And a refusal authorization module 901, configured to refuse to authorize the current financial system to query the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request after determining that the current financial system is not a federation link node.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after determining that the current financial system is not a federation link node, the authorization rejection module 901 rejects to authorize the current financial system to query the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request, so as to ensure the security of the personal credit investigation information.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the query frequency updating module 1001 updates the remaining queryable frequency of the current user in the federation chain, so as to ensure the accuracy of the personal credit investigation.

The number-of-times authorization query unit 1101 is configured to, after determining that the current financial system is a federation link node, authorize the current financial system to query the remaining queryable number of times of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request.
And a credit investigation authorization query unit 1102, configured to authorize the current financial system to query the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request when the remaining queryable number of the current user is greater than zero.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after determining that the current financial system is a federation link node, the number-of-times authorization query unit 1101 authorizes the current financial system to query the remaining queryable times of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request; when the remaining queryable times of the current user is greater than zero, the credit investigation authorization query unit 1102 authorizes the current financial system to query the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request, and accuracy of the personal credit investigation is improved.
Fig. 12 shows an information maintenance module 803 in a block chain-based personal credit investigation device according to a twelfth embodiment of the present invention, which only shows the relevant parts related to the embodiment of the present invention for convenience of description, and the details are as follows:
in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to store the personal credit investigation record, referring to fig. 12, each unit included in the information maintenance module 803 is used to execute each step in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 5, specifically please refer to fig. 5 and the related description in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 5, which is not described herein again. In this embodiment of the present invention, the information maintenance module 803 includes a service information broadcasting unit 1201, a service information identifying unit 1202, and a service information maintenance unit 1203.
A service information broadcasting unit 1201, configured to broadcast service transaction information determined by the current financial system based on the personal credit information of the current user and the service transaction request submitted by the current user on the alliance chain,
and the service information consensus unit 1202 is configured to perform consensus on the service handling information after each financial node in the alliance chain receives the service handling information broadcasted by the current financial system.
And the service information maintenance unit 1203 is configured to add the service handling information after the financial nodes in the federation chain pass the consensus to the blockchain address of the current user in the federation chain.
In the embodiment of the invention, a service information broadcasting unit 1201 broadcasts service handling information determined by a current financial system on a alliance chain; the service information consensus unit 1202 performs consensus on the service handling information by each financial node in the alliance chain, and the service information maintenance unit 1203 adds the service handling information after consensus is passed to the blockchain address of the current user in the alliance chain, so that the personal credit investigation record can be stored.

In the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above module structure, the functional module of the block chain-based personal credit investigation apparatus further includes a management request broadcasting unit 1301, a management request identifying unit 1302, and a management unit 1303.
A management request broadcasting unit 1301, configured to broadcast a key/blockchain address management request received by the current financial system over the federation chain.
The management request consensus unit 1302 is configured to perform consensus on the key/blockchain address management request after each financial node in the federation chain receives the key/blockchain address management request broadcasted by the current financial system.
And a management unit 1303, configured to manage the key/blockchain address in the federation chain according to the key/blockchain address management request after the financial nodes in the federation chain have passed the consensus.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the management request broadcasting unit 1301 broadcasts the key/blockchain address management request received by the current financial system on the alliance chain; the management request consensus unit 1302 identifies each financial node in the alliance chain with the key/blockchain address management request; the management unit 1303 manages the key/blockchain address in the federation chain based on the key/blockchain address management request after passing the consensus, so as to improve the security of key/blockchain address management.
Fig. 14 shows functional modules of a block chain-based personal credit investigation device according to a fourteenth embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, which are detailed as follows:
in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the security of joining a new financial node into a federation chain, referring to fig. 14, each module included in the block chain-based personal credit investigation device is configured to execute each step in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 7, which please refer to fig. 7 and the related description in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 7 specifically, which is not described herein again. In the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above module structure, the functional modules of the block chain-based personal credit investigation apparatus further include an uplink request broadcasting module 1401, an uplink request identifying module 1402 and an uplink module 1403.
An uplink request broadcasting module 1401, configured to broadcast, on the alliance chain, an uplink request for joining the new financial system to the alliance chain, where the uplink request is received by the management node on the alliance chain; and the management node on the alliance chain is a financial node on the alliance chain which is selected by consensus of all financial nodes on the alliance chain.
The cochain request consensus module 1402 is configured to perform consensus on the cochain request after each financial node in the alliance chain receives the cochain request broadcast by the management node in the alliance chain.
A cochain module 1403, configured to add the new financial system to the alliance chain to become a new node of the alliance chain after the cochain request, broadcast by the management node on the alliance chain, of each financial node on the alliance chain passes the cochain request consensus.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the uplink request broadcasting module 1401 broadcasts, on the alliance chain, an uplink request for joining a new financial system to the alliance chain, which is received by a management node on the alliance chain; the uplink request consensus module 1402 identifies the uplink request after each financial node in the alliance chain receives the uplink request broadcast by the management node in the alliance chain; the uplink module 1403, after the uplink request consensus broadcasted by each financial node on the alliance chain to the management node on the alliance chain passes, adds the new financial system to the alliance chain to become a new node of the alliance chain, and improves the security of adding the new financial node to the alliance chain.
In a alliance chain, one or more enterprises can be jointly selected as an 'alliance chain manager' role (alliance chain management node) by a plurality of enterprises (a plurality of financial nodes) participating in the alliance chain, and a 'system manager' authority certificate is distributed to other banking enterprises (financial nodes) and is used for authority distribution and personnel management, so that only a specific enterprise can deploy contracts;
the banking institution (alliance chain management node) that obtains the authority certificate of the system administrator can assign the authority to the corresponding system maintainer, and is used for managing the daily maintenance work of the alliance chain, such as adding and deleting nodes, assigning the authority of the access user, and the like. The system administrator may assign an "access user" authority certificate for the access user, which is used to control client admission, and only the user with the certificate can connect to the federation link node.
The user who obtains the authority certificate of the 'access user' can send a credit investigation request to the alliance chain node, the certificate passes the verification, and the user can inquire the personal credit investigation information and is used for calling the read-write operation of contract information and a user data table. For the supervision department (financial node), the corresponding authority certificate can be distributed according to the supervision requirement, such as inquiring about the read-only authority of the query data.
The personal credit investigation information management system is deployed in a supervision authority (management node), and comprises:
the personal credit investigation information inquiry module is used for inquiring credit investigation information and inquiry times of a transactor;
the personal credit investigation information maintenance module: the system is used for storing personal credit investigation information, including credit investigation information corresponding to each person, stored on a unique blockchain address and all maintenance records of the information.
A federation mechanism management module: for managing and maintaining banking institutions (financial nodes), providing authority for data viewing, transmission and sharing
A key management module: for managing blockchain keys.
A block chain address management module: for managing the block chain information storage address.
(II) a bank credit investigation management system deployed in a financial institution (financial node):
the personal credit investigation information inquiry module is used for inquiring credit investigation information and inquiry times by a transactor;
and the personal credit investigation information maintenance module is used for managing the inquired credit investigation frequency information of the business handling person of the local bank.
And the client information management module is used for recording the identity information of the transacted business from the bank and the transacted personal credit investigation business information.
A key management module: for managing blockchain keys.
A block chain address management module: for managing the block chain information storage address.
In the whole system, the personal credit investigation information management system and the personal credit investigation management systems of all banks are managed by the unique ID of the user on the block chain address. The personal credit investigation information management system records and stores personal credit investigation information and inquireable frequency information of a person by using a block chain technology; the personal credit investigation management system of each bank records all information of personal credit investigation service: including the name of the transaction, the time, the transaction history, etc. By combining the information, a completion structure of the personal credit investigation information is formed, and the tracing of the personal credit investigation service of the user can be realized.
By adopting the personal credit investigation information management system and the personal credit investigation management system of each bank, the personal credit investigation information is credible and can not be tampered by adopting the block chain technology. In the whole service handling process, the participation of credit investigation supervision mechanisms can be reduced, and the time cost of service handling is saved. The financial institution can inquire the real condition of the transactor through the bank personal credit information management system. Meanwhile, through other bank alliance members in the alliance chain, the credit investigation and inquiry times of the user are maintained, and the transactor is informed in a multi-angle and all-around manner. The credit investigation supervising agency can also integrate and manage the data resources of each bank agency through the block chain, supervise the condition of the personal credit investigation service, reduce the working pressure and improve the efficiency.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the personal credit investigation method based on the block chain when executing the computer program.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for executing the above block chain-based personal credit investigation method is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
The method and the device for transaction processing provided by the invention can be applied to the financial field and can also be applied to other application fields except the financial field, and the embodiment of the invention does not particularly limit the application fields.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, when receiving a personal credit investigation request sent by a current financial system, first determining whether the current financial system is a federation link node; after the current financial system is determined to be a alliance link node, authorizing the current financial system to inquire the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request so as to improve the safety of the personal credit investigation; and adding the business handling information determined by the current financial system based on the personal credit information of the current user and the business handling request submitted by the current user to the block chain address of the current user in the alliance chain. The embodiment of the invention authorizes the current financial system to inquire the personal credit investigation information after determining that the current financial system is the alliance link node, thereby improving the safety of personal credit investigation; the financial systems are connected in a alliance chain by using a block chain technology, so that the efficiency of individual credit investigation is improved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Claims (12)

1. A block chain-based personal credit investigation method is characterized in that the method is applied to a personal credit investigation management system and comprises the following steps:
when a personal credit investigation request sent by a current financial system based on a business transaction request submitted by a current user is received, determining whether the current financial system is a alliance link node;
after the current financial system is determined to be a alliance link node, authorizing the current financial system to inquire the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request;
and adding the business handling information determined by the current financial system based on the personal credit information of the current user and the business handling request submitted by the current user to the block chain address of the current user in the alliance chain.
2. The block chain-based personal credit investigation method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the current financial system is determined not to be the alliance link node, refusing to authorize the current financial system to inquire the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request.
3. The block chain-based personal credit investigation method of claim 1, further comprising:
and updating the remaining inquiry times of the current user on the alliance chain.
4. The block chain-based personal credit investigation method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the current financial system is a alliance chain node, authorizing the current financial system to investigate the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request comprises:
after the current financial system is determined to be a alliance link node, authorizing the current financial system to inquire the remaining inquired times of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request;
and when the remaining inquireable times of the current user is more than zero, authorizing the current financial system to inquire the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of adding the service transaction information determined by the current financial system based on the personal credit information of the current user and the service transaction request submitted by the current user to the blockchain address of the current user in the alliance chain comprises:
broadcasting the service handling information determined by the current financial system based on the personal credit information of the current user and the service handling request submitted by the current user on a alliance chain;
after receiving the service handling information broadcasted by the current financial system, each financial node on the alliance chain identifies the service handling information;
and adding the service handling information after the consensus of each financial node on the alliance chain passes to the block chain address of the current user on the alliance chain.
6. The block chain-based personal credit investigation method of claim 1, further comprising:
broadcasting a key/blockchain address management request received by a current financial system on a alliance chain;
after receiving a key/blockchain address management request broadcasted by a current financial system, each financial node in the alliance chain identifies the key/blockchain address management request;
and managing the key/blockchain address on the alliance chain according to the key/blockchain address management request after the financial nodes on the alliance chain have passed the consensus.
7. The block chain-based personal credit investigation method of claim 1, further comprising:
broadcasting a cochain request for adding a new financial system received by a management node on the coalition chain into the coalition chain on the coalition chain; the management node on the alliance chain is a financial node on the alliance chain which is selected by consensus of all financial nodes on the alliance chain;
after each financial node on the alliance chain receives a chain winding request broadcasted by a management node on the alliance chain, performing consensus on the chain winding request;
after the financial nodes in the alliance chain pass the uplink request consensus broadcasted by the management node in the alliance chain, the new financial system is added into the alliance chain to become a new node of the alliance chain.
8. A block chain-based personal credit investigation device is applied to a personal credit investigation system and comprises the following components:
the node determining module is used for determining whether the current financial system is a alliance link node or not when receiving a personal credit investigation request sent by the current financial system based on a service transaction request submitted by a current user;
the authorization query module is used for authorizing the current financial system to query the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request after the current financial system is determined to be the alliance link node;
and the information maintenance module is used for adding the business handling information determined by the current financial system based on the personal credit information of the current user and the business handling request submitted by the current user to the block chain address of the current user in the alliance chain.
9. The block chain-based personal credit investigation device according to claim 8, characterized in that the authorization inquiry module comprises:
the number-of-times authorization query unit is used for authorizing the current financial system to query the remaining queryable number of the current user according to the personal credit investigation request after the current financial system is determined to be the alliance link node;
and the credit investigation authorization query unit is used for authorizing the current financial system to query the personal credit investigation information of the current user according to the personal credit investigation query request when the remaining queryable times of the current user is more than zero.
10. The block chain-based personal credit investigation device according to claim 8, characterized in that the information maintenance module comprises:
the service information broadcasting unit is used for broadcasting the service handling information determined by the current financial system based on the personal credit information of the current user and the service handling request submitted by the current user on the alliance chain;
the service information consensus unit is used for performing consensus on the service handling information after each financial node on the alliance chain receives the service handling information broadcasted by the current financial system;
and the service information maintenance unit is used for adding the service handling information which is commonly identified by each financial node in the alliance chain to the block chain address of the current user in the alliance chain.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the block chain based personal credit inquiry method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the block chain based personal credit inquiry method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
