It should be noted that when an element is referred to as being "fixed" to another element in the description of the present application, it may be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
When the structural size of the vehicle body part outside the lamp body is too large, the external space of the lamp body is limited, and the next complete dimming mechanism is not enough to be arranged, in order to ensure the assembling performance and the vibration performance of the lamp body 20 on the vehicle body, the dimming requirement of the lamp body is realized by adopting a mode that a plurality of parts are spliced into the lamp dimming mechanism 10. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the light adjusting rod 100 is used to connect the fastening member 400, the bracket 300, the light adjusting member 200 and the lamp body 20, so that the lamp body 20 including the heat sink can rotate in the horizontal/vertical direction around the rotation center to adjust the light inside the lamp, and finally the fastening member 400 is locked to the bracket 300 and the light adjusting member 200 to meet the vibration requirement.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present application, a lamp dimming mechanism 10 includes a dimming rod 100, a dimming member 200, a bracket 300, and a fastening member 400. The dimming rod 100 has a dimming first end 110 for connecting to the lamp body 20, and a bracket 300 for connecting to a vehicle body (not shown). The dimming member 200, the bracket 300, and the fastening member 400 are sequentially sleeved on the dimming rod 100 in a direction away from the lamp body 20. A moving gap (not shown) is formed between the holder 300 and the light-adjusting rod 100, and the holder 300 is ball-jointed to the light-adjusting member 200. The holder 300 is in spherical contact with the light adjusting member 200, and when the holder 300 and the light adjusting member 200 relatively rotate along the contact surface, the light adjusting rod 100 rotates and moves relative to the holder 300 within the range of the movable gap along its axis, thereby adjusting the relative positions of the lamp body 20 connected to the light adjusting first end 110 and the vehicle body connected to the holder 300. Specifically, when the position of the vehicle body is fixed, the lamp dimming mechanism 10 may adjust the inclination angle of the lamp body 20, or may adjust the position of the lamp body 20, so that the light type of the lamp body 20 is a preset light type. The fastening member 400 is engaged with the dimming second end 120 of the dimming rod 100 to press the bracket 300 against the dimming member 200 after the adjustment of the lamp body 20 is completed, thereby restricting the relative movement of the bracket 300 and the dimming member 200. That is, the lamp dimming mechanism 10 is locked by the fastening member 400 to satisfy complex working conditions such as vibration with external loads, thereby improving the stability of the lamp dimming mechanism 10 in the use process and expanding the use range of the lamp dimming mechanism 10. Wherein the light adjusting rod 100 may be a mounting screw.
It can be understood that the light type refers to the angle and shape of the light of the automobile lamp, and can be characterized as the illumination position of the light of the automobile lamp projected on a certain vertical plane. Specifically, the light pattern may be an illumination position projected onto a certain vertical plane after the first lamp unit structure is matched with the second lamp unit structure. When the car is leaned on the right side to go, in order to avoid the car lamps and lanterns to shine the sight and the safety that influence the opposite car that comes, the light type sign is that left side light and shade cut-off is lower, and right side light and shade cut-off is higher, can not influence like this and come the car to the opposite direction, can clearly see pedestrian and the car on the right side road again. Conversely, when the vehicle is traveling to the left, the light pattern is characterized by a lower right cutoff and a higher left cutoff. The light pattern is typically adjusted by adjusting the tilt angle of the lamp unit structure.
Preferably, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the lamp body 20 includes a heat sink 21, a reflecting mirror 22, a circuit board 23, and a mounting screw 24 connected to each other, wherein the light adjusting rod 100 is mounted on the heat sink 21.
The lamp dimming mechanism 10 ensures the dimming performance, the assembling performance and the vibration resistance of the lamp body 20 by adopting the multi-angle internal dimming structure formed by splicing the multiple parts such as the dimming rod 100, the dimming member 200, the bracket 300, the fastening member 400 and the like. Meanwhile, the size of the components is small, the distribution is compact, and the occupied space is small, so that the multi-angle internal dimming structure formed by the multiple parts is particularly suitable for the working condition that the space is too small and is not enough to distribute the next complete dimming structure, the application range of the lamp dimming mechanism 10 is expanded, and the overall structure is optimized. Finally, since the relative position between the dimming member 200 and the support 300 in the lamp dimming mechanism 10 is continuously adjusted, the light pattern can be continuously adjusted, and the accuracy of the light pattern is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, as can be seen from fig. 4 and 5, the clearance gap is an annular gap between cones with the vertex pointing to the lamp body 20. The light-adjusting rod 100 can rotate freely in three-dimensional space around the cone top of the annular gap between the cones. I.e., the center of rotation 140 of the light adjusting rod 100 is the apex of the annular gap between the cones.
Preferably, in some embodiments of the present application, the apex of the inter-cone annular gap is located on the axis of light adjuster rod 100. I.e., the center of rotation 140 of the light dimming rod 100 is located on the axis of the light dimming rod 100.
In the lamp dimming mechanism 10, the movable gap is an annular gap between cones, so that the limit rotation position of the dimming rod 100 is limited conveniently, the lamp body 20 is prevented from sliding off the support 300 in the dimming process, and the overall stability of the lamp dimming mechanism 10 is improved. Further, when the vertex of the annular gap between the cones is located on the axis of the light adjusting rod 100, the light adjusting rod 100 is conveniently controlled to rotate in all directions, and the light adjusting difficulty of the lamp body 20 is reduced.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, as can be seen from fig. 6 and 7, the dimming member 200 has a dimming convex surface 210 facing the bracket, and the bracket 300 has a dimming concave surface 310 adapted to the dimming convex surface 210, and the dimming convex surface 210 abuts against the dimming concave surface 310.
In order to extend the dimming range of the lamp body 20 and improve the dimming accuracy of the lamp body 20, in some embodiments of the present application, as can be seen from fig. 5, 6 and 7, the dimming convex surface 210 and the dimming concave surface 310 are disposed around the dimming rod 100, so that the lamp body 20 can be adjusted in all directions to be in spherical contact.
It is understood that in some other embodiments of the present application, the dimming member 200 has a dimming concave surface (not shown) opened toward the bracket, the bracket 300 has a dimming convex surface (not shown) adapted to the dimming concave surface, and the dimming concave surface abuts against the dimming convex surface to realize the ball-end connection of the dimming member 200 and the bracket 300.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the fastening first end 410 of the fastening member 400 is threadedly coupled with the dimming second end 120 of the dimming rod 100, and the fastening second end 420 of the fastening member 400 is ball-coupled with the bracket 300.
In the above-mentioned lamp dimming mechanism 10, the fastening member 400 is connected with the ball of the bracket 300, so that the fastening member 400 is adapted to the dimming rod 100 at each rotation angle, and meanwhile, the surface contact between the fastening member 400 and the bracket 300 is ensured, and the stability of the whole structure is improved.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the fastening first end 410 includes a fastening internal thread, the dimming second end 120 includes a dimming external thread adapted to the fastening internal thread, and the fastening member 400 adjusts the relative position between the fastening second end 420 and the bracket 300 by adjusting the threaded connection position between the fastening internal thread and the dimming external thread, so that after the dimming member 200 drives the lamp body 20 to complete dimming, the bracket 300 is abutted against the dimming member 200, thereby limiting the relative movement between the dimming member 200 and the bracket 300 after dimming is completed.
In order to reduce the difficulty of installing the lamp dimming mechanism 10 on the lamp body 20, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the lamp dimming mechanism 10 further includes a mounting member 500 disposed on the lamp body 20, and the mounting member 500 is geared or screwed with the dimming rod 100.
