Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cable manufacturing, in particular to an aluminum-plastic composite tape with a limiting function, a cable wrapping method and a cable.
Background
The aluminum-plastic composite tape used in the conventional cable is generally made by coating an adhesive film such as ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA) resin on one side or both sides of an aluminum-based tape. In the cable production process, wrap the cable core through the compound area of plastic-aluminum, utilize the compound bonding film who takes the coating of plastic-aluminum to carry out wrapping bonding for cable core appearance becomes around the covering, has metallic shield, through short-circuit current and dampproofing, waterproof function around the covering, can effectively protect the cable. Since the aluminum-plastic composite tape has the functions of metal shielding and passing short-circuit current, a part of the area of the aluminum-plastic composite tape, which is not coated with the adhesive film, is exclusively used for contacting and passing short-circuit current.
In the actual wrapping process of cable production, the condition of bag leakage or bonding film bonding dislocation is easy to occur, so that the problem of aluminum tape waste caused by gaps generated in the wrapping tape or overlarge area of the wrapping tape is caused. In order to solve the problems, people improve the direction of the wrapping equipment and the direction of the wire collecting equipment, and the wrapping speed is matched with the wire collecting speed by reducing the production speed, so that the probability of the situations is reduced; meanwhile, the lapping rate between two adjacent layers of aluminum strips is improved according to the process requirements, and the lapping quality is improved through the cooperation of reducing the production speed and increasing the lapping rate, but the production process not only reduces the production efficiency, but also greatly improves the production material cost.
Therefore, the technical personnel in the field are dedicated to developing the aluminum-plastic composite tape, the cable wrapping method and the cable which can effectively improve the wrapping precision under the condition of ensuring the production efficiency.

The terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, an aluminum-plastic composite belt comprises an aluminum-based belt body 1, wherein limit nails 11 are arranged at equal intervals on one side of the inner surface of the aluminum-based belt body 1, and limit grooves 12 matched with the limit nails 11 are arranged on the other side of the outer surface of the aluminum-based belt body 1;
the area of the aluminum base tape body 1 provided with the stopper pin 11 and/or the stopper groove 12 is coated with the adhesive film 4. In this embodiment, the regions of the aluminum-based belt body 1 on which the limit pins 11 and the limit grooves 12 are disposed are coated with the adhesive film, and in order to increase the bonding firmness, the adhesive film 4 may be coated only on the surface on which the limit pins 11 or the limit grooves 12 are disposed in other embodiments.
In the wrapping process, the limiting groove 12 on the outer surface of the front circle is matched with the limiting nail 11 on the inner surface of the rear circle, so that the response position of the wrapping is accurately positioned, the wrapping precision can be improved, and the using amount of the aluminum-plastic composite tape is reduced; meanwhile, through double-sided bonding, the problems of bag leakage, uneven lap belt, bonding dislocation of the bonding film and the like can be effectively avoided. The aluminum-plastic composite tape ensures the accurate bonding position of the bonding film 4, does not need to reduce the wrapping speed and the take-up speed, and can indirectly improve the production efficiency.
The distance between the adjacent limit nails 11 or the limit grooves 12 is not more than the wrapping pitch h of the aluminum-plastic composite belt to the maximum extent, namely, one or more limit nails 11 or limit grooves 12 are arranged in one wrapping pitch h, so that each circle of wrapping has one positioning point, and the covering accuracy of the whole wrapping process is ensured. In the preferred one of this embodiment around the package pitch h in equidistant 2 spacing setting 11 and spacing recess 12.
The depth of the limiting groove 12 is 2-5mm longer than that of the limiting nail 11, so that the situation that the limiting nail cuts the limiting groove due to excessive contact between the limiting nail 11 and the limiting groove caused by uneven surface of a cable core in the wrapping process is avoided, the applicability and the practicability of the aluminum-plastic composite tape are indirectly improved, and the stability of the wrapping quality is improved. Specifically, in this embodiment, the depth of the limiting groove 12 is 4mm longer than the length of the limiting nail 11, and in other embodiments, the depth may be set to be 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4.5mm, or 5 mm.
In order to further increase the limiting accuracy of the limiting nail 11 and the limiting groove 12, the limiting nail 11 is triangular prism-shaped, and the limiting groove 12 is isosceles trapezoid-shaped; therefore, the contact part of the limiting nail and the limiting groove is a surface, so that accurate limiting can be further realized, and the wrapping precision can be improved.
More preferably, the adhesive film is formed by coating an adhesive which is in a solid state at room temperature and forms a highly viscous solution when heated. The ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA) resin selected in the embodiment is convenient for coating an adhesive film on the aluminum-plastic composite tape when the aluminum-plastic composite tape is produced, and only heating is needed when the aluminum-plastic composite tape is used, so that the use convenience of the aluminum-plastic composite tape is improved.
The aluminum base band body 1 is made of an aluminum band with the breaking length not less than 10% so as to meet the bending requirement of the cable and improve the quality and the practicability of the aluminum-plastic composite band.
A cable wrapping method comprises the following steps:
step 100: the preparation method of the aluminum-plastic composite belt with the limiting function comprises the following steps:
step 101, measuring the stranded wire outer diameter D of the cable core 3, the single wire outer diameter D and the helix angle alpha of the single wire, and calculating the stranded wire pitch length h by using a formula h ═ pi (D-D) tan alpha;
102, arranging one or more limiting nails 11 and limiting grooves 12 which are matched with each other in one stranded wire pitch; in this embodiment, there are two pairs of spacing nail 11 and the spacing recess 12 of mutually supporting in one is around the package pitch, if the interval between two spacing recesses or two spacing nails is marked as H, then stranded conductor pitch length H is 2H.
103, respectively coating adhesive films on the areas provided with the limiting nails 11 and the limiting grooves 12;
step 200: fixing the aluminum-plastic composite tape on the cable core 3;
step 300: adjusting the wrapping speed of wrapping equipment and the take-up speed of take-up equipment to match the wrapping speed with the take-up speed, starting all equipment of the wrapping process, and starting wrapping of the aluminum-plastic composite tape;
in the wrapping process, the limiting groove on the outer surface of the last round of aluminum-plastic composite tape is matched with the limiting nail on the inner surface of the next round of aluminum-plastic composite tape, so that accurate overlapping of two adjacent circles of the upper and lower round of aluminum-plastic composite tape is realized, and the problems of bag leakage, nonuniform overlapping, bonding film bonding dislocation and the like can be effectively avoided by matching the double faced adhesive tape, so that the effects of improving the wrapping precision and reducing the using amount of the aluminum-plastic composite tape are achieved.
A cable comprises the aluminum-plastic composite belt with the limiting function.
