When the substrate 511 moves in the horizontal direction, the second base cylinder 72 slides in the horizontal direction on the wall of the driving chamber 22, and the first telescopic cylinder 73 slides in the horizontal direction in the first base cylinder 71; when the substrate 511 moves in the vertical direction, the first base cylinder 71 moves in the vertical direction on the wall of the drive chamber 22, and the second telescopic cylinder 74 slides in the vertical direction inside the second base cylinder 72.
As shown in fig. 6, the first limiting member 9 includes a sliding seat 91, a first base block 92, a first positioning spring 93, a first electromagnet 94, a first magnetic block 95 and a first limiting abutting block 96, the sliding seat 91 is slidably disposed on a side wall of the toothed plate seat 52 facing the base plate 511, the sliding seat 91 slides in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the feeding rod 54, a guiding telescopic rod 911 is connected between the sliding seat 91 and the driving plate 51, and the guiding telescopic rod 911 extends and retracts in the length direction of the feeding rod 54.
