Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a system for treating pelvic floor obstacle diseases by combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
Background
According to investigation, at present, 6 hundred million people worldwide suffer from different degrees of pelvic floor disorders, wherein the incidence rate of such diseases in women is about 25% -45%, and 50% in women older than 45 years old. About 78% of fertile women are unsatisfactory for sexual life due to vaginal relaxation. The foreign multi-region survey proves that the incidence rate of the urinary incontinence of Chinese men is 3-10%, the incidence rate of the prostate gland is about 30%, and the pelvic floor disorder diseases of the old people are more than 80%. Female pelvic floor dysfunction is a group of diseases which are caused by pelvic organ displacement and various pelvic organ dysfunction caused by a plurality of factors such as pelvic floor support structure defect weakness, injury and functional disorder, is frequently generated in postpartum women and climacteric women, patients are often accompanied with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction, and the female pelvic floor dysfunction brings disorder to daily work, life and social intercourse, and seriously affects physical and mental health and life quality. At present, the population of China is seriously aged, more and more people can suffer from pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases due to the release of a two-child policy, the diseases seriously affect the living quality and social activities of patients, the diseases become one of five chronic diseases affecting the living quality of human beings, and the devices for treating the pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases on the market are introduced from abroad, the action principle is that the weak part of the contractility of pelvic floor muscles is prompted through biostimulation feedback, and doctors give guidance to exercise and recover the autonomous contractility and control strength of the pelvic floor muscles.
The defect is that the principle of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs of the physique of the Chinese people is not met, and the Chinese medicine considers that different symptoms and types can appear in the same disease in different development stages; different diseases may have the same syndrome type during their development. Therefore, the principle of ' treating both diseases simultaneously or ' treating both diseases simultaneously ' can be adopted when treating diseases. The traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of research on female pelvic floor dysfunction, belongs to the categories of enuresis, stiffness in yin, support in yin and the like according to symptom expression, and has developed a treatment method taking acupuncture and moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicines as typical methods.
In the traditional Chinese medicine, different groups of people are divided into different constitutions, and the Wangchen traditional Chinese medicine constitution nine fen-including 9 basic types of mild constitution, qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm dampness, damp heat, blood stasis, qi depression, specific constitution and the like, wherein the different constitution types are characterized in the aspects of body characteristics, physiological characteristics, psychological characteristics, pathological reaction state, disease tendency and the like; "three differentiation theories" -body, disease and syndrome differentiation, diagnosis and treatment modes. Traditional Chinese medicine has relevant recorded researches on female pelvic floor dysfunction, and considers that women have the symptoms of stiff yin, or damaged by the uterus collaterals, or have too much labor for childbirth, or have subsidence of qi due to deficiency of qi and downward flow of damp-heat. Therefore, it can warm yang and treat sinking and sinking by invigorating qi and lifting. The traditional Chinese medicine physique theory has wide application range, emphasizes the adjustability of the physique by researching the relation between different physique types and diseases, starts with the improvement of the physique and provides conditions for improving the pathological state of an individual with diseases; the individual diagnosis and treatment are realized, aiming at the problems, in the clinical diagnosis and treatment activities of diseases, the prevention and treatment measures and the treatment means of the diseases are established on the basis of the physical constitution identification, the physical constitution characteristics of the person are fully considered, and the corresponding treatment measures are taken according to the physical constitution characteristics; the theory and the method are provided for preventing the diseases through the aspect of physique conditioning by implementing the academic idea of 'treating diseases' in the traditional Chinese medicine, combining the physique to prevent the diseases and improving the physique and adjusting the functional state. Fully embodies the thought of people oriented and fit with people. The search for innovative pelvic floor rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus with independent intellectual property right suitable for Chinese conditions and Chinese people is the purpose of the research and development of the team.

Further, the MCU controls the pelvic cavity electrode 2 to work according to the signal of the vaginal pressure probe 4.
Further, a body surface electrode 5 for measuring the muscle exertion of the body of the patient is arranged, the body surface electrode 5 and the vagina pressure probe 4 work cooperatively to distinguish whether the pelvic floor muscle of the patient exerts the force when detecting the condition of the pelvic floor muscle, and the body surface electrode 5 is adhered to the abdomen to detect whether the muscle of the adhered part exerts the force.
Furthermore, the MCU comprises a first MCU and a second MCU which are independent, the first MCU controls the first electrical stimulation circuit to send out pulse current so as to control the pelvic cavity electrode 2 to work, and the second MCU controls the second electrical stimulation circuit to send out pulse current so as to control the acupuncture point stimulation treatment module 3 to work.
Furthermore, the vagina pressure probe 4 is further arranged, the vagina pressure probe 4 detects the pressure of muscle groups of pelvic floor muscles in the vagina and feeds back signals to the first MCU, the first MCU controls the first electrical stimulation circuit to send out pulse current according to the signals of the vagina pressure probe 4, and the first electrical stimulation circuit is electrically connected with the pelvic cavity control electrode.
Example two:
referring to fig. 3, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the MCU controls the pelvic electrode 2 and the acupoint stimulation therapy module 3 to work cooperatively.
The above-described preferred embodiments should be considered as examples of the embodiments of the present application, and any technical deductions, substitutions, improvements and the like similar to, similar to or based on the present application should be considered as the protection scope of the present patent.
