The method comprises the steps that a defect often exists on a color film substrate, in order to guarantee the quality of the color film base station, the defect needs to be repaired, when the defect is repaired, the position of the defect needs to be determined firstly, the defect is repaired according to the position, when the position of the defect is determined, a lens with an amplification effect needs to be adopted to collect images of the substrate, in order to guarantee the repairing effect, the definition of the collected images needs to meet requirements, due to the difference of defect characteristics, if the lens with a certain specific amplification ratio is adopted, the definition which can be collected does not necessarily reach the required images, the lenses with different amplification ratios need to be switched to collect different images, so that the image with the definition which meets the requirements is obtained, however, when the lenses with different amplification ratios are adopted to collect images, the brightness of the images collected by the lenses with different ratios is not necessarily consistent, the judgment is not necessarily accurate when the definition is judged, therefore, in order to guarantee the brightness corresponding to each lens is consistent, the exemplary technology manually switches each lens and observes the images collected by each lens, judges whether the images collected by the definition of each lens according to the vision experience, and then the defect is repaired in a mode that the defect is determined in a mode of lower in which the artificial excess efficiency is adopted.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present application provides a method for repairing a color filter substrate, where the method for repairing a color filter substrate includes:
step S10, acquiring an image of a color film substrate acquired by a target lens;
the target lens is a lens which needs to acquire an image of the color film substrate, the lens is an optical element with a specific magnification, the lens can be a microscope, and the target lens can acquire the image comprising the color film substrate; before the image of the color film substrate is obtained, the color film substrate can be placed at a specific position so as to obtain a complete image; before the image is acquired for the first time, the brightness value of the light source can be set as a default value, and the mode for setting the brightness of the light source can be to set the supply current and the supply voltage of the light source; when an image of the color film substrate is acquired through the target lens for the first time, a lens with a preset specific magnification can be used as the target lens, for example, in the case that 5 lenses with different magnifications exist, a lens with the minimum magnification can be preset as the target lens for acquiring the image for the first time, and therefore, the target lens preset as the image for acquiring the first time can be switched to a specific position by setting a specific mechanical structure so as to acquire the image including the color film substrate; the arrangement modes of the lenses include various modes, such as squared figure arrangement, longitudinal arrangement and the like; for the time of obtaining the color film substrate collected by the target lens, whether the image of the color film substrate needs to be obtained or not can be automatically detected at regular time for the purpose of improving the adjustment efficiency, wherein the judgment can be specifically carried out according to whether the process switching or the substrate switching exists or not, and the image of the color film substrate can be triggered to be obtained under the condition of switching the process or the substrate; it is understood that, in this embodiment, the connection with the light source, the lens, the substrate, and the like may be established through the industrial control device, and the operation of each device may be controlled through the industrial control device.
the gray scale value is a gray scale value corresponding to an image of a color film substrate acquired by a target lens, and when the gray scale value of the image is determined, the gray scale value of the image is determined by adopting a consistent calculation mode for images acquired by lenses with different magnifications, for example, when the different magnifications are respectively used as the target lens, the gray scale value of the image takes an average gray scale value of each pixel point in the currently acquired image as the gray scale value of the image, specifically, the gray scale value of each pixel point in the image can be acquired, the gray scale values of each pixel point are further summed and averaged, and the averaged value is used as the gray scale value of the image, or, the gray scale value of the image can be determined by adopting other modes; the setting value is a preset gray scale value, and is used for indicating whether the gray scale value of the image meets a required brightness standard, and the setting value can be set according to specific needs, for example, the setting value can be set according to the corresponding relation between different processes and different standard gray scale values, or according to the corresponding relation between different color film substrates and different standard gray scale values; the gray scale value may indicate a brightness condition of the image and may indirectly reflect a current brightness of the light source, and therefore, whether the brightness of the light source needs to be adjusted may be determined based on whether the gray scale value is equal to a set value, in this embodiment, when the gray scale value of the image is not equal to the set value, that is, the brightness of the light source is adjusted, in order to improve accuracy of adjustment, a certain specific gray scale value may be set as the set value, and in addition, in order to improve efficiency of adjustment, a range of the specific gray scale value may also be used as the set value; the brightness of the light source can be adjusted by controlling the value of the current or the voltage; in addition, the light source may include a light source above the color filter substrate and a light source below the color filter substrate, the light source above the color filter substrate is referred to as a reflection light source, the light source above the color filter substrate reflects light above the color filter substrate to improve the brightness of the color filter substrate, the light source below the color filter substrate is referred to as a transmission light source, light emitted by the transmission light source is transmitted into the color filter substrate to improve the brightness of the color filter substrate, the reflection light source may be constantly kept in an on state, the transmission light source may be turned on only when the gray scale value is too low, so as to save energy consumption, or may be turned on constantly to accurately control the brightness of the color filter substrate, and when both the reflection light source and the transmission light source are turned on, the reflection brightness of the light source above the color filter substrate may be adjusted, and the brightness of the color filter substrate may be changed, so as to further change the brightness of an image collected by the target lens; and after the light source is adjusted, returning to the step of acquiring the image of the color film substrate acquired by the target lens, detecting whether the gray-scale value of the image is equal to a set value, and further adjusting the brightness of the light source under the condition that the gray-scale value of the image is not equal to the set value.
Step S30, when the gray scale value of the image is equal to the set value, switching the next lens into the target lens according to the switching sequence, and returning to the step of acquiring the image of the color film substrate collected by the target lens, wherein the magnification ratios of the lenses are different;
in this embodiment, the next lens is switched to the target lens according to the switching sequence to perform the adjustment process of the next lens, and after the next lens is switched to the target lens, the step of obtaining the image of the color film substrate collected by the target lens is returned to; adjusting each existing lens to enable the brightness of the light source corresponding to each lens to be uniform, enabling the gray scale values of the images collected by each lens to be uniform, and further performing a subsequent repairing process according to the images with the definition meeting the requirements under the condition that the brightness of each lens is uniform; the switching sequence is a sequence for switching the next lens to the target lens, and the switching sequence may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the switching sequence is set according to the magnification of each lens from small to large, or the switching sequence is set according to the positional relationship between the lenses; and respectively switching each lens into a target lens according to the switching sequence, and adjusting until each lens is adjusted, so that the color film substrate can be repaired.
And S40, repairing the color film substrate when the gray scale value of the image acquired by each lens is equal to the set value.
Through the adjusting process, when the gray scale value of the image acquired by each lens is equal to a set value, the color film substrate is repaired, the brightness of the image acquired by each lens is consistent, and the brightness of the light source corresponding to each lens is consistent; in addition, when the gray scale value is detected to be equal to the set value every time, the definition of the image acquired at the time can be detected, when the definition is detected to reach the set definition, the next lens can be stopped to be switched to serve as a target lens, and the color film substrate can be directly repaired according to the image meeting the set definition; the color film can be repaired by grinding and other processes, which are not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the brightness of the light source is adjusted by obtaining an image of a color film substrate collected by a target lens, when a gray scale value of the image is not equal to a set value, the brightness of the light source is adjusted to change the gray scale value of the image of the color film substrate collected by the target lens, and the step of obtaining the image of the color film substrate collected by the target lens is returned to be executed.
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present application provides a method for repairing a color filter substrate, based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, where the step S20 includes:
step S21, when the gray scale value of the image is larger than the set value, reducing the brightness of the light source, and returning to the step of acquiring the image of the color film substrate acquired by the target lens;
in this embodiment, the luminance of the image is reduced by reducing the luminance of the light source, and since there is no linear relationship between the amount of change in the reduced luminance and the gray scale value, when the luminance of the light source is reduced, the specific luminance value may be reduced in advance, and after the specific luminance value is reduced, the image collected by the target lens is obtained again, and whether the gray scale value is greater than the set value is further detected, and if the gray scale value is still greater than the set value, the specific luminance value may be further reduced; in this embodiment, in order to improve the efficiency of changing the gray scale value, the gray scale value is made to be equal to the set value as quickly as possible, when the brightness of the light source is adjusted, the brightness value of the light source after being reduced is made to be 0.5 times of the brightness value of the light source before being reduced, that is, the variation of the brightness after being reduced each time is half of the brightness before being reduced, and if the gray scale value is smaller than the set value, the brightness of the light source can be further increased; the reduction of the luminance of the light source can be achieved by reducing the voltage and current of the light source, and the relationship between the voltage or current and the luminance value can be measured and stored in advance.
And step S22, when the gray scale value of the image is smaller than the set value, increasing the brightness of the light source, and returning to the step of acquiring the image of the color film substrate acquired by the target lens.
When the gray-scale value of the image is smaller than the set value, it indicates that the brightness of the image is too low, and at this time, the brightness of the image needs to be increased, the brightness of the image is increased in a manner of increasing the brightness of the light source, and the value of the increase amount of the brightness of the light source can be a preset value, or the brightness value of the light source after being increased can be 1.5 times of the brightness value of the light source before being increased, that is, the brightness of the light source is increased by half of the brightness every time the brightness value is increased, so that the brightness of the light source is adjusted, and the size of the gray-scale value is changed.
In this embodiment, when the gray scale value of the image is smaller than the set value, the brightness of the light source is decreased, and when the gray scale value of the image is smaller than the set value, the brightness of the light source is increased, so that the brightness of the light source can be respectively increased or decreased under the condition of different gray scale values, and the brightness of the image is adjusted, so that the gray scale value of the image is equal to the set value, the brightness of the image collected by the target lens is adjusted, and the brightness of the light source corresponding to the target lens is adjusted.
Referring to fig. 3, a third embodiment of the present application provides a method for repairing a color filter substrate, based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, before step S10, the method further includes:
step S50, when a switching instruction of process switching or substrate switching is detected, the target position corresponding to the switching instruction is obtained;
in the process of repairing the color film substrate, the color film substrates of different processes need to be repaired, or different types of color film substrates need to be repaired, wherein during repair, the color film substrate needs to be placed at a target position, the target position is a position where the color film substrate is placed, and the target position can be a position of the color film substrate after calibration.
And step S60, moving the color film substrate to a target position.
After the target position is obtained, the color filter substrate is moved to the target position, where the target position may be a specific position after the alignment operation on a path along which the color filter substrate is moved, or another preset position.
In this embodiment, when a switching instruction of process switching or substrate switching is detected, a target position corresponding to the switching instruction is obtained, the color film substrate is moved to the target position, so that the color film substrate can be automatically moved to the target position, the gray scale values of the images of the color film substrate acquired by the lenses are automatically adjusted at the target position, and the gray scale values of the images acquired by the lenses are kept in a consistent state, so that the color film substrate can be automatically controlled to move to a fixed position, the brightness of the light source is automatically adjusted, manual operation is not needed, and the brightness adjustment efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a fourth embodiment of the present application further provides a method for repairing a color filter substrate, based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, before the step S10, the method further includes:
When the gray scale value of the comparison image is equal to the set value, the difference exists between different processes, the brightness of the light source required by the different processes is different, so that the set value of the required image gray scale is different, the processes such as BM process and RGB process can respectively measure the set values corresponding to the different processes, store the set values, and when a switching instruction for switching the processes is detected, obtain the set value corresponding to the switching instruction; for example, the pixel arrangement directions and the vertical directions of different color film substrates are different, so that the required light source brightness of the lens is different, the required set values of image gray scales are different, the set values corresponding to different types of color film substrates can be measured in advance and stored, and when a switching instruction for switching the substrates is detected, the set value corresponding to the switching instruction for switching the substrates is obtained, so that the corresponding set value can be determined according to different processes or different color film substrates, and the accuracy of brightness adjustment is improved.
In this embodiment, when a switching instruction of process switching or substrate switching is detected, a setting value corresponding to the switching instruction is obtained, so that corresponding setting values can be obtained according to different processes or different color film substrates, and brightness adjustment can be performed for different processes or different color film substrates, thereby improving accuracy of brightness adjustment and avoiding a problem of inaccurate brightness adjustment caused by subjective image observation by human eyes.
