According to the dust-free sterile clothes washing management method provided by the embodiment, the received clothes are placed in a dust-free sterile washing workshop for washing, so that the safety and health of the clothes are guaranteed, and the washing state of the clothes is sent to the user terminal 9 through the control terminal server 8 in the whole washing process, so that a user can check related state information in the clothes washing process in real time, and the transparency is high. In addition, in the mentioned goods inspection module 1, the pre-disinfection module 2, the sorting module 3, the cleaning module 4, the quality inspection module 5, the disinfection module 6 and the packaging module 7, the clothes are conveyed by the conveying belt, so that the labor is saved and the efficiency is high.
In this embodiment, the goods inspection module 1 is used for confirming the clothes information of the received clothes, specifically, the clothes information includes clothes receiving time, clothes variety, clothes brand, clothes defect, clothes cleaning price, and a process required for cleaning the clothes. In the embodiment, because the clothes come from different environments, various bacteria are bound to the clothes to pre-sterilize the clothes, and cross contamination among the clothes can be effectively reduced.
The sorting module 3 has the functions of dividing clothes into three categories of clothes, shoes and leather products, and subdividing the clothes into upper and lower parts according to the fabric, color, thickness and dirt degree.
The washing module 4 functions to wash the right category of laundry and to transmit the washing process status of the laundry to the user terminal 9. Specifically, in the embodiment, the categories of the clothes are classified into clothes, shoes and leather products, and more specifically, when the categories of the clothes are shoes, the washing process states of the clothes include stain removal, repair, nursing and maintenance; when the type of the clothes is clothes, the clothes cleaning process state comprises pre-stain removal, cleaning, drying, secondary stain removal, sticky hair finishing and ironing; when the clothes are leather, the washing process of the clothes comprises washing, fat adding and softening, color mixing, coloring, fixing, hand feeling and hanging and airing.
It should be noted that, the categories of the clothes may be classified according to actual needs, and this embodiment is not specifically limited, and the states of the clothes washing process are not limited to the above listed cases, for example, when the category of the clothes is clothes, the states of the clothes washing process may not only include pre-stain removal, washing, drying, secondary stain removal, sticky finishing, ironing, but also may be added or adjusted according to actual needs, and this embodiment is not specifically limited.
More specifically, the manner in which the control-side server 8 transmits the laundry-related status information to the user terminal 9 is statistical superposition transmission. In addition, for the same piece of clothing, the clothing state query interface which it finally presents on the user terminal 9 is schematically shown in fig. 4 to 6. Wherein, what is corresponded to in FIG. 4 is that the quality testing is qualified after once cleaning; FIG. 5 corresponds to the case where the quality inspection is not qualified after the first cleaning and is qualified after the backwashing; fig. 6 corresponds to a case where the quality inspection is not good after the primary cleaning, and the quality inspection is not good again after the return cleaning. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the laundry with unqualified quality inspection is sent to and from the washing area by the conveyor belt for backwashing, but only one or at most two backwashing processes are performed in the whole laundry washing process, so as to avoid unnecessary laundry damage caused by excessive backwashing. In addition, after one or at most two times of return, the control server 8 sends a description of poor cleaning effect to the user terminal 9, and a schematic diagram of the description of poor cleaning effect is shown in fig. 7.
The quality inspection module 5 is used for performing quality inspection on the cleaned clothes and sending the clothes quality inspection state to the user terminal 9. And the sterilizing module 6 is used for sterilizing the clothes qualified by the quality inspection module 5 and sending the sterilized state of the clothes to the user terminal 9. And the packing module 7 functions to transfer the laundry sterilized by the sterilizing module 6 to a preset location area for packing and transmit a laundry packing state to the user terminal 9.
In this embodiment, the user terminal 9 is configured to send a washing request to the control server 8, in addition to confirming the information and allowing the user to check the washing status of the laundry. More specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the user terminal 9 acquires user personal information and laundry request information input by a user, and transmits the user personal information and the laundry request information to the control terminal server 8; the control end server 8 receives the user personal information and the washing request information, sends the received user personal information and the washing request information to a management terminal 11 of a manager, and dispatches a clothes collection task to a service terminal 12 of a worker at a clothes collection point closest to the user according to the user personal information; after the clothes-receiving task is completed, the service terminal 12 sends the clothes-receiving task completion data to the control terminal server 8; the control end server 8 sends the clothes receiving task completion data to the management terminal 11. According to the dustless sterile clothes washing management system provided by the embodiment, the user can send a clothes washing request through the user terminal 9, so that a worker at a nearest clothes collection point of the user can timely arrive at a specified place of the user to collect clothes at the home, and the dustless sterile clothes washing management system is convenient, rapid and high in efficiency. In addition, the control end server 8 sends the user personal information, the washing request information and the clothes receiving task completion data to the management terminal 11, so that the management personnel can conveniently and timely master the response speed of the workers to the tasks, and the workers can be evaluated in work. Preferably, the service terminal 12 is a mobile phone or a PC, the management terminal 11 is a mobile phone or a PC, and the user terminal is a mobile phone or a PC, so that the user can check the related status information of the clothes at any time, the staff at the clothes collection point can know the clothes collection task at any time, and the manager can check the task completion condition of the staff at any time.

A dust-free sterile garment washing management system, comprising: the system comprises a user terminal, a service terminal, a control terminal server, a washing subsystem, a backwashing module and a camera subsystem; the user terminal is uniquely corresponding to a user, the service terminal is uniquely corresponding to a preset clothes receiving point, and the washing subsystem is arranged in a dust-free sterile washing workshop;
the washing subsystem comprises a goods inspection module, a pre-disinfection module, a sorting module, a cleaning module, a quality inspection module, a disinfection module and a packaging module;
the control end server is respectively connected with the business terminal, the goods inspection module, the pre-disinfection module, the sorting module, the cleaning module, the quality inspection module, the disinfection module, the packaging module and the user terminal;
the user terminal is used for acquiring user personal information and washing request information and sending the user personal information and the washing request information to the control terminal server;
the control end server is used for receiving the user personal information and the washing request information and sending a clothes collection task to a service terminal of a worker at a clothes collection point closest to the user according to the user personal information;
the service terminal is used for receiving the clothes collection task and feeding back task completion data to the control terminal server after the clothes collection task is completed;
the goods inspection module is used for acquiring user personal information corresponding to the received clothes and clothes information of each piece of clothes, and storing the user personal information and the clothes information into a control terminal server;
the control terminal server is further used for performing association statistics on all clothes of the same received user, sending association statistical information and the clothes information of each piece of clothes to the user terminal so as to confirm the clothes information of each piece of clothes, and distributing a label to each piece of clothes subjected to information confirmation, wherein the label is uniquely corresponding to the clothes;
the pre-disinfection module is used for pre-disinfecting the clothes with the distributed labels and sending the pre-disinfection state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the sorting module is used for sorting the clothes with the distributed labels and sending the sorting states of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the cleaning module is used for receiving the clothes of the correct category transmitted by the sorting module, scanning the labels on the clothes through scanning equipment to obtain the clothes information of the clothes, cleaning the clothes according to the clothes information, and sending the clothes cleaning process state to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the quality inspection module is used for performing quality inspection on the cleaned clothes according to a preset standard and sending the quality inspection state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the disinfection module is used for disinfecting the clothes qualified by the quality inspection module and sending the disinfection state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the packaging module is used for placing the clothes sterilized by the sterilizing module in a preset position area for packaging according to the personal information of the user and the associated statistical information, and sending the packaging state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the back washing module is used for sending the clothes which are unqualified in quality detection by the quality detection module to a back washing area through a conveyor belt for one or more times of back washing, and sending the back washing state of the clothes to a user terminal through the control end server; after the clothes are washed back and still have unqualified quality inspection, the control end server sends a description of bad cleaning effect to the user terminal;
the camera shooting subsystem comprises a plurality of cameras, the cameras are arranged in the goods inspection module, the pre-disinfection module, the sorting module, the cleaning module, the quality inspection module, the disinfection module and the working area corresponding to one or more modules in the packaging module are used for obtaining picture information or video information of clothes at the working area corresponding to one or more modules and sending the picture information or video information to the user terminal through the control end server.
2. The dust-free sterile laundry management system of claim 1, wherein, in the cleaning module,
when the type of the clothes is shoes, the washing process state of the clothes comprises stain removal, repair, nursing and maintenance;
when the type of the clothes is clothes, the clothes cleaning process state comprises pre-stain removal, cleaning, drying, secondary stain removal, sticky hair finishing and ironing;
when the category of the clothes is leather, the states of the clothes cleaning process comprise cleaning, greasing and softening, color mixing, coloring, fixing, hand feeling and hanging and airing.

The dustless sterile laundry management system of claim 1, wherein the sterilization module is specifically configured to perform constant temperature and constant pressure ozone sterilization, then perform ultraviolet sterilization, and finally perform anion sterilization on the laundry that is qualified by the quality inspection module.
4. The dustless sterile laundry management system of claim 1, further comprising an environment monitoring module, and the environment monitoring module comprises an air detection device and a temperature and humidity detection device;
the air detection equipment is connected to the control end server and comprises a bacteria content detection unit and a first alarm unit;
the bacteria content detection unit is used for detecting the bacteria content in the air in the washing workshop in real time and sending the bacteria content to the control end server;
the first alarm unit is used for giving an alarm when the bacteria content in the air in the washing workshop detected by the bacteria detection unit exceeds a preset bacteria content threshold value and sending an alarm signal to the control end server;
the temperature and humidity detection equipment is connected to the control end server and comprises a temperature detection unit, a humidity detection unit and a second alarm unit;
the temperature detection unit is used for detecting the temperature of the air in the washing workshop and sending the temperature to the control end server;
the humidity detection unit is used for detecting the air humidity in the washing workshop and sending the humidity to the control end server;
the second alarm unit is used for giving an alarm when the temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold value and/or the humidity exceeds a preset humidity threshold value, and sending an alarm signal to the control end server.
5. A dust-free sterile laundry management system according to claim 4, wherein the threshold bacteria content is 200cfu/m 3.
6. The dust-free sterile laundry management system of claim 1,
the clothes information comprises clothes income time, clothes variety, clothes brand, clothes flaw, clothes cleaning price and the procedures required by clothes cleaning;
the associated statistical information comprises the total amount of the clothes corresponding to the same user and the total amount of the washed clothes corresponding to the same user.
7. A dust-free sterile laundry management method, wherein the dust-free sterile laundry management method is applied to the dust-free sterile laundry management system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the dust-free sterile laundry management method comprises:
a user terminal acquires user personal information and washing request information and sends the user personal information and the washing request information to a control terminal server;
the control end server receives the user personal information and the washing request information, and dispatches a clothes collection task to a service terminal of a worker at a clothes collection point closest to the user according to the user personal information;
the service terminal receives the clothes collection task and feeds task completion data back to the control terminal server after the clothes collection task is completed;
the goods inspection module acquires user personal information corresponding to the received clothes and clothes information of each piece of clothes, and stores the user personal information and the clothes information into a control terminal server;
the control end server performs correlation statistics on all clothes of the same user, sends correlation statistical information and the clothes information of each piece of clothes to the user terminal, confirms the clothes information of each piece of clothes and distributes a label to each piece of clothes subjected to information confirmation, wherein the label is uniquely corresponding to the clothes;
the pre-disinfection module pre-disinfects the clothes with the distributed labels and sends the pre-disinfection state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the sorting module sorts the clothes with the distributed labels and sends the sorting states of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the cleaning module receives the clothes of the correct category transmitted by the sorting module, scans the labels on the clothes through scanning equipment to obtain the clothes information of the clothes, cleans the clothes according to the clothes information, and transmits the clothes cleaning process state to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the quality inspection module performs quality inspection on the cleaned clothes according to a preset standard and sends the quality inspection state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
the disinfection module disinfects the clothes qualified by the quality inspection of the quality inspection module and sends the disinfection state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server;
and the packaging module is used for placing the clothes sterilized by the sterilizing module in a preset position area for packaging according to the personal information of the user and the associated statistical information, and transmitting the packaging state of the clothes to the user terminal through the control terminal server.
