To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that reference to "a plurality" in this application means two or more. In the description of the present application, "/" indicates an OR meaning, for example, A/B may indicate A or B; "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, and means that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, for the convenience of clearly describing the technical solutions of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used to distinguish the same items or similar items having substantially the same functions and actions. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terms "first," "second," etc. do not denote any order or quantity, nor do the terms "first," "second," etc. denote any order or importance.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a medical product vending cabinet according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, the medical supply vending cabinet includes: the cabinet body 1, the sterilizing device 2, the weighing device 3, the image acquisition device 4 and the control device (not shown in the figure).
One or more accommodating spaces 11 are formed in the cabinet body 1, and each accommodating space 11 is used for accommodating medical supplies; the disinfection device 2 is arranged in each accommodating space 11 and is used for disinfecting the medical supplies in each accommodating space 11; the weighing device 3 is arranged on the bottom surface of each accommodating space 11 and is used for detecting the weight value of the medical supplies in each accommodating space 11; the image acquisition device 4 is arranged on the opening side of a cabinet door (not shown in the figure) of the cabinet body 1 and is used for acquiring images of medical supplies taken out of each accommodating space 11 by a user; the control device is arranged in the cabinet body 1, a first transmission end of the control device is connected with a control end of the disinfection device 2, a second transmission end of the control device is connected with a transmission end of the weighing device 3, and a third transmission end of the control device is connected with a transmission end of the image acquisition device 4.
The size and material of the cabinet 1 can be selected according to the use requirement, for example, the material of the cabinet 1 can be alloy, stainless steel, etc. Wherein, accommodation space 11 in the cabinet body 1 is used for holding medical supplies, and the quantity and the size of accommodation space 11 can set up according to the user demand, for example, can have 4 accommodation spaces 11 etc. in the cabinet body 1, as long as guarantee that accommodation space 11 can be better hold medical supplies can. When the cabinet 1 has a plurality of accommodating spaces 11, the accommodating spaces 11 may be partitioned by a plurality of shelves.
The disinfection device 2 is used for disinfecting medical supplies placed in each accommodating space 11, so that the situation of cross infection of bacteria and viruses when a user takes the medical supplies can be avoided. The type and size of the disinfection device 2 can be selected according to the use requirement, for example, the disinfection device 2 can be an ultraviolet lamp or an ozone generator, etc.
The position of the disinfection device 2 in the accommodating space 11 can also be set according to the use requirement, for example, the disinfection device 2 can be set on the top surface and/or the side surface of each accommodating space 11. For example, referring to the front view shown in fig. 2 and the top view shown in fig. 3, the sterilizing device 2 may be disposed on the top surface of each accommodating space 11. Alternatively, referring to the front view shown in fig. 4 and the plan view shown in fig. 5, the sterilizing device 2 may be provided at the side of each accommodating space 11. Alternatively, the disinfection device 2 may be disposed on the top surface of the accommodating space 11 in a part of the accommodating space 11, and the disinfection device 2 may be disposed on the side surface of the accommodating space 11 in another part of the accommodating space 11. In this way, the sterilizing device 2 can be ensured to sterilize all the medical supplies placed in each accommodating space 11 well.
In the case that the sterilizing device 2 is an ultraviolet lamp, the ultraviolet lamp may be an ultraviolet spot lamp or an ultraviolet lamp strip. When the ultraviolet lamp is an ultraviolet lamp strip, the ultraviolet lamp is wound around the top surface and/or the side surface of each accommodating space 11. Thus, all medical supplies placed in each accommodating space 11 can be sterilized more uniformly.
The way of the ultraviolet lamp tape being wound on the top surface and/or the side surface of each accommodating space 11 may be set according to the use requirement. For example, the ultraviolet lamp strip may be wound around the top and/or side of each accommodating space 11 in an S-shaped manner, or may be wound around the top and/or side of each accommodating space 11 in a zigzag manner. That is, the ultraviolet lamp strip can be S-shaped, also can be the shape of returning.
In case the disinfection device 2 is an ozone generator, the ozone generator has a plurality of nozzles, which are evenly distributed on the top and/or side of each receiving space 11. Thus, all medical supplies placed in each accommodating space 11 can be sterilized more uniformly.
In the case where the sterilizing device 2 is provided on the top surface and/or the side surface of each accommodating space 11, the top surface and/or the side surface of the medical article accommodated in each accommodating space 11 can be well sterilized, but the bottom surface of the medical article may not be well sterilized. Therefore, in some embodiments, the bottom surface of each accommodating space 11 is a net structure. Like this, at the sterile in-process of medical article that degassing unit 2 held in to the accommodation space 11 at present place, can also see through the bottom surface of accommodation space 11, disinfect the bottom surface of the medical article that holds in the adjacent accommodation space 11 to ensure that each corner of medical article can both obtain fine disinfection.
For example, when the disinfection device 2 is an ultraviolet lamp, in the process of disinfecting the medical articles contained in the currently located accommodating space 11 by the ultraviolet lamp, the ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp can also penetrate through the bottom surface of the accommodating space 11 to disinfect the bottom surfaces of the medical articles contained in the adjacent accommodating spaces 11. In the case that the disinfecting device 2 is an ozone generator, in the process of disinfecting the medical articles contained in the accommodating space 11 where the ozone generator is currently located, the ozone generated by the ozone generator can also permeate the bottom surface of the accommodating space 11 to disinfect the bottom surfaces of the medical articles contained in the adjacent accommodating spaces 11.
The weighing device 3 is used for weighing the medical supplies borne in each accommodating space 11 and outputting a weight value obtained by weighing to the control device. The weighing device 3 may be a hydraulic sensor, a capacitive sensor, a vibration sensor, a gyro sensor, a resistance strain gauge sensor, or the like, as long as it can function to detect weight.
The image acquisition device 4 is used for acquiring images containing medical supplies taken out of each accommodating space 11 by a user and outputting the acquired images to the control device. The position of image acquisition device 4 can be selected according to the user demand, for example, image acquisition device 4 can set up the top edge that the side was opened at the cabinet door of the cabinet body 1, and image acquisition device 4's field of vision scope can cover the region that includes the cabinet body edge that the side corresponds is opened to the cabinet door. Because image acquisition device 4 sets up the cabinet door opening side at the cabinet body 1, consequently when the user takes medical supplies from the accommodation space 11 in through the edge of the cabinet body 1, will pass through image acquisition device 4's field of vision scope, image acquisition device 4 just can gather the image that includes the medical supplies that the user took out.
The control means are adapted to analyze the weight values received from the weighing means 3 and the images received from the image acquisition means 4 to determine the medical article taken out by the user. The control device is also used for controlling the disinfection device 2 to disinfect the medical supplies in each accommodating space 11. The type of the control device can be selected according to the use requirement, for example, the control device can be an industrial personal computer, an upper computer and the like.
Specifically, when selling medical supplies by using the medical supplies selling cabinet, the weighing device 3 may weigh the medical supplies borne in each accommodating space 11 and output a weighed value to the control device. The image capturing device 4 can capture images of medical supplies taken out of each accommodating space 11 by a user, and output the captured images to the control device. Then, the control device can determine the medical supplies taken out by the user according to the received weight values and the images, and accordingly, a subsequent purchasing process is realized. So, the user can sell the cabinet through this medical supplies and purchase medical supplies by oneself, and purchase efficiency is higher. In addition, the control device can also control the disinfection device 2 to disinfect the medical supplies in each accommodating space 11, so that the possibility of bacteria and viruses attached to the medical supplies can be reduced, and the situation of cross infection of the bacteria and viruses when a user takes the medical supplies is avoided.
When the control device controls the disinfection device 2, the disinfection device 2 can be controlled to carry out periodic disinfection when the cabinet door is detected to be in a closed state; when the cabinet door is detected to be in an opening state, the disinfection device 2 is controlled to stop disinfection.
The control device can detect whether the cabinet door is in a closed state or an open state. In a possible mode, can be provided with intelligent lock on the cabinet door, when controlling means detected the operation of unblanking to intelligent lock, can control intelligent lock and open to confirm that the cabinet door is in the open mode. After a user closes the cabinet door, the intelligent door lock automatically locks and sends a locking signal to the control device, and the control device can determine that the cabinet door is in a closed state when receiving the locking signal. Of course, the control device can also detect whether the cabinet door is in the closed state or the open state in other modes, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the state.
The mode of the control device for detecting the unlocking operation of the intelligent door lock can be various. In a possible way, see fig. 6, a communication connection is established between the control means in the cabinet 1 and the server 5, and a communication connection is established between the server 5 and the user terminal 6.
The user terminal 6 can scan the graphic code displayed or attached on the cabinet body 1 to unlock the intelligent door lock. The graphic code may be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, or the like. The graphic code contains the control device identification. The control device identifier is used to uniquely identify the control device, and may be an IP (Internet Protocol) address of the control device, a factory serial number, or the like. After scanning the graphic code, the user terminal 6 reads the control device identifier contained therein, and then may send an unlocking request carrying the control device identifier to the server 5. The server 5 may transmit an unlocking instruction to the control device identified by the control device identifier, upon receiving the unlocking request transmitted from the user terminal 6. And after the control device receives the unlocking instruction sent by the server 5, confirming that the unlocking operation of the intelligent door lock is detected.
The time interval at which the control device controls the sterilizing device 2 to perform the periodical sterilization can be set according to the use requirement. For example, the control device may control the sterilizing device 2 to perform the sterilizing operation every 3 minutes, or the control device may control the sterilizing device 2 to perform the sterilizing operation every 5 minutes.
When the cabinet door is in the open mode, it indicates that the user is taking medical supplies from this medical supplies sells the cabinet, so controlling means can control degassing unit 2 and stop disinfecting this moment to avoid the disinfection mode that degassing unit 2 adopted to cause the injury to the human body. When the cabinet door is in a closed state, the control device can control the disinfection device 2 to carry out periodic disinfection so as to effectively eliminate bacteria and viruses attached to the medical supplies.
It is worth mentioning that, on the outside of the cabinet 1, the bacteriostatic material may be adhered to the area that the user's hand may contact. Therefore, the disinfection device 2 is arranged in the cabinet body 1 for disinfection, and the antibacterial material is arranged outside the cabinet body 1 for inhibiting germs, so that the propagation path of bacteria and viruses can be cut off well, and the condition of cross infection of the bacteria and viruses is avoided.
Wherein, controlling means not only can control degassing unit 2 and carry out periodic disinfection when detecting that the cabinet door is in the closed condition, can also control weighing device 3 and image acquisition device 4 stop work. Because the cabinet door is when closed, the user can not follow this medical supplies and sell the medical supplies in the cabinet, so weighing device 3 and image acquisition device 4 need not work, so can save processing resources, reduce power consumption.
When detecting the opening operation to the cabinet door, the control device can control the disinfection device 2 to stop disinfection, and control the weighing device 3 to detect the weight value and control the image acquisition device 4 to acquire images. And then, when the control device detects the closing operation of the cabinet door, the medical supplies taken out by the user are determined according to the weight value detected in the process of opening the cabinet door to close the cabinet door and the acquired image. After that, the control device can control the sterilizing device 2 to sterilize and control the weighing device 3 and the image capturing device 4 to stop working.
The control device can determine to detect the opening operation of the cabinet door when detecting the unlocking operation of the intelligent door lock on the cabinet door. And, controlling means can confirm when receiving the locking signal that intelligent lock sent, detect the closing operation to the cabinet door.
When the control device detects an opening operation for the cabinet door, it indicates that the user is about to take the medical supplies from the medical supply selling cabinet. With the medical supplies being taken out continuously, the number of the medical supplies in each accommodating space 11 will change, and the weight of the medical supplies in each accommodating space 11 will also change. The control device can then control the weighing device 3 to detect the weight value in order to determine therefrom the weight of the medical article taken out by the user. And, the control device can control the image collecting device 4 to collect the image containing the medical supplies taken out from each accommodating space 11 by the user, so as to identify the medical supplies taken out by the user.
When the control device detects the closing operation of the cabinet door, the action of taking the medical supplies from the medical supply selling cabinet is indicated to be finished by the user. Therefore, the control device can combine the weight value detected in the process from the opening of the cabinet door to the closing of the cabinet door and the acquired image to quickly and accurately determine the medical supplies taken out by the user.
Specifically, when detecting an opening operation for the cabinet door, the control device may control the image acquisition device 4 to periodically acquire images, and control the weighing device 3 to detect a weight value as a first weight value; when the closing operation of the cabinet door is detected, controlling the image acquisition device 4 to stop acquiring the image, controlling the weighing device 3 to detect the weight value as a second weight value, and taking the difference value between the first weight value and the second weight value as a weight variation; the medical supplies taken out by the user are determined according to the plurality of images and the weight variation quantity acquired by the image acquisition device 4 in the process from the opening of the cabinet door to the closing of the cabinet door.
The time interval at which the image acquisition device 4 periodically acquires the images can be set according to the use requirement. For example, the image capturing device 4 may capture images every 0.2 seconds, and the image capturing device 4 may capture images every 0.5 seconds.
The first weight value is the weight value of the medical supplies in the accommodating space 11 when the cabinet door is just opened and the user does not take the medical supplies yet, and the second weight value is the weight value of the medical supplies in the accommodating space 11 when the cabinet door is closed and the user does not take the medical supplies any more. Therefore, the difference between the first weight value and the second weight value (i.e. the weight variation) is the total weight of the medical article taken out from the accommodating space 11 after the user opens the cabinet door this time.
In the process of opening the cabinet door to close the cabinet door, if the user takes the medical supplies from the accommodating space 11, the image acquisition device 4 can acquire the image of the medical supplies taken by the user. That is, the images of the medical supplies taken out from the accommodating space 11 by the user are included in the images acquired by the image acquisition device, and the weight variation is the total weight value of the medical supplies taken out from the accommodating space 11 by the user, so that the type and the number of the medical supplies taken out by the user can be determined quickly and accurately according to the images acquired by the image acquisition device 4 and the weight variation.
In a possible implementation manner, the control device may use the multiple images and the weight variation as input of a medical article identification model, and obtain, through the medical article identification model, multiple medical article identifications and a confidence corresponding to each medical article identification; and determining the medical supply identified by the medical supply identification with the confidence degree greater than the reference confidence degree in the plurality of medical supply identifications as the medical supply taken out by the user.
The medical supply identifier is used for uniquely identifying the medical supply, and for example, the medical supply identifier may be the type, name, and the like of the medical supply.
The medical article identification model is trained from a large number of samples including images of medical articles of different identities and quantities and corresponding weight values. For example, the medical supply identification model may be Deep Neural Networks (DNNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), or the like, and an appropriate Neural Network structure may be constructed according to different requirements.
Illustratively, a plurality of training samples may be determined in advance. For any training sample in the plurality of training samples, the sample data of the training sample comprises a medical product image and a weight value, the medical product image can be obtained by image acquisition of various medical products which may be sold, and the weight value is a total weight value of all medical products contained in the medical product image; the sample label of this training sample is the medical supply identification, which is the identification of all medical supplies contained in the medical supply image. Then, model training can be performed by using the plurality of training samples to obtain the medical supply identification model.
The training process of the medical supply identification model can be completed on the control device, in the server 5 or in other equipment. If the medical supply identification is completed in other equipment, the other equipment can send the medical supply identification model to the control device after obtaining the medical supply identification model.
After the control device inputs the multiple images and the weight variation into the medical article identification model, the medical article identification model outputs multiple medical article identifications and confidence degrees corresponding to each medical article identification. The medical supply identifiers are identifiers of medical supplies that are likely to be included in the images. For any medical supply identifier in the plurality of medical supply identifiers, the confidence corresponding to the medical supply identifier is the probability that the medical supply identified by the medical supply identifier is included in the plurality of images.
The reference confidence may be set according to the use requirement, and the reference confidence may be set to be larger, for example, the reference confidence may be 0.7, 0.8, and the like.
For any medical supply identifier in the plurality of medical supply identifiers, if the confidence corresponding to the medical supply identifier is greater than the reference confidence, it indicates that the medical supply identified by the medical supply identifier is likely to be included in the plurality of images, and thus the medical supply identified by the medical supply identifier may be determined as the medical supply taken out by the user.
The weighing device 3 may have various structures. Two possible configurations are described below.
A first possible configuration: referring to fig. 1, the weighing device 3 comprises a digital load cell 31; the output end of the digital weighing sensor 31 is connected with the second transmission end of the control device, and the digital weighing sensor 31 is used for transmitting the detected weight value to the control device.
The digital load cell 31 is a sensor composed of two parts, an analog sensor (e.g., a resistance strain gauge sensor) and a digital conversion module. The signal output of the digital load cell 31 is a digital quantity, i.e. the digital load cell 31 can directly output a weight value.
A second possible configuration: referring to fig. 7, the weighing device 3 includes an analog load cell 32 and an analog-to-digital converter 33; the output end of the analog weighing sensor 32 is connected with the input end of the analog-to-digital converter 33, and the output end of the analog-to-digital converter 33 is connected with the second transmission end of the control device; the analog-to-digital converter 33 is used for converting the weight information detected by the analog load cell 32 into a weight value and transmitting the weight value to the control device.
The analog load cell 32 is a load cell whose signal output takes an analog amount, that is, the analog load cell 32 can output weight information. The analog-to-digital converter 33 is a device that can convert an analog quantity into a digital quantity, that is, can convert weight information into a weight value.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 or 7, the medical supply merchandiser further includes a display 7; the display 7 is positioned at the top end or the bottom end of the front surface of the cabinet body 1, or positioned at the side surface of the cabinet body 1; the display 7 is connected with the output end of the control device and is used for displaying the medical supply information.
The display 7 is used for displaying medical supply information. The medical supply information may be set according to a use requirement, for example, the medical supply information may be a type, a quantity, a price, a related introduction, and the like of the medical supply placed in each receiving space 11 of the medical supply vending cabinet.
The display 7 may display a graphic code, which may include a control device identifier, in addition to the medical supply information. The user can open this medical supplies and sell the cabinet door of cabinet through scanning this graphic code.
Besides, the control device can display some information which needs to be known by the user in the medical product selling process through the display 7, so that the selling efficiency and the satisfaction degree of the user are improved.
In this application embodiment, when selling medical supplies using this medical supplies selling cabinet, weighing device 3 can weigh the medical supplies that bear in every accommodation space 11 to the weight value that will weigh obtains is exported to controlling means. The image capturing device 4 can capture images of medical supplies taken out of each accommodating space 11 by a user, and output the captured images to the control device. Then, the control device can determine the medical supplies taken out by the user according to the received weight values and the images, and accordingly, a subsequent purchasing process is realized.
