Abstract

本发明实施例提供视频编码器、视频解码器及相应方法,该方法包括:在满足多个预设条件的情况下,对当前图像块进行基于双向预测的光流技术BDOF处理,以得到当前图像块的预测像素值;多个预设条件至少包括当前图像块的尺寸满足第一预设尺寸,当前图像块的尺寸满足第一预设尺寸包括:当前图像块的高H大于或等于8,以及,在当前图像块的宽W与高H的乘积等于64的情况下,宽W不等于高H;至少根据当前图像块的预测像素值,重建当前图像块;将语法元素编入待传输的码流,语法元素至少用于指示采用双向预测。采用本发明实施例,能够一定程度上实现编码/解码复杂度与预测准确度之间的平衡。
