Abstract

本发明公开了一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,涉及配电网技术领域,包括检测仪本体,且检测仪本体的两侧均设置有支板,两个支板靠近其顶端和底端的相对侧之间均固定有安装板,且检测仪本体安装在两个安装板之间;还包括:悬空缓冲装置,两个安装板的相对侧之间均设置有悬空缓冲装置,且检测仪本体安装在两个悬空缓冲装置之间;本发明悬空缓冲装置能够对检测仪本体进行悬空减震,防止外力撞坏检测仪本体,然后,遮雨棚使检测仪本体能够防水,最后,支板和移动轮的设置,使得检测仪本体便于移动,减轻工作人员的劳动力,最后,滑块和滑槽的配合,可以使得检测仪本体在承载板上便于拆卸,使得检测仪本体使用更加灵活。

本发明涉及配电网技术领域,具体为一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置。
背景技术
现有技术中如中国专利CN201620041317.4就公开了一种新型线损监测装置,包括监测仪主体、第一安装孔、第二安装孔、第一监测管道、第二监测管道、拨动开关、探测器、扬声器、显示屏、工作指示灯、功能选择按钮、确定按钮和电缆线接入孔,所述监测仪主体右侧通过第一安装孔和第二安装孔分别固定安装有第一监测管道以及第二监测管道,所述监测仪主体上侧安装有探测器,所述扬声器下侧安装有显示屏,所述显示屏下侧设置有工作指示灯,所述功能选择按钮中间设置有确定按钮,所述监测仪主体前侧底部设置有电缆线接入孔。
但是,检测仪本体在实际使用时,是在户外进行操作的,这样,由于户外环境的复杂性,就可能导致检测仪本体发生碰撞,极易造成检测仪本体损坏,为此,需要进行改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,解决了背景技术中提到的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,包括检测仪本体,且检测仪本体的两侧均设置有支板,两个支板靠近其顶端和底端的相对侧之间均固定有安装板,且检测仪本体安装在两个安装板之间;
还包括:
悬空缓冲装置,两个安装板的相对侧之间均设置有悬空缓冲装置,且检测仪本体安装在两个悬空缓冲装置之间。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,两个支板的顶端之间固定有遮雨棚。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,所述支板的底端固定有底板,且底板靠近其前后端的底部均安装有移动轮。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,所述悬空减震机构包括两个左右固定在安装板上的弹簧,且弹簧的自由端固定有承载板,所述检测仪本体安装在两个承载板之间。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,所述安装板靠近其两侧的顶部均固定有位于弹簧内的导向杆,且承载板靠近其两侧的顶部均上下贯穿开设有供导向杆穿过的穿孔。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,所述导向杆顶端穿出承载板的外表面上设置有限位块。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,所述导向杆的外表面设置有外螺纹,且限位块为螺母。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,所述穿孔为弧形的腰孔设置。
如上述的配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其中,优选的是,所述承载板靠近其两侧的前端均向后延伸开设有滑槽,且检测仪本体靠近其两侧的底端均固定有可滑动安装在滑槽内的滑块,所述滑块和滑槽的横截面均呈T 型设置,且滑槽靠近其前端的顶部竖直固定有螺栓。
本发明与现有技术相比具备以下有益效果:悬空缓冲装置能够对检测仪本体进行悬空减震,防止外力撞坏检测仪本体,然后,遮雨棚使检测仪本体能够防水,最后,支板和移动轮的设置,使得检测仪本体便于移动,减轻工作人员的劳动力,最后,滑块和滑槽的配合,可以使得检测仪本体在承载板上便于拆卸,使得检测仪本体使用更加灵活。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,包括检测仪本体1(检测仪本体1为现有技术,已经在中国专利 CN201620041317.4中详细解释,故在本发明中不做过多解释),且检测仪本体1的两侧均设置有支板2,两个支板2靠近其顶端和底端的相对侧之间均固定有安装板3,且检测仪本体1安装在两个安装板3之间;
还包括:
悬空缓冲装置,两个安装板3的相对侧之间均设置有悬空缓冲装置,且检测仪本体1安装在两个悬空缓冲装置之间。
两个支板2的顶端之间固定有遮雨棚21,使检测仪本体1能够防水。
支板2的底端固定有底板22,且底板22靠近其前后端的底部均安装有移动轮23。
悬空减震机构包括两个左右固定在安装板3上的弹簧31,且弹簧31的自由端固定有承载板32,检测仪本体1安装在两个承载板32之间。
安装板3靠近其两侧的顶部均固定有位于弹簧31内的导向杆33,且承载板 32靠近其两侧的顶部均上下贯穿开设有供导向杆33穿过的穿孔34。
导向杆33顶端穿出承载板32的外表面上设置有限位块35。
导向杆33的外表面设置有外螺纹,且限位块35为螺母,可以通过转动限位块35,改变其在导向杆33上的位置,实现弹簧31压紧程度的改变,最终能够实现减震力度的调节。
穿孔34为弧形的腰孔设置,可以使得检测仪本体1受到撞击时,能够进行一定的转动,实现对撞击力的分解,使得减震效果更好。
承载板32靠近其两侧的前端均向后延伸开设有滑槽36,且检测仪本体1靠近其两侧的底端均固定有可滑动安装在滑槽36内的滑块37,滑块37和滑槽36 的横截面均呈T型设置,且滑槽36靠近其前端的顶部竖直固定有螺栓38。
工作原理:安装时,将限位块从导向杆上拧下,先将弹簧套在导向杆上,然后,再将承载板通过其上的穿孔安装在导向杆上,再将限位块拧在导向上,实现承载板的安装,再将检测仪本体通过其上的滑块滑动安装在承载板上的滑槽内,再将螺栓拧在滑槽的前端,实现对检测仪本体的阻挡,防止检测仪本体从承载板上滑落,最终实现对检测仪本体的安装,当检测仪本体受到撞击时,穿孔可以使得进行一定的转动,配合弹簧,实现对撞击力的分解,再通过导杆与穿孔的导向,可以有效的对检测仪本体进行减震保护,当检测仪本体需要移动时,直接推动支板即可。

1.一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:包括检测仪本体(1),且检测仪本体(1)的两侧均设置有支板(2),两个支板(2)靠近其顶端和底端的相对侧之间均固定有安装板(3),且检测仪本体(1)安装在两个安装板(3)之间;
还包括:
悬空缓冲装置,两个安装板(3)的相对侧之间均设置有悬空缓冲装置,且检测仪本体(1)安装在两个悬空缓冲装置之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:两个支板(2)的顶端之间固定有遮雨棚(21)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:所述支板(2)的底端固定有底板(22),且底板(22)靠近其前后端的底部均安装有移动轮(23)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:所述悬空减震机构包括两个左右固定在安装板(3)上的弹簧(31),且弹簧(31)的自由端固定有承载板(32),所述检测仪本体(1)安装在两个承载板(32)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:所述安装板(3)靠近其两侧的顶部均固定有位于弹簧(31)内的导向杆(33),且承载板(32)靠近其两侧的顶部均上下贯穿开设有供导向杆(33)穿过的穿孔(34)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:所述导向杆(33)顶端穿出承载板(32)的外表面上设置有限位块(35)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:所述导向杆(33)的外表面设置有外螺纹,且限位块(35)为螺母。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:所述穿孔(34)为弧形的腰孔设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种配电网分线线损异常多通信实时监测装置,其特征在于:所述承载板(32)靠近其两侧的前端均向后延伸开设有滑槽(36),且检测仪本体(1)靠近其两侧的底端均固定有可滑动安装在滑槽(36)内的滑块(37),所述滑块(37)和滑槽(36)的横截面均呈T型设置,且滑槽(36)靠近其前端的顶部竖直固定有螺栓(38)。
