The invention provides a control method of an electric appliance. The electrical appliance includes an air conditioner.
Fig. 1 is a method schematic diagram of an embodiment of a control method of an electrical appliance provided by the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control method includes at least step S110, step S120, step S130, and step S140.
Step S110, receiving a voice command issued to the electrical appliance.
In some embodiments, a voice command to the appliance collected by a remote control of the appliance is received. And after the remote controller collects the voice command, the voice command is sent to the electric appliance. For example, the remote controller has a voice function, can collect voice information, and sends a voice command to the electric appliance after the remote controller collects the voice command sent by the user. For example, when the electric appliance is an air conditioner, the voice command is sent to an air conditioner internal unit.
And step S120, when a voice command sent by the electric appliance is received, analyzing the voice command to obtain a corresponding control command.
In some embodiments, the voice command is sent to a server, and the server parses the voice command; and receiving a corresponding control command which is returned by the server and is obtained by analyzing the voice command. For example, the server performs semantic analysis on the voice command to obtain corresponding semantic information, and matches the obtained semantic information with semantic information corresponding to different preset control commands to obtain a control command corresponding to the voice command. And when the key control signal is received, analyzing the key control signal to obtain a corresponding control command.
Step S130, if the control command obtained by analyzing the voice command is to lock or unlock the electric appliance, identifying whether the sender of the voice command is a child.
And step S140, if the speaker of the voice command is identified not to be a child, locking or unlocking the electric appliance, and if the speaker of the voice command is identified to be a child, not locking or unlocking the electric appliance.
The locking operation is, for example, locking a function of the air conditioner, for example, prohibiting execution of a control command (e.g., a voice command and/or a key control command) for the air conditioner. The unlocking operation is, for example, no longer prohibiting execution of a control command for the air conditioner. In some embodiments, the voice command is subjected to voiceprint recognition, the age of the voice issuer is recognized, for example, a child under 12 years old is set, and when the voice command issuer is determined to be over 12 years old by the voiceprint recognition, and it is determined that the voice command issuer is not a child, a locking or unlocking operation is performed on the appliance; and when the age of the voice command sender is determined to be below 12 years old through voiceprint recognition, the voice command sender is determined to be a child, and the locking or unlocking operation is not executed on the electric appliance, so that the child lock is prevented from being easily cracked by the child. Optionally, the voice command is sent to a server, and the server recognizes whether the sender of the voice command is a child. For example, the server performs voiceprint recognition on the voice command, recognizes whether the age of the voice command utterer is 12 years or less, and determines that the voice command utterer is a child if the age is 12 years or less.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, the method further includes: and after the electric appliance is locked or unlocked, voice broadcasting reminding is carried out. For example, after the unlocking operation is performed, the report that the child lock is off is reported, that is, the child lock is not in the locked state. After the locking operation (locking) is performed, the 'child lock is unlocked', that is, the child lock is in the locked state.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the voice command is used for locking and unlocking, so that the unlocking or locking voice command can be executed under the condition that the sender is not a child, and the child lock is prevented from being easily cracked by the child.
Generally, air conditioners and other electric appliances are provided with child locks, but with the higher and higher intelligentization degree of the electric appliances, partial functions can allow children to operate, but the remote controller is completely locked after being locked at present, and cannot be customized according to the actual requirements of users.
Fig. 2 is a schematic method diagram of another embodiment of the appliance control method provided by the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the appliance control method further includes step S150, step S160, step S170, and step S180.
And S150, receiving a voice command of the electric appliance or a key control signal sent by a remote controller of the electric appliance under the condition that the electric appliance is in a locked state.
In some embodiments, a voice command to the appliance collected by a remote controller of the appliance is received while the appliance is in a locked state. The key control signal is a key control signal generated by operating a key of the remote controller, that is, a remote control signal transmitted to the electrical appliance by a user operating the key of the remote controller of the electrical appliance.
Step S160, when receiving the voice command or the key control signal, analyzing the voice command or the key control signal to obtain a corresponding control command.
In some embodiments, when the voice command is received, the voice command is sent to a server, and the server parses the voice command; and receiving a corresponding control command which is returned by the server and is obtained by analyzing the voice command.
Optionally, if the voice command is received and the voice command is analyzed to obtain a corresponding control command, namely, the electric appliance is unlocked, identifying whether the sender of the voice command is a child; and if the voice command sender is identified to be not a child, performing unlocking operation on the electric appliance, and if the voice command sender is identified to be a child, not performing unlocking operation on the electric appliance.
That is, when the electrical appliance is in the locked state and a voice command issued to the electrical appliance is received, if the voice command is analyzed and the corresponding control command is not to perform the unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, the following steps S160 and S170 are performed. If the control command corresponding to the analysis of the voice command is to perform an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, performing steps S120 and S130, and recognizing whether the sender of the voice command is a child, if the sender of the voice command is recognized not to be a child, performing an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, and if the sender of the voice command is recognized to be a child, not performing an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, without performing the following steps S160, S170, and S180.
Step S170, determining whether the control command is in a preset white list.
Specifically, the white list includes a control command that is not prohibited from being executed when the appliance is in a locked state. Optionally, the white list may be set by a control client (e.g. APP) of the appliance. For example, white list setting of control commands is carried out through a mobile phone side APP of the air conditioner, and a user can set the control commands which are executed when the electric appliance is in a locking state at the mobile phone side APP, such as shutdown operation, without being prohibited. The whitelist may be stored in the appliance local storage unit or in a server. Optionally, in case the appliance is not in a locked state, then the control command is executed.
Step S180, if the control command is not in the white list, the control command is not executed, and if the control command is in the white list, the control command is executed.
If the control command is not in the white list, the control command is not executed because the electric appliance is locked; because the control command in the white list is a command that is not prohibited from being executed when the electrical appliance is in the locked state, if the control command is determined to be in the white list, the control command is executed.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and if the control command is judged not to be in the white list, broadcasting corresponding reminding information in a voice mode. For example, when the electrical appliance is an air conditioner and the air conditioner is in a locked state, if it is determined that the control command corresponding to the voice command obtained through analysis is not in the white list, the voice broadcast prompts that "the air conditioner is locked and please operate after unlocking".
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the electric appliance is in the locking state, if the control command is judged not to be in the white list, the control command is not executed, if the control command is judged to be in the white list, the control command is executed, certain control commands can not be forbidden to be executed when the electric appliance is locked, and the white list can be set by a user, so that the actual requirements of the user are met.
In order to clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following describes the execution flow of the control method of the electrical appliance provided by the present invention with some specific embodiments.

Optionally, if the receiving unit 110 receives the voice command and the analyzing unit 120 analyzes the voice command to obtain a corresponding control command for performing an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, the identifying unit 130 identifies whether the sender of the voice command is a child; if the recognition unit 130 recognizes that the utterer of the voice command is not a child, the execution unit 140 performs an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, and if the recognition unit 130 recognizes that the utterer of the voice command is a child, the execution unit 140 does not perform an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance.
That is to say, when the electrical appliance is in a locked state, and when the receiving unit 110 receives a voice command issued to the electrical appliance, if the parsing unit 120 parses the voice command to obtain that the corresponding control command is not to perform an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, the determining unit 150 determines whether the control command is in a preset white list; if the determining unit 150 determines that the control command is not in the white list, the executing unit 140 does not execute the control command; if the determining unit 150 determines that the control command is in the white list, the executing unit 140 executes the control command. If the control command corresponding to the analysis of the voice command by the analysis unit 120 is to perform an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, the recognition unit 120 recognizes whether the issuer of the voice command is a child, if the issuer of the voice command is not a child, the execution unit 140 performs an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance, and if the issuer of the voice command is a child, the execution unit 140 does not perform an unlocking operation on the electrical appliance and does not perform the function performed by the determination unit 150.
The judging unit 150 is configured to judge whether the control command is in a preset white list; the execution unit 140 is further configured to: if the determining unit 150 determines that the control command is not in the white list, the control command is not executed; if the determining unit 150 determines that the control command is in the white list, the control command is executed.
Specifically, the white list includes a control command that is not prohibited from being executed when the appliance is in a locked state. Optionally, the white list may be set by a control client (e.g. APP) of the appliance. The whitelist may be stored in the appliance local storage unit or in a server. Alternatively, in case the appliance is not in the locked state, the execution unit 140 executes the control command.
If the determining unit 150 determines that the control command is not in the white list, the executing unit 140 does not execute the control command because the appliance is already locked; since the control command in the white list is a command that is not prohibited from being executed when the appliance is in the locked state, if the determination unit 150 determines that the control command is in the white list, the execution unit 140 executes the control command.
Optionally, based on the above embodiment, the broadcasting unit is further configured to: and if the judging unit judges that the control command is not in the white list, the corresponding reminding information is broadcasted in a voice mode. For example, when the electrical appliance is an air conditioner and the air conditioner is in a locked state, if it is determined that the control command corresponding to the voice command obtained through analysis is not in the white list, the voice broadcast prompts that "the air conditioner is locked and please operate after unlocking".
