The method of claim 1, wherein the surgical plan comprises: at least one of a surgical drug, a surgical medical device, blood/blood extract/blood product, an implant, a surgical preparation, a surgical diet/nutrition, a surgical conversation/tutoring, a surgical procedure, a surgical site, a surgical position, a number of surgeries, a surgical time, a surgical occasion, a surgical method, a surgical care, a post-surgical treatment/management, a treatment of complications, a post-surgical examination/detection, a post-surgical rehabilitation.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the surgical plan database includes information and rules regarding the rationality and compliance of the surgical plan, the impact on the patient and the measures that need to be taken.

The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the relevant rules for rationalization and compliance of the surgical plan include: rules related to applicability of surgical plan related content, rules related to contraindications of surgical plan related content, rules related to surgical plan related content requiring caution/attention, rules related to surgical plan related content having interaction, rules related to allergy of surgical plan related content, rules related to surgical conditions of surgical plan related content, rules related to surgical plan related examination, rules related to surgical occasion of surgical plan, rules related to method of use of surgical plan related object, rules related to usage of surgical plan related object, rules related to method of use of surgical plan related intervention measure, rules related to usage of surgical plan related intervention measure, rules related to suitability/comfort/compliance of surgical plan related content, rules related to medical insurance/welfare of surgical plan related content, At least one of a rule related to economic management of the surgical plan-related content and a rule related to administrative management of the surgical plan-related content.

The method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the method further comprises: preliminarily screening out the operation scheme which can meet the relevant requirements according to the requirement information of the operation scheme; and comparing the requirement information of the operation scheme, the actual information of relevant elements of the patient for performing the operation, the preliminarily screened relevant information of the operation scheme which can meet the relevant requirements with the relevant information and rules in the operation scheme database, and screening the operation scheme which is suitable for the patient from the preliminarily screened operation scheme which can meet the relevant requirements.

The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the method further comprises: analyzing and comparing the analysis results of each content of the related operation schemes in each analysis item obtained by analyzing and comparing the related operation schemes under various conditions according to the related rules in the operation scheme database, respectively setting corresponding levels/scores, and setting the relative weight of each analysis item according to the actual situation, so that when the operation schemes are intelligently recommended, the comprehensive level/score of the content of the related operation schemes can be respectively calculated according to the level/score of the content of the related operation schemes in each analysis item and the weight of each analysis item, and the relative weight of each content of the related operation schemes can be set, so that the total level/score of the related operation schemes can be calculated according to the comprehensive level/score of each content of the related operation schemes and the weight of each content, and the comprehensive recommendation results or comprehensive priority ranking can be conveniently given to the intelligent recommendation of the operation schemes, including comparisons between related surgical protocols.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method comprises: the method intelligently recommends a surgical plan conditional on the overall grade/score of the surgical plan being higher than a set grade/score.

The method of claim 6 or 7, wherein: the method can also correspondingly generate different intelligent analysis models according to the levels/scores set by the analysis results of the analysis items, the weights of the analysis items and the weights of the contents of the relevant operation schemes under various conditions, so that the relevant intelligent analysis models can be used/referred under the same/similar use conditions, and the setting of the intelligent analysis models can be continuously optimized and adjusted in the use process.

The method of claim 1-8, wherein: the method also comprises a surgery multi-dimensional element attribute dictionary which is used for processing the matching/comparison of the requirement information of the surgery scheme, the actual information of relevant elements of the patient for surgery and relevant information and rules in a surgery scheme database.

The method of claim 9, wherein the method comprises: the operation multi-dimensional element attribute dictionary comprises a standard dictionary, a synonym corresponding dictionary and a fuzzy matching dictionary of operation related element attributes, and the comparison of the extracted information with the information and rules in the operation scheme database is realized by comparing the extracted original information with the synonym corresponding dictionary, or firstly converting the original information into a format corresponding to the standard dictionary and then comparing the original information, or performing fuzzy matching comparison on the original information, or a combination of the methods.

The method of claim 1-8, wherein: the method further comprises a patient personal information database, wherein the patient personal information database comprises relevant information of the patient, and is used for extracting the requirement information of the surgical plan and relevant element actual information of the patient for performing the surgery and providing relevant information of the patient for analyzing the suitable surgical plan of the patient.

The method of claim 1-8, wherein: the method further comprises a medical staff personal information database, wherein the medical staff personal information database comprises relevant information of medical staff, and is used for extracting the requirement information of the operation scheme and relevant element actual information of the patient for performing the operation and providing the relevant information of the medical staff for analyzing the operation scheme suitable for the patient.

The method of claim 1-8, wherein: the method also includes reminding the patient/medical personnel of various conditions, risks and detection/discovery thereof which may occur during/after the relevant operation, and relevant preparation and handling methods, and issuing an alarm, prompting or initiating remedial action when the condition of the operation is discovered.
14. The method of claim 1-8, wherein: the method may also enable consolidated intelligent recommendation of a combination of surgical protocols for two or more surgeries.

The method of intelligently recommending surgical plans according to any one of claims 1-14, characterized in that: the method further includes encrypting identification, confirmation, login, electronic signature of the patient, medical personnel and related roles, and storage, transmission and application of personal information, medical advice information and various analysis results.
16. A system for intelligently recommending surgical plans, the system comprising:
the database unit is used for storing a surgical plan database;
a first information extraction unit for extracting requirement information of a surgical plan;
a second information extraction unit for extracting relevant element actual information of the patient performing the operation;
and the intelligent auditing unit is used for calculating and comparing the requirement information of the operation scheme, the actual information of relevant elements of the patient for performing the operation and relevant information and rules in the operation scheme database, and intelligently recommending the operation scheme suitable for the patient.
17. An apparatus for intelligently recommending surgical plans, characterized in that said apparatus comprises:
the database module is used for storing a surgical plan database;
the first information extraction module is used for extracting the requirement information of the operation scheme;
the second information extraction module is used for extracting relevant element actual information of the patient for operation;
and the intelligent auditing module is used for calculating and comparing the requirement information of the operation scheme, the actual information of relevant elements of the patient for performing the operation with relevant information and rules in the operation scheme database, and intelligently recommending the operation scheme suitable for the patient.
