Abstract
本申请提供一种帧间预测方法和相关装置,该方法包括:解析码流以确定待处理图像块的预测信息,其中,当该预测信息指示该待处理图像块的预测方向为双向预测时,该码流中不包含目标标识信息,其中,该目标标识信息用于指示对该待处理图像块进行局部亮度补偿LIC;根据该预测信息,获得该待处理图像块的预测值。上述技术方案可以在对视频质量没有较大影响的情况下,加快视频解码速度。
