Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, there are respectively schematic structural diagrams of a fire-proof cover 1 of a flexible valve actuator, and a set of tightening devices 2 and pre-tightening devices 3 therein according to the present invention.
The flexible valve actuator fireproof cover 1 comprises two fireproof surfaces 11 which are spliced to cover the outer surface of the actuator, four groups of tightening devices 2, four groups of pre-tightening devices 3 and a sealing plate 4. In the embodiment and the drawings, only four sets of the tightening device 2, four sets of the pre-tightening device 3 and one sealing plate 4 are shown, but in actual use, the number of the tightening devices can be increased or decreased according to the circumstances.
The tightening device 2 comprises a tightening belt 21, a tightening seat 22 and a tightening expansion bag 23. The tightening belt 21 is a strip-shaped flexible fireproof cloth belt which is sewn by high-silica fireproof cloth and is hollow inside, and is arranged at an angle which is perpendicular to the seam of the fireproof surface 11. One end of the fixing is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the seam of the fireproof surface 11, and the other end extends to the other side of the seam. The other side of the seam of the fireproof surface 11 is provided with the tightening seat 22.
The tightening socket 22 includes a tightening mounting member 221 and a tightening stop 222. The tightening mounting member 221 is a rectangular steel plate, the length direction of which is perpendicular to the length direction of the tightening belt 21, and both ends of which are riveted to the outer wall of the fireproof surface 11. The tightening limiting member 222 is a square ring structure made of steel, and is welded to a surface of the tightening mounting member 221 away from the fire-proof surface 11 at an angle that the ring surface is perpendicular to the tightening mounting member, so as to form an inverted "T" shaped structure.
The tightening expansion bag 23 is made of expanded graphite and is adhered to one end of the tightening belt 21 away from the fixing point of the tightening belt by a flame-retardant adhesive.
The space inside the tightening stop 222 is to ensure that the tightening strap 21 and the tightening expansion package 23 inside the tightening strap can pass through the space.
The pre-tightening device 3 comprises an extension belt 31, a pre-tightening seat 32 and a pre-tightening expansion bag 33. The extension band 31 may be configured in accordance with the tightening band 21 to be equal to extending the length of the tightening band 21; alternatively, a single layer high silica fire-resistant cloth without an internal hollow may be attached to the end of the tightening strap 21 remote from its point of attachment.
The pre-tightening socket 32 is similar in construction to the tightening socket 22, differing only in its wider width. The pre-tensioned inflatable bag 33 is also similar in construction to the tensioned inflatable bag 23, except that it is shorter in length. The pre-tightening expansion bag 33 is bonded to the inner wall of the channel of the pre-tightening seat 32 through a flame-retardant adhesive.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram and a cross-sectional view of the sealing plate 4 in the fire-proof cover 1 of the flexible valve actuator are respectively provided.
The sealing plate 4 is formed by folding a steel plate in half and is divided into two parts at an angle parallel to the length direction: wherein the lower half part is bent to keep a certain gap, a cavity is formed, and a sealed expansion bag 41 is filled in the cavity; the upper half parts are jointed. The sealed expansion bag 41 is also made of expanded graphite in a rectangular shape, and fills the cavity of the lower half part.
In addition, the lower half part is provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the inside and the outside of the cavity of the lower half part, so that the sealing expansion bag 41 can overflow when being expanded by heat. A few larger holes may also be provided. In the upper half four through holes are punched, of the same size as the channels of the tightening socket 22.
The initial expansion temperature of the pre-tightening expansion packet 33 is sequentially greater than the initial expansion temperature of the tightening expansion packet 22 and greater than the initial expansion temperature of the sealing expansion packet 41.
In specific implementation, the sealing plate 4 is inserted into the seam of the fireproof surface 11, wherein the lower half part is submerged between the seams and the upper half part is exposed outside the seams.
And then the tightening belt 21 and the extension belt 31 are integrally and sequentially passed through the through hole of the upper half part of the sealing plate 4, the channel of the tightening seat 22 and the channel of the pre-tightening seat 32. The tightening expansion packet 23 should be located just between the pre-tightening seat 32 and the tightening seat 22.
In the case of a fire, the outside temperature rapidly rises. The pre-tightening expansion bag 33 is caused to expand by heat, so as to seal the inner space of the pre-tightening seat 32 and tightly press the extension belt 31. On the one hand, the tightening strap 21 is held loose and on the other hand, the tightening expansion packet 23 is held expanding only in the direction of the data tightening socket 22.
Continued temperature rise causes the tightening expansion packet 23 to expand, thereby creating an effect of pushing the tightening socket 22 at a right-to-left angle, which pushes the seam of the fire face 11 tightly sealed.
Further temperature rise causes the expansion of the sealing expansion bag 41 to further fill the seam of the fire-protecting surface 11 and to react with the tightening expansion bag 23, which cooperate to achieve a sufficient seal.
Example 2:
fig. 5 and fig. 6 are schematic structural views of the fire-proof cover 1 of the flexible valve actuator, and a set of tightening devices 2 and pre-tightening devices 3 therein, respectively.
The difference from example 1 is that: the tightening device 2 further comprises a quick release coupling 24.
One end of the tightening belt 21, which is far away from the tightening expansion packet 23, is fixed on the outer wall of the fireproof surface 11 through the quick release joint 24. The structure of the quick-release joint 24 is similar to that of a hinge, two pages of the quick-release joint are respectively riveted with the tightening belt 21 and the fireproof surface 11, a central shaft for connecting the two pages is a smooth-wall round rod, the quick-release joint can be smoothly inserted into and pulled out from the space between the two pages, and a handle is further arranged at one end of the quick-release joint, so that the inserting and pulling actions are further simplified.
After a fire disaster occurs, the expansion bags are expanded and locked to cause difficulty in disassembling the fireproof cover, the quick disconnection of the tightening belt 21 can be realized by drawing out the middle shaft of the quick-disassembly joint 24, the quick disassembly of the fireproof cover is realized, and the new fireproof cover is convenient to replace.
