Background
The breaker is a distribution electrical appliance used in the power grid, and can connect, bear and break the current under normal circuit conditions, and also can connect, bear and break the current for a certain time under the specified abnormal conditions (such as overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults).
For power systems in special use scenarios (such as ship power systems), the circuit breaker is often required to be additionally provided with an emergency locking device so as to control the overcurrent release. When the emergency lock catch is in the automatic position, the overcurrent release normally operates; when the emergency latch is in the latched position, the overcurrent release cannot open the closed circuit breaker even if an overcurrent is generated. The reliability of the emergency locking device is crucial to achieving this function.
The existing emergency locking device of the circuit breaker mostly adopts a link mechanism, or locks a release by using a mechanism dead point position, or blocks the movement of the release by using multi-stage transmission. In order to facilitate the operation, the direction and the movement form of the operation end of the emergency lock catch are different from the movement direction of the internal release, so that the number of parts of the device is large, the mechanism movement chain is long, and the movement error is large. To ensure high reliability, high part and equipment accuracy is also required, which increases production cost.
Disclosure of Invention

The circuit breaker emergency locking device with the clearance compensation capability is composed of an operation part 1 and a transmission part 2, through the separated design of the operation part 1 and the transmission part 2, a moving chain between a transmission part and a release is greatly shortened, through the preset compensation size of an intermediate support 22, the moving clearance of the release can be effectively eliminated, and the condition that the locking of an emergency lock catch is unreliable is avoided. Meanwhile, the modular design greatly simplifies the structure.
In the process of switching the state of the emergency locking device, the through hole, the step and the groove of the fixed seat 12 are matched with the first pin shaft 132 on the operating rod 13, so that the operating rod 13 can be effectively prevented from rotating to an abnormal position, and when the operating rod 13 rotates to a free and locked state, an obvious in-place sense prompt is provided, and misoperation is further avoided; in the process of switching the state of the emergency locking device, the transmission part 2 is separated from the transmission part 2 in the axial movement of the operation part 1 when the emergency locking device is in a locking position, the retraction of the operation part 1 does not influence the transmission part 2, and the locking reliability is higher.

The transmission shaft 23 includes a sleeve 231 and a second pin 232, the sleeve 231 is sleeved on the end of the long shaft 131, the pin 135 penetrates through the sleeve 231 and the long shaft 131 in the radial direction, the pin 135 penetrates through the sleeve 231 and the long shaft 131 at the same time, and a kidney-shaped hole is formed in the sleeve 231, so that the sleeve 231 can only do linear motion on the long shaft 131, the axial motion distance is limited by the pin 135 and the kidney-shaped hole, and the second pin 232 is fixedly installed on the sleeve 231.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, in the process of switching the emergency lock from the automatic state to the locked state, since the first pin 132 on the long shaft 131 is still in the through hole engaged with the fixed seat 12, the operating handle 133 can only move linearly to push the gasket 14 to compress the spring 15; when the transmission part 2 is blocked by the release and cannot continuously compress the spring 15, the first pin shaft 132 on the long shaft 131 already slides out of the through hole matched with the fixed seat 12, and due to the limiting effect of the step of the fixed seat 12 on the first pin shaft 132, the operating handle 133 can only rotate in one direction, and the rotating range is limited within 90 degrees; when the operating handle 133 rotates, the first pin shaft 132 is limited by the step of the fixing base 12 along the axial movement of the long shaft 131, the spring force cannot be released, when the operating handle 133 rotates to 90 degrees, the first pin shaft 132 rotates into the groove corresponding to the fixing base 12, at the moment, the long shaft 131 can retreat under the action of the spring 15 until the first pin shaft 132 is limited by the groove of the fixing base 12, and the groove has the function of preventing the long shaft 131 from rotating and giving a prompt when the long shaft 131 is in place due to vibration and other reasons.

Because the sleeve 231 is matched with the pin 135 through a waist hole, the axial movement of the transmission part 2 is separated from the axial movement of the operation part 1, the retraction of the operation rod 13 does not affect the change of the position of the transmission shaft 23, and the movement chain of the locking release mechanism is reduced to the minimum and is very reliable.
During the process that the emergency lock is switched from the locking state to the free state, the operating rod 13 rotates the sleeve 231 through the pin 135 to make the second pin 232 leave the step plane of the intermediate support 22, when the operating rod 13 rotates to the right position, the second pin 232 is not blocked on the retraction path, and will retract to the initial position along with the operating rod 13 under the action of the pin 135.
The emergency locking device adopted by the invention shortens the moving chain, has the function of clearance compensation, has high reliability, does not depend on higher parts and assembly precision, and reduces the production cost.
