When the device stops working, the motor 22 stops rotating, the jacking gear 313 also stops rotating at the moment, the rack 319 drives the jacking gear 313 to rotate clockwise under the action of gravity, the jacking gear 313 drives the one-way bearing 323 to rotate clockwise under the action of the abutting fixture block 315 when rotating clockwise, the second transmission shaft 310 cannot rotate at the moment, and the protection plate 321 automatically returns to the inside of the accommodating groove 322 under the action of gravity after the device stops.
