Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated elastic protection and support insole, wherein a half sole supporting frame made of micro-elastic slow-resilience materials is arranged at the half sole position of an insole main body, the half sole supporting frame is arranged around the half sole position of a human body, a thumb extending block is arranged on the half sole supporting frame, the thumb extending block is supported below the thumb of the foot of the human body and is integrally formed with the half sole supporting frame, a half sole resilience piece is attached to the inner annular step surface of the half sole supporting frame and in the surrounding range, the half sole resilience piece is made of high-elasticity materials, and the resilience rate of the half sole resilience piece is higher than that of the half sole supporting frame. The insole is provided with a half sole supporting frame made of a micro-elastic slow-rebound material, so that the half sole is lifted to realize integral stress, the integral stress at the half sole is kept to reduce fatigue of the half sole caused by local deformation and stress which are too frequent and too large in amplitude, and meanwhile, the half sole rebound piece provides reliable integral rebound to protect the half sole.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an integrated resilient protective and support insole.
Background
Traditional shoe-pad includes the shoe-pad main part, and shoe-pad main part lower surface sets up the elastic layer in order realizing the buffering to the sole, but there is the contradiction between the elasticity of shoe-pad and the stability, and the better shoe-pad of elasticity often supports stability relatively poor, can't form whole stability at half sole department and support. In addition, the traditional insole has poor support protection for the thumb and is easy to cause fatigue.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem underlying the present invention is to provide an integrated elastic protection and support insole which provides better elastic cushioning and overall support of the forefoot and which is able to provide better support protection for the thumb of the foot.
Therefore, the integral elastic protection and support insole comprises an insole main body, wherein the insole main body is distributed according to the shape of a sole, a half sole support frame made of a micro-elastic slow-rebound material is arranged at the half sole position of the insole main body, the half sole support frame is arranged around the half sole position of a human body in a surrounding mode, a thumb extension block is arranged on the half sole support frame, the thumb extension block is supported below the thumb of the foot of the human body and integrally formed with the half sole support frame, an inner annular step surface is arranged in the half sole support frame, a half sole rebound sheet is attached to the inner annular step surface of the half sole support frame and in the surrounding range, the half sole rebound sheet is made of a high-elasticity material, and the rebound rate of the half sole rebound sheet is higher than that of the half sole support frame.
Preferably, an arch groove is formed in the heel of the insole body corresponding to the arch of foot, and an elastic arch support sheet is attached to the arch groove.

2) the support capability of the thumb to the human body is improved by arranging the thumb extension block made of the same material as the half sole support frame, the fatigue at the thumb is reduced, and the stable support area at the sole can be enlarged;
3) the insole is provided with a heel cup stand, the heel cup stand comprises an outer cup stand and an inner cup stand which are connected with each other, a heel supporting piece is arranged in an elastic piece arranging groove at the bottom of the heel cup stand, the heel cup stand can improve the stability of supporting the foot on the ground, the heel supporting piece can provide concentrated and stable elastic support under the constraint of the elastic piece arranging groove, and when the bearing strength of the outer cup stand is higher than that of the inner cup stand and the elasticity of the outer cup stand is weaker than that of the inner cup stand, the inner overturned foot can be better supported and corrected; when the bearing strength of the inner cup stand is greater than that of the outer cup stand, and the elasticity of the inner cup stand is weaker than that of the outer cup stand, the everted foot can be better supported and corrected;

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. In which like parts are designated by like reference numerals. It should be noted that the terms "front," "back," "left," "right," "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the terms "bottom" and "top," "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an integrated elastic protection and support footwear insole according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes an insole body 1, the insole body 1 being distributed according to a plantar form, the half sole position of the insole main body 1 is provided with a half sole supporting frame 2 made of micro-elastic slow-rebound material, the half sole supporting frame 2 is arranged around the half sole position of the human body, the half sole supporting frame 2 is provided with a thumb extending block 3, the thumb extending block 3 is supported under the thumb of the foot of the human body and is integrally formed with the half sole supporting frame 2, the inner ring-shaped step surface 4 is arranged in the half sole supporting frame 2, the half sole resilience piece 5 is stuck in the inner ring-shaped step surface 4 and the surrounding range of the half sole supporting frame 2, the half sole resilience piece 5 is made of high-elasticity material, the rebound rate of the half sole rebound sheet 5 is higher than that of the half sole supporting frame 2; an arch groove 6 is arranged at the heel of the insole body 1 corresponding to the arch of foot, and an elastic arch supporting sheet 7 is stuck in the arch groove 6; the heel position is provided with a heel cup stand 8, the bottom of the heel cup stand 8 is surrounded to form an elastic sheet placing groove 9, and an elastic heel supporting sheet 10 is attached to the elastic sheet placing groove 9; the heel cup stand 8 comprises an outer cup stand 81 and an inner cup stand 82 which are connected with each other, the bearing strength and the elasticity of the outer cup stand 81 and the inner cup stand 82 are different, wherein the bearing strength of the outer cup stand 81 is greater than that of the inner cup stand 82, and the elasticity of the outer cup stand 81 is weaker than that of the inner cup stand 82.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to realize the location tracking of long endurance, a piezoelectric power generation piece is attached to the inner side of the half sole return spring 5 of the insole body 1 and/or the inner side of the heel support piece 10 at the heel, the piezoelectric power generation piece is connected with a power generation circuit arranged at the arch of foot through a lead embedded in the insole body 1, a component placement groove 11 is arranged in a recess of the arch of foot of the insole body, the component placement groove 11 is in hard shell protection, the power generation circuit is connected with a conductive end arranged on the component placement groove 11, an electronic location device is arranged in the component placement groove 11, the electronic location device is provided with a signal transmission system and a location system, and the signal transmission system transmits position information to an electronic terminal.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to achieve effective correction and support of the valgus foot, the bearing strength of the inner cup holder 82 is greater than that of the outer cup holder 81, and the elasticity of the inner cup holder 82 is weaker than that of the outer cup holder 81.

2. The multi-functional midsole support structure according to claim 1, wherein: an arch groove is formed in the heel of the insole body corresponding to the arch of foot, and an elastic arch supporting sheet is attached to the arch groove.
