Description

Furniture component and method for producing the same
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flexible furniture unit which can be used in particular in living areas and preferably in kitchen areas. In particular, the furniture unit according to the invention can be used as a cabinet or a wall cupboard, wherein a wide variety of objects can be stored in the furniture unit.
Background
In the prior art, various furniture units are known which are used, for example, as wall cupboards and can be attached by their furniture frame to a wall in a room, for example, by means of screw fastening. The structure of such wall cabinets is usually well defined. The position of the side walls of the furniture frame relative to each other is predetermined by the furniture frame structure, so that the entire furniture frame is always adjusted when the furniture frame is adjusted. A bottom shelf is generally provided as a lower terminal and a top shelf is provided as an upper terminal, and one or more intermediate shelves may be provided therebetween depending on the type and size of the closet. Such a wall cabinet is suitable for structurally accommodating various storage objects. However, a rigid structure allowing only little flexibility is disadvantageous.
DE202006014397U1 discloses a shelving unit for fixing to a kitchen wall, said unit comprising a rear wall fixable to an inner wall. A horizontally extending top shelf is provided on the rear wall. The rear wall is provided with horizontal rails on which one or more carrier modules can be suspended in a flexible and horizontally displaceable manner. Such a shelving unit or such a closet can be flexibly used as a conventional closet in which the bottom shelf forms the lower terminal end. However, greater flexibility is required.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a furniture unit, in particular for use in living and/or kitchen areas, which has a higher flexibility.
This object is achieved by a furniture unit according to the invention having the features of claim 1. Preferred developments of the invention form the subject matter of the dependent claims. Additional advantages and features of the present invention may be found in the summary and description of the specific embodiments.
The furniture unit according to the invention comprises two spaced apart functional walls on which at least one movable furniture component is received and guided. The furniture component is movable between at least two positions. The furniture component at least partially conceals and/or covers the intermediate space between the functional walls in the closed position and at least partially exposes the intermediate space or storage space between the functional walls in the open position. The spatial positions of the two functional walls can be set independently of one another by means of a separately adjustable mounting mechanism.
The movable furniture component is preferably in the form of or includes a flap mechanism. In particular, a preferred furniture unit according to the invention comprises two spaced-apart functional walls, on which at least one flap mechanism is held and guided. The flap mechanism is movable between at least two positions. The flap mechanism at least partially covers the intermediate space between the functional walls in the closed position and at least partially exposes the intermediate space between the functional walls in the open position. The spatial positions of the two functional walls can be set independently of one another by means of a separately adjustable mounting mechanism.
The movement of the movable furniture component or furniture component in the form of a flap mechanism is not restricted, either in the movement sequence or in the spatial direction. For example, the furniture component or at least a part thereof may perform a rotational movement, a pivoting movement, a sliding movement or a combination of at least two of these types of movements.
The spatial arrangement of the functional walls is not limited to a substantially vertical arrangement; the functional wall may also be arranged horizontally or obliquely (or deliberately askew) on the wall of the room.
The direction of movement of the furniture part or the flap arrangement or one or more parts thereof can accordingly likewise extend in different spatial directions.
The furniture unit according to the invention has a number of advantages. A significant advantage of the furniture unit according to the invention is that the intermediate spaces between the mutually spaced, in particular laterally spaced, functional walls can be used in a completely flexible manner.
Since the two functional walls can be arranged in their spatial positions individually and independently of one another, it is possible, for example, to attach only the two functional walls to an interior wall or a room wall. The two functional walls can then be connected to one another individually or only by means of furniture components (for example in the form of flap mechanisms or drawers). In order to achieve an optimal arrangement, the position and positioning of the two functional walls may be provided separately and independently of each other. Any tolerances in the lateral or vertical direction or any angular deviations occurring when mounting the functional wall on a room wall can thus be compensated.
Preferably, the movable furniture component is in the form of a flap mechanism, but may also be in the form of a drawer or a part thereof. Such a drawer can be fixedly or movably accommodated on the functional wall. The invention may be limited to furniture units having a flap mechanism.
Preferably, both functional walls can be fixed to a room wall or an interior wall. Preferably, the spatial position of the functional wall may be set with respect to the room wall. Preferably, the furniture parts not connected to the furniture unit can be (separately) fixed to the room walls in the intermediate space and can thus be arranged in the intermediate space between the functional walls. This allows a particularly high flexibility in the use of the furniture unit according to the invention. A furniture part or furniture parts, even independent of each other, can be fixed to a room wall (also called inner wall) in the intermediate space between the functional walls. This results in a flexible possibility to design an intermediate space completely between the functional walls or the covering space, which intermediate space can be at least partially covered or concealed by the furniture component.
In a particularly preferred and particularly simple embodiment, the furniture unit according to the invention essentially consists of two functional walls and an adjustable flap which, at least in the closed position, essentially covers the intermediate space between the two functional walls. The individually adjustable mounting mechanisms on the functional walls allow the spatial positions of the two functional walls to be set relative to one another and therefore the furniture unit according to the invention to be adjusted spatially in a technically suitable and also aesthetically desirable manner.
The furniture unit according to the invention may in particular be in the form of a cupboard or a wall cupboard, the furniture unit according to the invention in particular lacking a top shelf, a bottom shelf and an intermediate shelf. In a preferred embodiment, the furniture unit according to the invention forms a complete item of furniture, but has no other internal parts than the movable furniture component parts, for example in the form of flap mechanisms, between the inner surfaces of the functional walls.
The flap mechanism as a component of the movable furniture can be in particular in the form of a one-piece or multi-piece flap or in the form of another movable furniture part or comprise similar parts. In the sense of the present invention, the cover can also be a flap.
The term "functional wall" refers to a wall of a furniture unit that forms an additional function. In particular, the flap fitting is located on or accommodated in the functional wall. Particularly preferably, the flap fitting is integrated at least partially inside the functional wall.
The functional wall may be a side wall of the furniture unit. The functional wall may also form an intermediate wall of the furniture unit. The furniture unit may comprise two, three or more functional walls. The functional wall may be in the form of a side wall or an intermediate wall. In a development, the furniture unit can for example comprise three furniture walls, with side walls arranged on the outside and an intermediate wall arranged between them. All three furniture walls may then take the form of functional walls. However, it is also possible that only the two outer furniture walls are in the form of functional walls. One outer and middle furniture wall may also be in the form of a functional wall, while the other side wall forms a simple furniture wall without providing other functions. The flap fitting is then located on one side wall and one intermediate wall.
The term functional wall is also interchangeable here with the term furniture wall having an additional function.
In all embodiments, the furniture unit may be part of a larger furniture device, and thus in such embodiments the furniture unit may also be referred to as a furniture component. In a simple case, the furniture unit forms a complete furniture item.
In all embodiments, 3D adjustability of at least one and in particular both functional walls is preferably made possible. Preferably, a vertical orientation and/or a horizontal orientation and/or a sideways angular arrangement and/or an angle with respect to the wall are possible.
In a preferred embodiment, the functional wall has at least one frame or wall frame. In particular, a receiving space for at least one fitting component of the flap fitting is formed in the functional wall. In particular, at least one fitting component of the flap fitting is located in the receiving space in the functional wall.
The furniture unit may in particular be fixed to a room wall. It is also possible that one functional wall is fixed to one room wall and the other functional wall is fixed to the other room wall. The room wall may in particular be an interior wall. The room wall may be a building wall. However, the room walls may also be formed by room dividers. The room walls may be fixed and/or transportable and, for example, displaceably arranged. The room wall may also be in the form of a lightweight building wall. Preferably, the furniture part located in the intermediate space between the functional walls is fixed to a room wall or a different room wall. In this respect, the room wall also refers to the ceiling of the room.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the two functional walls are preferably oriented substantially vertically when installed as intended.
It is particularly preferred that the two functional walls are connected to one another (substantially) only by the movable furniture component parts of the furniture unit, in particular the flap mechanism. Preferably, neither a top shelf nor a bottom shelf is provided. Also, no rear wall is provided. However, in certain embodiments, it is possible to provide a (single) shelf between the top end and the bottom end of the functional wall, for example a bottom shelf, a top shelf or an intermediate shelf. In this case, such a shelf is connected to the functional wall in a hinged and/or flexible manner, in particular on both sides. Also in such an embodiment, the two functional walls may be oriented substantially independently of each other. In this case, the height adjustment of one functional wall therefore does not affect the height of the other functional wall. In this way, a separate and effective orientation of the two functional walls and thus of the entire furniture unit can be achieved simply and quickly.
In general, it is difficult to make holes in concrete walls in a precisely positioned manner, for example when mounting furniture units on the walls of a room. This may be due to, for example, the presence of steel reinforcement in the concrete wall, which may result in a slight displacement of the intended borehole. In all these cases, a simple, quick and therefore cost-effective installation of the furniture unit according to the invention is still possible, since the spatial position of the functional wall and of the entire furniture unit can be set independently of one another. The spatial position of one functional wall is set without affecting the spatial position of the other functional wall.
In a particularly preferred development, the mounting means or the at least one mounting means comprise at least one mounting profile, in particular for fixing the functional wall to a room wall. In a simple embodiment, the mounting profile may be a mounting plate, a mounting bar or the like.
Preferably, the mounting means, in particular the mounting profile, comprises at least one mounting flange. The mounting flange may be in the form of a flange means or may be in the form of a fastening flange or fastening lug. In a simple embodiment, a T-shaped mounting profile can be provided, which comprises a continuous mounting flange or two fastening lugs, the stem of the "T" serving as a support unit and at least partially supporting the functional wall, for example.
In a preferred refinement, the mounting profile has at least one mounting hole. The mounting holes can be used, for example, for fastening and/or fastening and providing functional walls.
In an advantageous embodiment, the mounting profile is fixed to the room wall and/or the functional wall by at least one fastening unit extending through the mounting hole. A plurality of fastening units may be provided for fixing the mounting profile to the wall of the room and/or a plurality of fastening units may be provided for fixing the mounting profile to the frame of the functional wall.
Preferably, the or at least one mounting hole has at least one diameter which is larger than the diameter of the fastening unit, in particular in at least one direction, so that in particular a lateral and/or vertical and/or longitudinal arrangement of the functional wall or the mounting profile is possible.
In all embodiments, at least one mounting hole may be in the form of a slot. The slot allows longitudinal displacement in the longitudinal direction. The larger diameter mounting hole allows displacement in all directions.
The at least one fastening unit may possibly and preferably comprise a screw having a screw shank and a screw head, the screw head being larger than the screw shank. The fastening unit may have further components or components.
In all embodiments and refinements, it is preferred that the mounting means, in particular the mounting profile, comprise at least one supporting unit which projects laterally from the mounting means or the mounting profile. Such a support unit may be in the form of a support element. The supporting unit can be formed integrally with the mounting mechanism and/or the mounting profile. The support unit can also be a separate element and can, for example, be in the form of a screw with which the mounting profile can be fixed to the frame of the functional wall.
Preferably, at least one web is formed on the mounting means and in particular on the mounting profile, to which the functional wall is fixed. In particular, at least one carrier unit may be in the form of a web. Preferably, the web extends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting profile. The web can in particular be formed integrally with the mounting means and in particular with the mounting profile. A substantially T-shaped cross-section of the support unit or mounting profile is preferred.
It is possible and preferred that at least one pin for supporting or retaining the functional wall is formed on the mounting means, in particular the mounting profile. In particular, the support unit may be in the form of or comprise such a pin. The mounting profile with the laterally projecting pin then preferably forms a T-shaped cross section.
The bearing unit, and in particular the pin, can preferably comprise a rotatable eccentric which is accommodated in particular in an accommodation in the frame of the functional wall and guides the functional wall. The rotatable eccentric may allow for vertical and lateral placement of the functional wall. If, for example, two rotatable eccentric parts spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction are used, an angular orientation of the functional wall can also be achieved if both eccentric parts are deflected in opposite directions. By means of the two rotatable eccentrics, the lateral adjustment and the angular setting of the functional wall can also be carried out simultaneously. This allows particularly flexible and fast installation and setting.
Preferably, at least one fixing unit in the form of a fixing screw is arranged, for example, on the functional wall to fix the functional wall. Such a fixing unit or fixing screw can, for example, act laterally on a pin or web of the support unit. The fixing unit serves in particular as a pull-out prevention mechanism, for example to prevent the functional wall from being pulled out horizontally from the wall of the room.
In a preferred embodiment, the mounting profile can be fixed directly to the wall of the room, or the mounting profile can be fixed to the mounting rail. In this embodiment, the mounting profile is arranged in particular displaceably on the mounting rail. Preferably, the mounting rail is fixed to a wall of the room.
In a preferred embodiment, the mounting rail is in the form of a C-shaped rail or an H-shaped rail. The C-shaped guide rail may be fixed to the surface of the wall of the room or, for example, inserted and fixed in a groove formed in the wall of the room. The H-shaped guide rail can be fixed to the wall of the room in a corresponding manner. The H-shaped rail can be, and preferably is, fixed to the wall of the room by means of screws, for example by means of the same nut and locknut, the distance of the H-shaped rail from the wall of the room being set.
In a preferred development, for example, at least one securing arm with an L-shaped section is included. The L-shaped section of the securing arm is then preferably secured with one leg to the functional wall and with the other leg to the mounting rail, in particular the H-shaped rail. If such a fixed frame is used for mounting the furniture unit, the H-shaped guide rail is preferably first mounted at a distance to the wall of the room. The H-shaped guide rail is preferably provided with enlarged mounting holes and/or slots. The slot is provided with longitudinal sides, in particular in the vertical and horizontal direction. The fixing arm can thus be fixed in an oriented manner on the H-shaped guide rail by means of an arm. The first fixing arm is fixed in an oriented manner in the upper region and the second fixing arm is fixed in an oriented manner in the lower region, so that the function arm can be fixed in a defined manner between the projecting limbs of the fixing arms. The functional wall is connected to the projecting arm of the fixing arm, for example by means of a screw. Thus, the two function walls can be attached to the room wall in a separately settable manner and can be oriented relative to each other in a defined manner.
In all embodiments, it is preferred that (at least) one flap fitting is held on each of the two functional walls. Such flap fittings can be held inside or outside the frame of the functional wall. The flap fitting can be arranged visually on a side wall of the functional wall. The flap fitting can also be arranged and fixed in a receiving space inside the frame. Preferably, at least a part of the fitting components of the flap fitting is fixed in the receiving space inside the frame.
In all embodiments, more than three functional walls and/or furniture walls may be included.
For example, with a furniture unit according to the invention, a completely separate storage container can be mounted in the intermediate space between two functional walls on a wall of a room. The individual storage containers in the intermediate spaces between the functional walls are connected to the functional walls but are directly screwed to the interior wall or to the room wall. The width of the structure is completely flexible, as is the option of arranging a storage container or an intermediate container between the functional walls. The flap mechanism or shutter closes the front view and thus creates the desired uniform appearance that allows viewing of a view of storage containers that are separately designed and arranged behind the flap mechanism when the flap mechanism is opened.
The height of the individual storage containers and the lateral distance between them and the functional wall are completely flexible. The dimensions of the individual storage containers and the furniture parts can likewise be selected freely. There is no need to connect the lateral functional walls to each other by means of a top shelf, a bottom shelf or a rear wall. The functional walls in the form of side walls can be fixed and adjusted individually.
Another furniture unit according to the invention comprises (only or precisely) a functional wall on which at least one movable furniture component, for example a flap mechanism, is held and guided. A movable furniture component (e.g., a flap mechanism) is movable between at least two positions. The movable furniture component (e.g., the flap mechanism) at least partially shields a covering space behind the movable furniture component (e.g., the flap mechanism) adjacent to the functional wall in the closed position and at least partially exposes the covering space adjacent to the functional wall in the open position. The spatial position of the functional wall can be set by means of the adjustable mounting means or at least one adjustable mounting means. The functional wall may be designed as described above.
In such an embodiment, only one functional wall can be provided, on which an adjustable furniture component (for example a flap mechanism) can be adjustably held and guided. For example, the flap fitting of the flap mechanism can be held on the side of the functional wall and preferably at least partially received and fixed in the interior of the receptacle of the functional wall. One or more covering spaces (to the left and right of the functional wall) are at least partially exposed when the furniture component is transferred from the closed position to the at least partially open position. In the covering space, the different storage containers can be attached to the room walls, for example, and hidden when the furniture components or the flap or flap mechanism are in the closed position. The furniture component or flap mechanism may extend from the functional wall to one side or (symmetrically) to both sides.
In all embodiments of the furniture unit with at least one functional wall, it is preferred to provide at least one orientation point to allow (accurate) measurement of the functional wall and/or the room wall relative to each other. The orientation points may in particular be taken from a set of orientation points comprising marks, recesses, threads, receptacles, edges, shoulders, holes, coloured dots, patterns, etc.
It is possible and preferred, for example, for at least one positioning unit to be formed on the furniture unit for accommodating or supporting an auxiliary tool or a measuring tool. For example, an eye, hook or shoulder may be formed on the furniture unit, in particular on at least one functional wall, as a positioning unit for a measuring device or as a measuring unit for the end of a measuring tape.
For example, the receptacle for the laser can also be formed in the furniture unit.
The at least one or more prints may also be applied at a distance from the front and top, or patterns may be formed on the furniture unit to measure the angle(s) and distance(s) of the walls from each other. For example, the adhesive blot can be removed with a release film after orientation. It is also conceivable to remove the applied pattern using a normal or special wiping mechanism or cleaning mechanism.
The invention can be used not only in the described furniture units. The fields of application and options of use also include bathroom furniture and studio equipment, so that the furniture unit can also be part of bathroom furniture or studio equipment or a wall-hung cupboard of a studio or one of these devices, for example.
In all embodiments, an orientation of the at least one functional wall in the depth direction is also possible and preferred. Thus, a complete 3D orientation of the furniture unit is particularly preferred. In particular, an orientation in both the horizontal and vertical direction as well as in the depth direction is possible.
By depth orientation is meant that the orientation of the whole or at least one functional wall of the furniture unit can be adjusted not only in the lateral and vertical direction, but also in the longitudinal or depth direction, i.e. towards or away from the room wall. Therefore, it is preferred that at least one inclination is settable. This may occur, for example, at upper and lower set points, at which different local distances from the wall of the room may be set. This may be practical and/or necessary, for example, in the case of (locally) inclined walls, so that a proper function can be ensured, in particular so that the flap mechanism does not jam.
In the case of a corresponding adjustment of the inclined room wall, a gap may be locally produced between the functional wall and the room wall, but this gap may be covered or filled with a suitable material if necessary.
In all embodiments and refinements, the lateral fixing can also be made from the end face and not only from the plane of the functional wall or from the plane of the functional wall.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a furniture unit 1 according to the invention, which in this case is designed in the form of a wall cupboard 100 and in the embodiment shown comprises two lateral functional walls 2,3 and an adjustable movable furniture component 5, which movable furniture component 5 in this case is in the form of a pivotable flap mechanism 5 a.
In all embodiments it is possible to use another movable furniture component 5 instead of the rotatable flap mechanism 5 a. For example, a drawer or a plurality of drawers as furniture components 5 can be guided on or between the two lateral functional walls 2, 3.
At least one drawer 5 as a furniture component can then be moved between at least two positions 6, 7. Preferably, the at least one drawer 5 at least partially covers the intermediate space 8 or the receiving space between the functional walls 2,3 in the closed position 6 and at least partially exposes the intermediate space (receiving space of the drawer) in the open position 7. The spatial positions of the two functional walls 2,3 are then set independently of one another by means of the individually adjustable mounting means 9.
Particularly preferably, the furniture unit 1 according to the invention is designed in the form of a cabinet 100. The flap 5a as a furniture component 5 is in the closed position 6 in fig. 1 and in the open position 7 in fig. 2. In fig. 1, the intermediate space 8 between the two functional walls 2 and 3 is, viewed from the front, substantially covered by the furniture component part 5, in this case by the flap mechanism 5 a. However, since it is a perspective view from obliquely above, a part of the intermediate space 8 can be seen in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of individual furniture parts 40 or storage containers are arranged in the intermediate space 8 between the two functional walls 2 and 3.
The furniture parts 40 are each individually fixed to a room wall 50. This means that the furniture parts 40 do not have to have any connection to each other. The furniture part 40 is likewise not connected to the functional walls 2 and 3 underneath or behind the furniture unit 1 or the flap mechanism 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in a simple embodiment, the furniture unit 1 as a whole consists of lateral functional walls 2 and 3 and a flap mechanism 5 with a rotary flap and a flap fitting 18 in this case, which is omitted here for the sake of simplicity. Flap fitting 18 can be seen, for example, in fig. 5. A variety of flap fittings may be used.
The functional walls 2 and 3 are preferably substantially identical or of mirror-symmetrical design. The functional walls 2 and 3 form furniture walls of the furniture unit 1 and also have additional functions. In this case, the functional walls 2 and 3 accommodate the flap fitting 18. The flap fitting can be arranged, for example, visibly on the inner wall of the functional wall 2,3, so that the flap fitting is visible after the flap mechanism 5a has been transferred into the open position 7. It is possible and preferred, however, for the flap fitting to be accommodated at least partially and in particular virtually completely in the closed position inside the frame 4 of the functional wall 2 or 3. For this purpose, the functional walls 2 and 3 each have a receiving space 19 for receiving the flap fitting 18.
To install the furniture unit 1, the functional walls 2,3 are first attached to the room wall 50 separately from each other. The flap mechanism 5a is preferably only installed after the two functional walls 2,3 have been completely installed and adjusted.
For mounting, in this embodiment, for each functional wall 2,3, a mounting profile 10 (in this case designed as a mounting plate or mounting bar 11) is screwed to the room wall 50. Each functional wall 2,3 is spatially oriented by a respective orientation at the mounting hole 14,15, in this case in the form of a slot 14, 15.
The individual furniture parts 40 can be mounted individually on the room wall 50 before the complete mounting of the furniture unit 1 or even after the complete mounting of the furniture unit 1. Accordingly, the size, type and characteristics of each furniture component 40 may be individually selected. If complete covering in the closed state is not desired, a part of the furniture part 40 may also project upwards beyond the flap mechanism 5 a. Even if the flap mechanism 5a is in the closed position 6, the component parts may project downwardly beyond the lower end of the flap mechanism 5 a. In general, however, the flap mechanism 5a, at least when viewed from the front, will completely cover the furniture part 40 attached to its rear when in the closed position 6, so that a uniform front view results in the closed position 6.
The width and height of the furniture unit 1 can be chosen completely freely. If some width is exceeded, or if the user wishes, a third or fourth functional wall may also be provided between the two functional walls 2 and 3, for example to support the flap mechanism on more than three functional walls.
The mounting profiles 10 on the functional walls 2 and 3 form mounting means 9, so that the functional walls 2 and 3 are oriented spatially separately and separately from one another.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the functional wall 2, wherein the receiving space 19 inside the frame 4 of the functional wall 2 is shown in dashed lines. For example, a cassette with a flap fitting 18 can be inserted into the receiving space 19 or the flap fitting can be mounted therein.
The frame 4 of the functional wall 2 is screwed via a bearing unit 30 (in this case in the form of a screw) to a mounting profile 10 in the form of a mounting plate 11. Screws 30 are screwed into the receptacles 26 in the frame 4 of the functional wall 2 to fixedly connect the frame 4 to the mounting profile 10 of the mounting mechanism 9. The spatial orientation of the functional wall 2 can be achieved by slots 14,15 in the upper and lower ends of the mounting profile 10, which slots 14,15 are accessible from the outside. The mounting profile 10 is fixed to a room wall, such as a concrete wall, and also a lightweight building wall, by means of fastening units 20. The room wall 50 may be a building interior wall. The room wall 50 can also be designed to be movable and mobile, for example. The room walls 50 may also be provided by room divider walls.
Fig. 4 shows a top view of the mounting profile 10 for the mounting means 9 of the functional wall 2, the mounting holes 13 in the form of slots 14,15 being visible at the upper and lower ends and the mounting hole 16 for mounting the functional wall 2 being visible between them. The mounting hole 13 for fixing to the room wall 50 preferably has at least one diameter 17 that is larger than the outer diameter 21 of the screw shank 23 of the fastening unit 20. The screw head 24 also has a larger diameter than the mounting hole to allow for adjustable mounting on a room wall 50.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic perspective view of a functional wall 2, which can be used for a number of embodiments. The functional wall 2 can have in its interior a receptacle 26 for a support unit or the like, by means of which the functional wall 2 can be fixed to the mounting profile 10, for example. The functional wall 2 shown has an inner receiving space 19 in which a flap fitting 18 is mounted.
Distinct flap fittings 18 may also be mounted or arranged in the accommodation space 19. As can be seen from the schematic view of fig. 5, the functional wall 2 may consist of two half-walls, each half-wall having a recess or cut-out. The two half-walls are assembled to form the frame 4 with the illustrated receiving space 19. Flap fitting 18 may be inserted before or after assembly of the two half-walls. Other manufacturing methods are also possible.
Fig. 6 shows an embodiment of the functional wall, wherein the frame 4 of the functional wall 2 again has an accommodation space 19. In this case, the frame 4 is attached to the room wall 50 by two separate mounting profiles 10 spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction.
Fig. 7 shows the mounting profile 10 in a perspective view. Overall, the mounting profile 10 has an approximately T-shaped design, the cross-way of the "T" forming the mounting flange 12, or two mounting lugs projecting from the web of the "T". The mounting flange 12 has a plurality of mounting holes. The mounting holes 14 are used to fix the mounting profile 10 to the room wall 50. In the schematic view of fig. 7, the mounting holes 14 are in the form of slots and are arranged vertically. This may allow the mounting profile 10 to move vertically during installation.
From the mounting flange 12, a support unit 30 projects perpendicularly to the room wall 50, which support unit comprises a pin 32 and, adjoining thereto, an eccentric 33 fixedly connected thereto and rotatable. The frame 4 of the functional wall 2 rests on the eccentric 33 in the receptacle 26. Thus, lateral and vertical adjustment of the functional wall 2 can be achieved by rotating the eccentric 33. The angle adjustment of the functional wall 2 is also ensured by the use of two vertically offset mounting profiles, in particular one in the upper end region of the functional wall 2 and one in the lower region of the functional wall 2.
For fixing on the room wall 50, a fastening unit 20 is again used, as is the case in the embodiment according to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 8 shows a view of the mounting profile 10 of the mounting mechanism 9 of fig. 7 from above, wherein the respective slot 14 and the eccentric 33 can be seen from above. Also shown here in dashed lines are two transversely oriented slots 14, which may be provided to enable lateral alignment also on the room wall 50.
In principle, the mounting profile 10 of fig. 7 and 8 can be used in a plurality of embodiments.
Fig. 9 shows a horizontal cross section of the functional wall 2 of a further furniture unit 1, wherein the frame 4 in turn has a cavity as an accommodation space 19. The mounting profile 10 shown, for example, in fig. 7 or 8 is also used in the embodiment of fig. 9. The mounting profile 10 in turn comprises a pin 32 and an eccentric 33 for simple mounting of the functional wall 2.
Fig. 10 shows an enlarged detail "a" of fig. 9, where it can be seen that another mounting profile 10 (designed in this case as a C-shaped rail 36) is intended to be mounted on a wall. The mounting rail 35 or the C-shaped rail 36 is fixed to the room wall 50 by screws. Likewise, the mounting profile 10 of fig. 7 or 8 is fixed on the mounting rail 35.
The pins 32 protruding into the frame 4 of the functional wall 2 can be seen. The fastening unit 25, which is in the form of a fastening screw, can be screwed in from the side. In this case, the fixing unit 25 is in the open position as shown. After the fixing unit is screwed in, the fixing unit 25 fixes the pin 32, thereby fixing the frame 4 of the functional wall 2. After being fixed with the fixing unit 25, it is not pulled out forward accidentally.
Fig. 11 and 12 show a further exemplary embodiment, in which the functional wall 2 likewise has a receptacle 4 and a receiving space 19 formed therein. The mounting profile 10 of the mounting mechanism 9 is intended to be fixed to a room wall 50. In this case, the mounting profile 10 has a T-shaped cross section. From the mounting flange 12, an elongated web 31 projects transversely, which extends over the length of the mounting profile 10 and projects into a corresponding groove in the frame 4 of the functional wall 2. For fixing the frame 4, the screw-like fixing unit 25 is screwed laterally from the outside into the frame 4 of the functional wall 2 and through a corresponding hole in the web 31 of the mounting profile 10.
Mounting holes 14 and 15 (in the form of slots in this case) are formed in the mounting profile 10 to allow lateral and vertical orientation of the functional wall 2.
Fig. 13-15 show another embodiment, fig. 13 showing a front view from above of the functional wall 2 of the furniture unit 1. In this case, as shown in fig. 14, lateral grooves are formed on the room wall 50, which extend horizontally, but may be oriented in any direction in principle. In which a mounting rail 35, in this case in the form of a C-shaped rail 36, is received. The C-shaped guide 36 is screwed to the room wall 50. For this purpose, holes 13 are provided in the C-shaped guide rails 36. The functional wall 2 is in turn fixed via the mounting profile 10 to a C-shaped rail 36 as a mounting rail 35, as shown for example in fig. 7 and 8.
The mounting profile 10 in turn has a bearing unit 30, which bearing unit 30 projects laterally from the mounting flange 12 and may comprise, for example, a pin and an eccentric 33. This allows corresponding orientation possibilities of the functional wall 2.
Fig. 16 and 17 show a further embodiment of the functional wall 2 of the furniture unit 1. The functional wall 2 in turn has a frame 4 and a receiving space 19 for a flap fitting 18 in the frame 4.
The mounting rail 35, in this case in the form of an H-shaped rail 37, is attached to the room wall 50. As shown in particular in fig. 18, the distance of the H-shaped rail 37 from the room wall 50 is set by two nuts 39, one of which 39 serves as a locknut. This results in a distance 22b of the H-shaped guide 37 from the room wall 50 and a distance 22a of the H-shaped guide 37 from the frame 4. The (local) inclination of the room wall can be compensated by means of different distances of the H-shaped guide rails at the top/bottom. Thus, an optimum spatial adjustment can be made.
As shown in fig. 19, the H-shaped rail 37 has slots 15, 14 in the vertical and horizontal directions to allow the H-shaped rail 37 to be oriented vertically and laterally on the wall of the room.
A fixing arm 38 is screw-fixed to the H-shaped rail 37 at the top and bottom, wherein fig. 20 shows the fixing arm 38. The fixed arm 38 has vertical (short in this case) and horizontal (longer in this case) arms. Mounting holes are formed in both the vertical support arm 6 and the horizontal support arm. The fixing arm 38 is screw-fixed to the H-shaped rail 37 through the mounting hole 16 in the vertical arm. The orientation of the securing arms 38 can be done laterally and vertically (at the top and bottom) through the slots 14 and 15. This allows a flexible orientation of the functional wall 2 in terms of lateral, vertical and oblique angles. The furniture units with the functional walls 2 and 3 can thus be optimally oriented relative to one another.
In summary, the invention provides an advantageous furniture unit which allows a flexible design of the inner space or intermediate space between the functional walls 2 and 3 or the covering space behind the flap mechanism 5a or the movable furniture component 5. Various storage containers of various sizes and spacings may be screwed to the room wall 50. If a uniform surface effect is desired, the flap mechanism 5a or the movable furniture component 5 can be transferred to the closed position 6, thereby creating a uniform surface.
