When the cleaning box is used, plastic is poured onto a filter screen 113 of the cleaning box body 102, cleaning water is injected into the cleaning box body 102, a first driving motor 110 is started to drive a rotating shaft 111 to rotate, the cleaning water is stirred by a stirring rod 112, the cleaning effect is improved, after cleaning is finished, an electromagnetic valve of an installation pipe 105 is opened to drain water, waste water in the cleaning box body 102 is discharged into a recovery box body 101 through the installation pipe 105, a hose 106 and a connecting pipe 104, the first driving motor 110 is closed after the waste water is drained, an electric push rod 1091 is started to extend out to jack the cleaning box body 102, the cleaning box body 102 rotates by taking the top of a second installation seat 108 as a fulcrum, meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve of a feeding pipe 114 is opened, and the plastic in the cleaning box body 102 enters a draining box body 201 through the feeding pipe 114;
starting a second driving motor to drive the rightmost rotating rod 203 to rotate, driving the rotating rods 203 to synchronously rotate by using a driving wheel and a driving belt, conveying plastics from left to right when the conveying rollers 204 synchronously rotate, enabling moisture and waste residues on the surfaces of the plastics to fall down along gaps among the conveying rollers 204 in the conveying process, and simultaneously starting a fan 211 to suck external air into an air box 208 to form air flow to flow upwards to air-dry the surfaces of the plastics;
conveying the dried plastic to a feeding port of the crushing box body 301 along the conveying part 302, enabling the plastic to enter the crushing box body 301 along the feeding port, starting the second driving motor 306 and the third driving motor 307, performing secondary crushing on the plastic by using the grinding teeth and the cutting blades 309, and discharging the crushed plastic outwards through the discharging pipe 310;
and (3) opening an electromagnetic valve of the recovery pipe 202 and starting a water suction pump, pumping the wastewater in the draining box body 201 into the recovery box body 101 through the recovery pipe 202, and closing the first driving motor, the second driving motor 306 and the third driving motor 307 to finish the whole plastic crushing and recovery processing process.
