Abstract

The method for realizing the approval process under the government affair cloud scene according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein when the general process is configured, a process state field is added in a process table, whether the corresponding general process is available is controlled through the process state field, a check and operation interface is added to realize the deactivation and activation of the process state, the value of the added state field is actually modified, whether the process can be deactivated or not is checked, the service interface is required to be combined, and the existing service process is not allowed to be deactivated.
6. The method for realizing the approval process under the government affair cloud scene according to the claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein when the process link is configured, a system role interface is called to obtain the available system user role, and then the link handler role is designated;
and the link display information and the link processing information are loaded by modifying the flag bits in the flow link table, wherein the link display information and the link processing information comprise whether to upload an attachment or not, whether to fill related time or not, a specific link operation button and whether to allow revocation or rollback.

The method for realizing the approval process under the government affair cloud scene according to the claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that when a department self-defining process is configured, options of binding/unbinding departments are added in the process, the binding relationship between the department and the department self-defining process is recorded in a department process association table, if the binding relationship is the binding relationship, a newly-added binding relationship interface is called, a record is newly added in the department process association table, and if the binding relationship is the unbinding relationship, the binding record is deleted by calling the unbinding interface;
and for the business orders submitted by tenants of the commission office, calling a department flow binding relationship interface to inquire whether a department self-defined flow exists, if so, preferentially matching the department self-defined flow, and if not, matching a general flow.

The method for realizing the approval process under the government affair cloud scene according to the claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the approval conditions under the government affair cloud scene comprise that the business type, the client level, the process initiator role and the process code are related, the general process and the department self-defined process are hooked and matched with the business scene corresponding to the business document process based on the approval conditions, and the configured information is stored in the process link table.

The method for realizing the approval process under the government affair cloud scene according to the claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein when the business document is submitted, a department process binding relation interface is called to inquire whether a matched department self-defined process exists, if so, the corresponding department self-defined process is used, and if not, a process interface is called to match the general process;
after matching is successful, the flow interface returns a flow code to the service module, and the service module calls the initiating flow interface to initiate a flow according to the received flow code;
the workflow initiates the internal logic of the flow interface, and adds a flow business document index table for storing the relevant information of the flow instance and the business document business association.

The method for realizing the examination and approval process under the government affair cloud scene according to the claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the details of the examination and approval sheet are taken as the details of the business document, the examination and approval sheet is a self-defined sheet, the hanging details interface of the business document is checked through the details of the business document, and business operations including resource implementation and resource assignment are carried out in the details page of the business document;
the business module provides a URL of the details of the business document to the workflow module, and the workflow is accessed into a user-defined form;
the workflow is accessed into a user-defined form, and the workflow access method comprises two modes, namely:
configuring an access self-defined form by a process approval link node;
and accessing the self-defined form according to the service type global configuration dictionary parameter.
