The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings.

When wind blows from the back of the billboard, the wind shield 8 at the back side prevents the wind from blowing through the rotating unit, so the rotating unit and the rotating plate 2 do not rotate, at the moment, the wind blows on the arc plate 5 and is guided by the arc surface to be converted into the airflow which is parallel to the surface of the billboard and flows along the back surface of the billboard, the guiding function of the arc plate 5 can reduce certain impact force on one hand, more importantly, the airflow which flows along the back surface of the billboard after being turned by the arc plate 5 makes the airflow flow speed of the back surface of the billboard far larger than that of the front surface of the billboard, according to Bernoulli principle, the faster the flow speed is lower the pressure, therefore, the air pressure at the back surface of the billboard is lower than that at the front surface of the billboard, the air pressure difference between the front and the back can form a backward pressure on the billboard, which is equivalent to apply a supporting force on the front surface of the billboard for balancing the impact force of the wind from the back surface, and the supporting force is increased along with the increase of wind power, so that the wind resistance of the billboard is effectively improved.
The wind blowing from the left and right sides is parallel to the signboard, so that it does not cause a large impact force to the signboard, and the wind shields 8 on the left and right sides prevent the left and right wind from blowing through the rotation unit, so that the rotation plate 2 does not operate.
When wind blows from the front side of the billboard, the wind can blow through the rotating unit, if the wind power is small, the fan blades 7 are not opened, the torque of the wind on the rotating unit is small, and the rotating plate 2 is kept stable under the action of the first torsion spring 4, so that the billboard can keep a finished advertising surface when the wind power is small; if the wind power is large, strong wind blows into a gap between the fan blade 7 facing the wind with the concave surface and the rotary drum 6, so that the fan blade 7 on the side is opened under the action of the second torsion spring 9, the windward area is increased, the torque borne by the rotary unit is greatly increased, the rotary unit drives the rotary plate 2 to rotate 180 degrees under the action of the first torsion spring 4, the arc-shaped plate 5 on the back of the rotary plate 2 rotates to the front side to face the wind, and therefore facing airflow is formed on the front surface of the billboard, forward pressure difference is formed on the front side and the rear side of the billboard, and the front side incoming wind is balanced; after the wind power is reduced, the fan blades 7 and the rotating plate 2 return under the action of the first torsion springs 4 and the second torsion springs 9, and the advertising surface is completely restored.
The invention has the remarkable advantages that:
1. according to the invention, the Bernoulli principle is utilized, the front-side pressure difference and the rear-side pressure difference are generated by the wall-attached airflow generated by the arc-shaped plate 5 to counteract the impact force of wind, and the larger the wind force is, the larger the supporting force provided by the pressure difference is, so that the wind resistance of the billboard can be effectively improved.
2. The invention does not need to be provided with a large number of force release holes, can ensure the completeness of the advertising surface in non-strong wind weather, ensures good advertising effect, and is simpler in design, manufacture and installation of the advertising cloth because the advertising board surface is more complete.
3. The invention does not need the whole billboard to deform or rotate, has strong safety and stability and low construction cost, and is more suitable for the practice of large billboards compared with unrealistic deformable or rotatable billboards.
