The user index to be analyzed and the relevant element actual information of the user are analyzed and calculated according to the user personalized health index model, the common value or range of the index and the significance of the index to the health condition in different ranges are firstly determined, and then the influence of the user factor, the external factor and the time factor on the index and the significance of the value or range of the index to the health condition in different conditions are determined. And analyzing to obtain the health related significance of the index/index combination according to the user related element information and the value of the index/index combination by combining with the personalized health index model. Such as: according to the actual situation of the user, if the relevant index/index combination of the user meets the normal value or is within the normal range of the index under the conditions of the actual self factor of the user, the external factor, the time factor and the like, the analysis result of the user index to be analyzed is considered to be normal, if not, the analysis result of the user index to be analyzed is abnormal, and corresponding other analysis results are given according to the index range and the health significance under different conditions.
The system for health analysis by using the personalized index can intelligently analyze whether the index of the user is normal or not or analyze the relevant state and capacity of the user, thereby improving the accuracy of index check, improving the medical level, and avoiding misdiagnosis caused by no personalized index standard, damage to the user caused by misdiagnosis or misjudgment on the state of the user.
The system for health analysis by using the personalized index can be used for suggestion, management, detection and evaluation of physical examination, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, training, learning, work, sports, diet/nutrition, work and rest, medication, medical instruments, operation, physical therapy and fertility. The analysis result of the user index obtained by the method for health analysis by utilizing the personalized index can be used for reminding, warning, limiting, prohibiting, assisting and guiding the diagnosis of the user/doctor/expert. It can also be used for the data base of user/physician/expert and recommendation/management/guidance/consultation position or secondary recommendation/management/guidance/consultation center discussion and the data base of advanced position reply/automatic reply. And the evaluation result can also be used as the basis for professional level evaluation/professional normative evaluation/performance assessment of personnel such as doctors, experts and the like afterwards. For example: the personalized index is used for treatment, so that the problems that personalized deviation possibly exists in an index range and certain standard values are too large in range and not accurate enough can be solved, a treatment method suitable for a user is accurately analyzed, and a treatment effect is improved by adopting a suitable medicine and a medical instrument.
The system for health analysis by using the personalized indexes further comprises a method for giving the analysis result of the health condition related to the user according to the analysis result of the user indexes and the actual condition of the user, reminding the user/a doctor of various conditions and risks possibly caused by the user indexes and detecting/finding the conditions and the risks, and a related coping method.
The various data acquired by the system for health analysis using the personalized index of the present invention may be all data, or data of some conditions may be set as required, for example: data for a certain time period, data of the user at a certain hospital/department/doctor, etc.
In the invention, the system for health analysis by using the personalized index further comprises a multi-dimensional element attribute dictionary using the user index, which is used for processing the matching/comparison of data from different sources, different data structures, different descriptions, different data standards, such as the user index to be analyzed, the related element actual information of the user, and the like, and the related information and rules in the personalized (health) index database, and comprises a fuzzy matching algorithm. The user index multi-dimensional element attribute dictionary comprises at least one of a standard dictionary, a synonym corresponding dictionary and a fuzzy matching dictionary of each element attribute related to the user index, and comprises data such as synonyms, structures, combinations and mutual corresponding relations of each dimension element attribute related to each item. The comparison between the acquired information and the relevant information and rules in the personalized (healthy) index database may be performed by using the acquired original information and the dictionary corresponding to the different names of each item in the user index multidimensional attribute dictionary in the personalized (healthy) index database, or by converting the acquired original information into the corresponding standard dictionaries and then comparing the converted original information with the personalized (healthy) index database, or by performing fuzzy matching comparison between the acquired original information and the dictionaries in the personalized (healthy) index database, or by combining the above methods. The user index multi-dimensional element attribute dictionary can be established independently or can be included in a personalized (health) index database.
In the invention, besides adopting the user index multi-dimensional element attribute dictionary for matching, the matching/comparison between the acquired information and the related information and rules in the personalized (health) index database can be processed by methods such as a voice recognition technology, a semantic recognition technology, translation of different languages, an OCR recognition technology, a virtual reality technology, an augmented reality technology, a gesture recognition technology and the like.
In the invention, the system for health analysis by using the personalized index may further include a user personal information database for providing or supplementing the relevant information of the user when acquiring the relevant element actual information of the user. The user personal information database comprises the relevant information of the user, and the content comprises: user basic information, genetic related information, family health related information such as family medical history, allergy history, regional epidemic medical history, medication history, surgical history, learning status, work status, exercise status, family status, living environment, hobbies, compliance status, tolerance status, medical insurance status, and information such as physiology/psychology/learning/work/physical/sleep/exercise/mood/metabolism/vision/intelligence/attention/diet/immunity/growth/memory/fertility status and work and rest time.
The data acquisition method of the user personal information database comprises the steps of acquiring or analyzing the data acquired or accessed from other information systems, equipment or databases, or manually inputting the data, or acquiring and analyzing new data continuously in the using process of the related information of the databases, or combining the methods.
In the invention, various analysis results, evaluation, reports and other output information of the system for health analysis by using the personalized indexes can be manually completed by professionals according to the personalized (health) index database and various data, or manually completed under the support of the system, or automatically completed by artificial intelligence, or completed by combining a system/artificial intelligence completion part with a manual completion part. The form of the application/output of the related analysis result can be realized by functions of reminding, informing, reporting, system authority limit, system flow limit, control of related systems/equipment/files/authorities and the like; or providing related interfaces to be realized by being in butt joint with other management systems; or an application that provides results, with the relevant results being manually implemented by the user.
In the invention, the identity recognition, confirmation, login and electronic signature of the user, the expert and the related role of the system for health analysis by utilizing the personalized index, and the storage, transmission and application of the personal information, the medical advice information and various analysis results can be encrypted by various methods to prevent the related identity/permission from being stolen or information from being leaked. Wherein the encryption algorithm comprises a symmetric encryption algorithm and/or an asymmetric encryption algorithm, such as: the large integer decomposition problem encryption algorithm, the discrete logarithm problem encryption algorithm, the elliptic curve encryption algorithm, specifically, the block chain technique, etc., the encryption hardware may adopt a secret key, a dongle, an encrypted hard disk, etc., and may be encrypted in combination with user equipment hardware, a network address, etc., or may be encrypted in combination with each other.
In the invention, the data transmission mode of the system for health analysis by using the personalized index can be a data line mode, a wired network mode, a wireless transmission mode, a radio frequency identification mode, a magnetic card read-write mode, a mobile hard disk mode, an NFC mode, a bar code mode, a two-dimensional code mode and the like. The wireless transmission mode comprises: infrared, bluetooth, wifi, microwave, visible light wave, telecommunication wireless network, ultrasonic/sound wave, radio, etc.
In the invention, the system for health analysis by using the personalized index can be used by a single machine, or accessed external hardware such as a mobile hard disk, a box, a card and the like can be used by a user, or the system can be installed on a local server to support the local user, or can be installed on a private cloud server to support the private cloud user, or can be installed on the Internet to provide service for Internet users.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for using a system for health analysis using personalized index according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the method for using the system for health analysis using personalized index of the present invention includes:
establishing a user personalized health index model;
acquiring a user index to be analyzed;
acquiring relevant element actual information of a user;
and analyzing and calculating the user index to be analyzed and the relevant element actual information of the user based on the user personalized health index model to obtain an analysis result of the user index to be analyzed.
The application method of the system for health analysis by using personalized indicators of the present invention corresponds to the technical features of the system for health analysis by using personalized indicators of the present invention, and reference may be made to the description of the system for health analysis by using personalized indicators, which is not repeated herein.
In summary, the system for health analysis using personalized indicators and the method for using the same of the present invention includes: the device comprises a data storage unit, a first information acquisition unit, a second information acquisition unit and an analysis unit. The method for performing health analysis by using the personalized index comprises the following steps: establishing a user personalized health index model, acquiring a user index to be analyzed, acquiring relevant element actual information of a user, and analyzing and calculating the user index to be analyzed and the relevant element actual information of the user based on the user personalized health index model to obtain an analysis result of the user index to be analyzed. According to the system for health analysis by using the personalized indexes and the using method thereof, disclosed by the invention, the target population/application scene and related parameter standards are subdivided by using massive medical data to fully master the personalized information of the user, a personalized health index model for the user is established, and whether the user indexes are normal is refined and intelligently analyzed, so that the accuracy of index check is improved, the medical level is improved, and the damage caused by misdiagnosis is avoided.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in further detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A system for health analysis using personalized metrics, comprising:
the data storage unit is used for storing the user personalized health index model;
the first information acquisition unit is used for acquiring a user index to be analyzed;
a second information acquisition unit for acquiring relevant element actual information of the user;
and the analysis unit is used for analyzing and calculating the user index to be analyzed and the relevant element actual information of the user based on the user personalized health index model to obtain an analysis result of the user index to be analyzed.
2. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the user personalized health index model is obtained by analyzing at least one item of information related to personal historical indexes of the user, the relation between the user factors and the indexes and the relation between external factors and the indexes.
3. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the user metrics include: at least one of physical examination related indexes, hematology related indexes, thrombus and hemostasis related indexes, excreta/secretion/body fluid related indexes, kidney function related indexes, liver function related indexes, biochemistry related indexes, immunology related indexes, genetics related indexes, pathogen related indexes, heart function related indexes, lung function related indexes, psychological state related indexes, mental state related indexes, motor ability related indexes, imaging related indexes and acoustic related indexes.
4. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the user's own factors related to the metrics include: at least one of a population factor, a genetic factor, a physiological factor, a psychological factor, a physical factor, a life state/history, a motion condition, a work condition, a disease condition of the user.
5. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 2, wherein: external factors related to the index include: at least one of environmental, pharmaceutical, medical device, dietary, physical/psychological trauma, surgery, radiation, physical therapy, rehabilitation, operation, examination, psychological intervention.
6. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the personalized health index model also comprises a relation between a time factor and an index.
7. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises a user index collecting device for collecting user indexes of the user/user group under various conditions and analyzing and obtaining the influence of the factors of the user/user group on the indexes, the influence of external factors on the indexes and the influence of time factors on the indexes.
8. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the user personalized health indicator model is a model of a user or class of users.
9. The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises an individualized index database, wherein the individualized index database comprises at least one of relevant rules of the relation between the factors of the user/user group and the indexes, relevant rules of the relation between external factors and the indexes, and relevant rules of the relation between time factors and the indexes.

The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises a user personal information database, wherein the user personal information database comprises the relevant information of the user and is used for providing or supplementing the relevant information of the user when acquiring the actual information of the relevant elements of the user.

The system for health analysis using personalized metrics as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the correlation analysis results are applied to: physical examination, diagnosis, treatment regimen selection/recommendation/monitoring/assessment, drug use selection/recommendation/monitoring/assessment, surgical regimen selection/recommendation/monitoring/assessment, health monitoring/assessment, rehabilitation regimen selection/recommendation/monitoring/assessment, physical/mental capability assessment/assessment, potential assessment, training regimen, learning, work, exercise at least one.
12. Use of a system for health analysis using personalized metrics according to any of claims 1-11, characterised in that the method comprises:
establishing a user personalized health index model;
acquiring a user index to be analyzed;
acquiring relevant element actual information of a user;
and analyzing and calculating the user index to be analyzed and the relevant element actual information of the user based on the user personalized health index model to obtain an analysis result of the user index to be analyzed.
