The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory. Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (25)

1. An identity authentication method based on an electronic social security certificate is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving an identity authentication request submitted after a code scanning device scans an identification code of an electronic social security certificate of a target user;
inquiring additional identity information bound with the electronic social security certificate to respond to the identity authentication request;
and if the inquired additional identity information meets the admission condition of the additional identity rights of the user order, determining that the identity authentication result is authenticated and issued to the code scanning equipment, so as to carry out settlement processing on the user order according to the identity authentication result.
2. The electronic social security credential-based identity authentication method of claim 1, further comprising:
calling a social security system interface to inquire a related user having an identity association relationship with a second user according to a certificate inquiry request submitted by a user terminal of the second user, and issuing a related user list consisting of the related users to the user terminal; the associated user comprises the target user;
and if the second user selects the target user in the associated user list, establishing a binding relationship between the application account of the second user and the electronic social security certificate of the target user.
3. The identity authentication method based on the electronic social security certificate as claimed in claim 2, wherein an identification code display page of the second electronic social security certificate of the second user is configured with an access switching control of the electronic social security certificate of the target user;
and if the access switching control is triggered, switching from the identification code display page to an identification code display page of the electronic social security certificate.
4. The electronic social security credential-based identity authentication method of claim 3, further comprising:
detecting whether the user age of the target user exceeds a preset age threshold value;
if so, removing the binding relationship between the electronic social security certificate of the target user and the application account of the second user;
and establishing a binding relationship between the application account of the target user and the electronic social security certificate of the target user.
5. The electronic social security credential-based identity authentication method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the wearable device of the target user is bound to the electronic social security credential of the target user, and the wearable device is configured to display an identification code of the electronic social security credential of the target user.
6. The electronic social security certificate-based identity authentication method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving the identity authentication request submitted by the code scanning device after scanning the identification code of the electronic social security certificate of the target user is executed, the method further comprises:
inquiring an electronic social security certificate bound with an application account of the second user according to an inquiry request submitted after the code scanning device scans the payment code of the second user and carries out settlement processing;
and displaying the access switching control of the inquired electronic social security certificate on the display page or the payment result page of the payment code, so that the access switching control is switched to the identification code display page of the inquired electronic social security certificate after being triggered.
7. The identity authentication method based on the electronic social security certificate according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the identification code of the electronic social security certificate is displayed based on the user terminal of the second user; the second user and the target user have an identity association relationship;
and the settlement processing of the user order is carried out after the code scanning equipment scans the payment code of the second user displayed by the user terminal, and fund transfer payment is carried out from the payment account of the second user bound by the payment code.
8. The electronic social security certificate-based identity authentication method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the identification code of the electronic social security certificate of the target user is displayed based on the user terminal of the target user;
and the settlement processing of the user order is carried out after the code scanning equipment scans the payment code of the target user displayed by the user terminal, and fund transfer payment is carried out from the payment account of the target user bound by the payment code.
9. An order processing method based on an electronic social security voucher is applied to code scanning equipment and comprises the following steps:
scanning an identification code of an electronic social security certificate of a target user displayed by a user terminal;
decoding the identification code, and submitting an identity authentication request to a server based on a decoding result;
if the additional identity information inquired by the server meets the admission condition of the additional identity rights of the user order, displaying an identity authentication result which is issued by the server and passes the authentication;
and carrying out settlement processing on the user order according to the additional identity rights and interests.
10. The electronic social security voucher based order processing method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the settling the user order according to the additional identity rights comprises:
calculating actual payment amount according to the additional identity rights and the order amount of the user order, and after scanning the payment code of the second user displayed by the user terminal of the second user, carrying out deduction payment from the payment account of the second user bound with the payment code according to the actual payment amount; the second user and the target user have an identity association relationship;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and calculating actual payment amount according to the additional identity rights and the order amount of the user order, and after scanning the payment code of the target user displayed by the user terminal of the target user, carrying out deduction payment from the payment account of the target user bound by the payment code according to the actual payment amount.
11. A data evidence storing method based on a block chain is applied to block chain link points in the block chain, and the block chain is used for storing evidence equity use records; the method comprises the following steps:
calling an intelligent contract deployed by the block chain link points to inquire the interest use record of the target user in the block chain according to the interest detection application of the target user uploaded by the server;
determining the use frequency of the rights and interests based on the inquired rights and interests use record, and judging whether the use frequency of the rights and interests is in the use frequency range of the additional identity rights and interests;
if yes, determining that the rights and interests detection is passed, and generating a rights and interests use record corresponding to the user order of the target user so as to carry out uplink deposit certificate.
12. The blockchain-based data attestation method of claim 11, further comprising:
updating a credit score of the target user based on the equity usage record; the credit score is calculated and determined according to the interest use record of the target user of the block chain deposit certificate;
storing the updated credit score into the block chain or credit chain; the credit score is a credit line calculation factor in the process of opening the credit line of the target user;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
responding to a rights and interests inquiry request submitted by the server, inquiring rights and interests record of the target user in the block chain;
and issuing the inquired interest use record of the target user to the server so that the server updates the credit level of the target user according to the inquired interest use record.
13. A block chain-based order processing method is applied to a server accessing a block chain, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring an identity authentication request submitted after a code scanning device scans an identification code of an electronic social security certificate of a target user;
inquiring additional identity information bound with the electronic social security certificate to respond to the identity authentication request;
generating a rights and interests detection application based on the inquired additional identity information and sending the rights and interests detection application to a block chain node in the block chain;
and if the block chain node determines that the rights and interests detection is passed, determining that the identity authentication result is passed and issuing the identity authentication result to the code scanning equipment so as to settle the user order according to the identity authentication result.
14. An identity authentication device based on an electronic social security certificate, which runs on a server, comprises:
the identity authentication request receiving module is configured to receive an identity authentication request submitted after the code scanning device scans the identification code of the electronic social security certificate of the target user;
an additional identity query module configured to query additional identity information bound with the electronic social security certificate in response to the identity authentication request;
and the authentication result determining module is configured to determine that the authentication result is passed and issued to the code scanning equipment if the inquired additional identity information meets the admission condition of the additional identity rights of the user order, so as to perform settlement processing on the user order according to the authentication result.
15. An order processing device based on an electronic social security voucher, which runs on code scanning equipment, comprises:
the identification code scanning module is configured to scan an identification code of the electronic social security certificate of the target user displayed by the user terminal;
the identity authentication request submitting module is configured to decode the identification code and submit an identity authentication request to a server based on a decoding result;
the identity authentication result display module is configured to display the identity authentication result which is issued by the server and passes the authentication if the additional identity information inquired by the server meets the admission condition of the additional identity right of the user order;
and the order settlement processing module is configured to perform settlement processing on the user order according to the additional identity rights and interests.
16. A data evidence storing device based on a block chain runs on block chain link points in the block chain, and the block chain is used for storing evidence rights and interests and using records; the device comprises:
the interest use record query module is configured to invoke an intelligent contract deployed by the block chain nodes to query the interest use record of the target user in the block chain according to the interest detection application of the target user uploaded by the server;
the right and interest use detection module is configured to determine the right and interest use frequency based on the inquired right and interest use record and judge whether the right and interest use frequency is in the use frequency range of the additional identity right;
if yes, operating a record uplink certificate storing module; the uplink recording and storing module is configured to determine that the equity detection passes and generate an equity usage record corresponding to the user order of the target user to perform uplink storing and storing.
17. A blockchain-based order processing apparatus operating in a server accessing a blockchain, comprising:
the identity authentication request acquisition module is configured to acquire an identity authentication request submitted after the code scanning device scans the identification code of the electronic social security certificate of the target user;
an additional identity query module configured to query additional identity information bound with the electronic social security certificate in response to the identity authentication request;
the interest detection application sending module is configured to generate an interest detection application based on the inquired additional identity information and send the interest detection application to a block chain node in the block chain;
and the order settlement processing module is configured to determine that the identity authentication result is authenticated and issue the authentication result to the code scanning equipment if the block link point determination rights and interests detection is passed, so as to perform settlement processing of the user order according to the identity authentication result.
18. An electronic social security credential based identity authentication device comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
receiving an identity authentication request submitted after a code scanning device scans an identification code of an electronic social security certificate of a target user;
inquiring additional identity information bound with the electronic social security certificate to respond to the identity authentication request;
and if the inquired additional identity information meets the admission condition of the additional identity rights of the user order, determining that the identity authentication result is authenticated and issued to the code scanning equipment, so as to carry out settlement processing on the user order according to the identity authentication result.
19. An order processing apparatus based on an electronic social security voucher, comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
scanning an identification code of an electronic social security certificate of a target user displayed by a user terminal;
decoding the identification code, and submitting an identity authentication request to a server based on a decoding result;
if the additional identity information inquired by the server meets the admission condition of the additional identity rights of the user order, displaying an identity authentication result which is issued by the server and passes the authentication;
and carrying out settlement processing on the user order according to the additional identity rights and interests.
20. A data evidence storage device based on a blockchain comprises:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
according to the interest detection application of the target user uploaded by the server, calling an intelligent contract deployed by a block chain link point in a block chain to inquire the interest use record of the target user in the block chain;

22. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
receiving an identity authentication request submitted after a code scanning device scans an identification code of an electronic social security certificate of a target user;
inquiring additional identity information bound with the electronic social security certificate to respond to the identity authentication request;
and if the inquired additional identity information meets the admission condition of the additional identity rights of the user order, determining that the identity authentication result is authenticated and issued to the code scanning equipment, so as to carry out settlement processing on the user order according to the identity authentication result.
23. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
scanning an identification code of an electronic social security certificate of a target user displayed by a user terminal;
decoding the identification code, and submitting an identity authentication request to a server based on a decoding result;
if the additional identity information inquired by the server meets the admission condition of the additional identity rights of the user order, displaying an identity authentication result which is issued by the server and passes the authentication;
and carrying out settlement processing on the user order according to the additional identity rights and interests.
24. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
according to the interest detection application of the target user uploaded by the server, calling an intelligent contract deployed by a block chain link point in a block chain to inquire the interest use record of the target user in the block chain;
determining the use frequency of the rights and interests based on the inquired rights and interests use record, and judging whether the use frequency of the rights and interests is in the use frequency range of the additional identity rights and interests;
if yes, determining that the rights and interests detection is passed, and generating a rights and interests use record corresponding to the user order of the target user so as to carry out uplink deposit certificate.
25. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
