安装块的一侧转动设有齿轮,另一侧固定设有第四电机,第四电机的输出端与齿轮紧固连接。
所述直杆的一侧固定设有对称分布的固定板,固定板上设有第二导杆,第二导杆上滑动设有移动板,移动板上固定设有集料斗,移动板上紧固设有夹持板,移动板的一侧设有第一转动杆,夹持板的一侧固定设有用于混合纤维的加工件。
所述固定板的一侧设有第二转动杆,第二导杆上滑动设有滑块,滑块的一侧固定设有第四液压杆,滑块的一侧设有连接块,第一转动杆的一端与连接块转动连接,另一端与移动板转动连接,第二转动杆的一端与连接块转动连接,另一端与固定板转动连接。
进一步的,所述第一螺纹孔与第二丝杠配合,贯穿孔与第一导杆配合,齿条与齿轮配合。
进一步的,所述固定件上紧固设有阵列分布的固定杆,固定杆上紧固设有第一挡板,固定件上紧固设有对称分布的第三导杆,固定件上设有升降板,升降板上固定设有第二挡板,第二挡板与第一挡板结构相同,升降板上设有第二螺纹孔,升降板上设有方形孔,方形孔内固定设有配合块,升降板上设有对称分布的导向孔。
进一步的,所述第二螺纹孔与第一丝杠配合,配合块与滑槽配合,导向孔与第三导杆配合,第一挡板与第一限位槽配合,第一挡板与配合槽配合,第二挡板与第二限位槽配合。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明植物纤维板,轻质骨架提高板材的强度,重量轻,抗震性能好,木纤维层提高板材的使用寿命,装饰面层增加美观性,防水层和防火层提高板材的综合性能;
2、本发明植物纤维板的制备装置,布料件自动布料,上料简单,高度可调,不易倾洒原料,根据加工板材大小,调节第一挡板和第二挡板进行加工,提高装置的灵活性,压板压合方便,减少工人工作量,操作简单。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种植物纤维板,植物纤维板包括轻质骨架1,如图1、图2所示,轻质骨架1的一侧设有紧固设有木纤维层12,另一侧设有防火层13,木纤维层12上紧固设有装饰面层11,防火层13的一侧固定设有防水层14,另一侧与轻质骨架1紧固连接,轻质骨架1上固定设有阵列分布的加强块15,轻质骨架1上设有阵列分布的通槽16,轻质骨架1的一端设有对称分布的定位孔17。
木纤维层12由木纤维与竹纤维混合形成的,厚度为1-3mm。
装饰面层11采用腻子粉、乳胶漆、硅藻泥中的一种或多种,厚度为0.5-1mm。
防火层13采用矿棉、玻璃棉、水泥板中的一种或多种,厚度为2-4mm。
防水层14采用聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种,厚度为1-2mm。
轻质骨架1和加强块15均采用轻钢材质,厚度为3-4mm。
一种植物纤维板的制备装置,如图3所示,制备装置包括工作台2,工作台2上固定设有轻质骨架1,工作台2上紧固设有布料件3,工作台2的一侧固定设有用于调节板材大小的固定件4。
如图4、图5所示,工作台2上设有第一限位槽20,工作台2的一侧固定设有安装架21,安装架21上固定设有第一液压杆211,第一液压杆211的输出端与固定件4紧固连接,安装架21上固定设有支柱212,支柱212的一侧设有对称分布的滑槽213,安装架21上转动设有第一丝杠214,安装架21的一侧固定设有第一电机210,第一电机210的输出端与第一丝杠214紧固连接。
工作台2上设有顶板215,顶板215与工作台2之间设有第二限位槽200,支柱212的一端与顶板215紧固连接,工作台2上固定设有竖板22,竖板22之间转动设有转轴221,竖板22的一侧固定设有第二电机220,第二电机220的输出端与转轴221紧固连接,转轴221上固定设有连杆222,连杆222的一侧固定设有第二液压杆223,另一侧紧固设有压板224,第二液压杆223的输出端与压板224紧固连接,工作台2上固定设有阵列分布的直角块23。
直角块23的一侧设有对称分布的配合槽26,直角块23的一侧设有限位孔27,工作台2上固定设有第三液压杆24,工作台2上设有定位块241,第三液压杆24的输出端与定位块241紧固连接,工作台2上紧固设有对称分布的L形杆25,L形杆25上设有开口槽251,开口槽251内转动设有第二丝杠29,开口槽251内固定设有第一导杆28,L形杆25的一侧固定设有第三电机250,第三电机250的输出端与第二丝杠29紧固连接。
定位块241穿过限位孔27与定位孔17配合。
如图6、图7所示,布料件3的一侧设有对称分布的移动块31,移动块31上设有第一螺纹孔32和贯穿孔33,布料件3的一侧设有贯穿布料件3的贯穿槽34,布料件3的一侧固定设有齿条35,贯穿槽34内滑动设有直杆36,直杆36上设有下料槽361,直杆36的一端紧固设有安装块362,安装块362的一侧转动设有齿轮363,另一侧固定设有第四电机360,第四电机360的输出端与齿轮363紧固连接。
直杆36的一侧固定设有对称分布的固定板364,固定板364上设有第二导杆365,第二导杆365上滑动设有移动板38,移动板38上固定设有集料斗381,移动板38上紧固设有夹持板382,移动板38的一侧设有第一转动杆383,夹持板382的一侧固定设有用于混合纤维的加工件39。
固定板364的一侧设有第二转动杆366,第二导杆365上滑动设有滑块37,滑块37的一侧固定设有第四液压杆371,滑块37的一侧设有连接块372,第一转动杆383的一端与连接块372转动连接,另一端与移动板38转动连接,第二转动杆366的一端与连接块372转动连接,另一端与固定板364转动连接。
第一螺纹孔32与第二丝杠29配合,贯穿孔33与第一导杆28配合,齿条35与齿轮363配合。
如图8所示,固定件4上紧固设有阵列分布的固定杆41,固定杆41上紧固设有第一挡板42,固定件4上紧固设有对称分布的第三导杆43,固定件4上设有升降板44,升降板44上固定设有第二挡板45,第二挡板45与第一挡板42结构相同,升降板44上设有第二螺纹孔46,升降板44上设有方形孔47,方形孔47内固定设有配合块48,升降板44上设有对称分布的导向孔49。
第二螺纹孔46与第一丝杠214配合,配合块48与滑槽213配合,导向孔49与第三导杆43配合,第一挡板42与第一限位槽20配合,第一挡板42与配合槽26配合,第二挡板45与第二限位槽200配合。
使用时,将轻质骨架1放置在工作台2上,若轻质骨架1贴合直角块23,则控制第一液压杆211输出,使第一挡板42升高,第一挡板42在配合槽26内滑动,第一挡板42与直角块23形成第一加工槽,启动第三液压杆24,使定位块241固定轻质骨架1;若轻质骨架1的大小和第二限位槽200大小相同,则第一电机210启动,控制第一丝杠214转动,使第二挡板45升高,形成第二加工槽,第二挡板45固定轻质骨架1,转动第二丝杠29,将加工件39移动到第一轻质骨架1的上方,控制第四液压杆371输出,调节移动板38的高度,使集料斗381靠近轻质骨架1,转动齿轮363,向第一加工槽或第二加工槽内依次各层原料和粘合剂,然后移走布料件3,转动转轴221,使压板224处于水平位置,第二液压杆223控制压板224对第一加工槽或第二加工槽内的材料进行压合,形成植物纤维板。

1.一种植物纤维板的制备装置,其特征在于,所述制备装置包括工作台(2),工作台(2)上固定设有轻质骨架(1),工作台(2)上紧固设有布料件(3),工作台(2)的一侧固定设有用于调节板材大小的固定件(4);
所述工作台(2)上设有第一限位槽(20),工作台(2)的一侧固定设有安装架(21),安装架(21)上固定设有第一液压杆(211),第一液压杆(211)的输出端与固定件(4)紧固连接,安装架(21)上固定设有支柱(212),支柱(212)的一侧设有对称分布的滑槽(213),安装架(21)上转动设有第一丝杠(214),安装架(21)的一侧固定设有第一电机(210),第一电机(210)的输出端与第一丝杠(214)紧固连接;
所述固定件(4)上紧固设有阵列分布的固定杆(41),固定杆(41)上紧固设有第一挡板(42),固定件(4)上紧固设有对称分布的第三导杆(43),固定件(4)上设有升降板(44),升降板(44)上固定设有第二挡板(45),第二挡板(45)与第一挡板(42)结构相同,升降板(44)上设有第二螺纹孔(46),升降板(44)上设有方形孔(47),方形孔(47)内固定设有配合块(48),升降板(44)上设有对称分布的导向孔(49)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物纤维板的制备装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(2)上设有顶板(215),顶板(215)与工作台(2)之间设有第二限位槽(200),支柱(212)的一端与顶板(215)紧固连接,工作台(2)上固定设有竖板(22),竖板(22)之间转动设有转轴(221),竖板(22)的一侧固定设有第二电机(220),第二电机(220)的输出端与转轴(221)紧固连接,转轴(221)上固定设有连杆(222),连杆(222)的一侧固定设有第二液压杆(223),另一侧紧固设有压板(224),第二液压杆(223)的输出端与压板(224)紧固连接,工作台(2)上固定设有阵列分布的直角块(23);
所述直角块(23)的一侧设有对称分布的配合槽(26),直角块(23)的一侧设有限位孔(27),工作台(2)上固定设有第三液压杆(24),工作台(2)上设有定位块(241),第三液压杆(24)的输出端与定位块(241)紧固连接,工作台(2)上紧固设有对称分布的L形杆(25),L形杆(25)上设有开口槽(251),开口槽(251)内转动设有第二丝杠(29),开口槽(251)内固定设有第一导杆(28),L形杆(25)的一侧固定设有第三电机(250),第三电机(250)的输出端与第二丝杠(29)紧固连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种植物纤维板的制备装置,其特征在于,所述定位块(241)穿过限位孔(27)与定位孔(17)配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种植物纤维板的制备装置,其特征在于,所述布料件(3)的一侧设有对称分布的移动块(31),移动块(31)上设有第一螺纹孔(32)和贯穿孔(33),布料件(3)的一侧设有贯穿布料件(3)的贯穿槽(34),布料件(3)的一侧固定设有齿条(35),贯穿槽(34)内滑动设有直杆(36),直杆(36)上设有下料槽(361),直杆(36)的一端紧固设有安装块(362),安装块(362)的一侧转动设有齿轮(363),另一侧固定设有第四电机(360),第四电机(360)的输出端与齿轮(363)紧固连接;
所述直杆(36)的一侧固定设有对称分布的固定板(364),固定板(364)上设有第二导杆(365),第二导杆(365)上滑动设有移动板(38),移动板(38)上固定设有集料斗(381),移动板(38)上紧固设有夹持板(382),移动板(38)的一侧设有第一转动杆(383),夹持板(382)的一侧固定设有用于混合纤维的加工件(39);
所述固定板(364)的一侧设有第二转动杆(366),第二导杆(365)上滑动设有滑块(37),滑块(37)的一侧固定设有第四液压杆(371),滑块(37)的一侧设有连接块(372),第一转动杆(383)的一端与连接块(372)转动连接,另一端与移动板(38)转动连接,第二转动杆(366)的一端与连接块(372)转动连接,另一端与固定板(364)转动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种植物纤维板的制备装置,其特征在于,所述第一螺纹孔(32)与第二丝杠(29)配合,贯穿孔(33)与第一导杆(28)配合,齿条(35)与齿轮(363)配合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种植物纤维板的制备装置,其特征在于,所述第二螺纹孔(46)与第一丝杠(214)配合,配合块(48)与滑槽(213)配合,导向孔(49)与第三导杆(43)配合,第一挡板(42)与第一限位槽(20)配合,第一挡板(42)与配合槽(26)配合,第二挡板(45)与第二限位槽(200)配合。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述的一种植物纤维板的制备装置制备的植物纤维板,其特征,植物纤维板包括轻质骨架(1),所述轻质骨架(1)的一侧紧固设有木纤维层(12),另一侧设有防火层(13),木纤维层(12)上紧固设有装饰面层(11),防火层(13)的一侧固定设有防水层(14),另一侧与轻质骨架(1)紧固连接,轻质骨架(1)上固定设有阵列分布的加强块(15),轻质骨架(1)上设有阵列分布的通槽(16),轻质骨架(1)的一端设有对称分布的定位孔(17);
所述轻质骨架(1)和加强块(15)均采用轻钢材质,厚度为3-4mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种植物纤维板,其特征在于,所述装饰面层(11)采用腻子粉、乳胶漆、硅藻泥中的一种或多种,厚度为0.5-1mm;
所述木纤维层(12)由木纤维与竹纤维混合形成的,厚度为1-3mm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种植物纤维板,其特征在于,所述防火层(13)采用矿棉、玻璃棉、水泥板中的一种或多种,厚度为2-4mm;
所述防水层(14)采用聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种,厚度为1-2mm。
