Abstract

本发明公开了一种气体计量芯片及其的计量方法、气体计量计,气体计量芯片包括:模拟放大调理模块,用于接收和放大第一组电信号和第二组电信号,第一组电信号对应流速传感器采集的温度变化信号,第二组电信号对应热物性传感器采集的温度变化信号;A/D转换模块与模拟放大调理模块电连接,用于将第一组电信号转换为第一数字信号,将第二组电信号转换为第二数字信号;计量运算与控制模块与A/D转换模块电连接,用于根据第二数字信号修正第一数字信号形成温差函数,并根据温差函数与瞬时流速的对应关系表,获取被测气体的瞬时流速;三者集成形成系统级芯片,从而可提高计量精度,提高气体计量计产品的一致性。
