Abstract

There is provided a bell drum assembly with a planet frame, comprising: the inner peripheral wall of the first end of the bell-shaped drum is provided with an annular boss; and the integrally formed planet frame is sleeved in the bell-shaped drum, and the first end of the planet frame is provided with an annular connecting part which is connected with the annular boss through a connecting piece. The bell drum assembly can boost torque without changing the size of the planet frame.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to a bell-shaped drum assembly with a planet frame and a planet wheel mounting method.
Background
Currently, in the design of hub reduction gears of two-stage reduction gears for commercial vehicles, a bell-shaped drum assembly with a planetary frame is generally in a split structure for facilitating the installation of planetary gears, and in particular, referring to fig. 4, the planetary frame is in a split structure, a part of the frame structure 3 is located on the bell-shaped drum and is integrally formed with the bell-shaped drum, another part of the frame structure 4 is formed into a frame with one end open, the planetary gears can be directly loaded into the other part of the frame structure 4 from the opening, and then the frame structure 3 and the bell-shaped drum are connected to a connecting post of the other part of the frame structure 4 with the planetary gears by bolts.
However, with the increasing demand for the load of the vehicle, on the one hand, the space for accommodating the planetary gear of the other part of the frame structure 4 is limited by the space occupied by the bolts and the connecting posts, and it is difficult to accommodate the planetary gear with large torque and to increase the number of the planetary gear. On the other hand, if the overall size of the entire planetary frame and bell drum is increased, it is necessary to redesign or adjust the size of other associated components, so that the production cost and the design cost are greatly increased. Therefore, how to achieve torque boost while keeping the size of the planet carrier unchanged is an unsolved problem in the industry.
In addition, in the existing hub reduction gear, the anti-rotation of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket is realized only through the clamping of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket, and the strength and the stability are required to be further improved; the rolling needle is easy to shift and drop in the installation process of the planet wheel pin shaft, the gear and the rolling needle, the installation difficulty is high, and the efficiency is low; the strength of the planet carrier also needs to be further improved.
Accordingly, there is a need for a bell drum assembly with a planet carrier and a method of installing a planet to address one or more of the above-identified problems.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve at least one of the above problems, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bell-shaped drum assembly with a planetary frame, characterized by comprising:
the inner peripheral wall of the first end of the bell-shaped drum is provided with an annular boss; and
the planet frame is sleeved in the bell-shaped drum, the first end of the planet frame is provided with an annular connecting part, and the annular connecting part is connected with the annular boss through a connecting piece;
wherein, the planet frame includes:
the first body is provided with a circular structure and is provided with a first through hole for penetrating the sun gear shaft and a plurality of second through holes for penetrating the planet gear shafts, and the annular connecting part is arranged on the first body;
the second body is provided with a circular structure and is provided with a third through hole for penetrating the sun gear shaft and a plurality of fourth through holes for penetrating the planet gear shaft;
the upright posts are arranged at intervals along the periphery of the second body and connected between the first body and the second body;
the upper surface of the second body is provided with a plurality of first hollow bosses for accommodating the planetary wheel shafts and second hollow bosses for accommodating the sun wheel shafts, each of the two sides of the first hollow bosses is provided with a first reinforcing rib, and the first reinforcing ribs are connected to adjacent upright posts.
According to yet another aspect of the invention, the annular connecting portion has an outer peripheral diameter equal to an outer peripheral diameter of the first end of the bell drum.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the annular connecting portion is connected to and protrudes upward from an end face of the first body and extends outward.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, an installation hole for the high torque planetary gear is formed between the first body, the second body and the adjacent two columns.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the first reinforcing bead is used for blocking an anti-rotation lug structure of a planetary gear wear pad disposed on the first hollow boss.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the lower surface of the first body is provided with a plurality of first hollow bosses accommodating the planetary wheel shafts and second hollow bosses accommodating the sun wheel shafts, each of the first hollow bosses is provided with first reinforcing ribs on both sides, and the first reinforcing ribs are connected to adjacent upright posts.
According to a further aspect of the present invention there is also provided a method of installing high torque planets in a bell drum assembly as hereinbefore described, characterised by the steps of:
the needle roller of the planet wheel is brought into the gear of the planet wheel by a short shaft and the short shaft is kept in the gear to form a combined component;
loading the composite member into a planetary frame from loading holes formed between the first body, the second body and two adjacent columns;
the planetary pin shaft is arranged in the second through hole, the gear and the fourth through hole in a penetrating mode, and the short shaft is ejected out;
the annular connecting part of the planet frame is connected with the annular boss of the bell-shaped drum through the connecting piece.
According to a further aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a method of boosting torque of a hub reduction gear, characterised by comprising the steps of:
providing the foregoing bell drum assembly;
increasing the size or number of the planetary gears and the sizes of loading holes formed between the first body, the second body and two adjacent stand columns;
the planetary gears are installed by adopting the method, and the torque of the hub reduction gear is improved under the condition of not changing the size of the planetary frame.
The invention can obtain one or more of the following technical effects:
1. under the condition of not changing the size of the planet frame, the torque is improved, the production cost and the design cost are reduced, and the planetary frame can be directly applied to the existing vehicle;
2. the design of the first hollow boss, the second hollow boss and the first reinforcing ribs enables the overall structure of the planet frame to be reinforced, the first hollow boss plays a role in structural reinforcement, meanwhile, the limitation of generation of the planet gear is eliminated, and space is provided for designing a reinforcing structure on the periphery of the bottom of the planet frame;
3. the first reinforcing convex rib is used as an anti-rotation structure of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket while reinforcing the structure, so that the anti-rotation of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket is realized through the clamping of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket and the anti-rotation lug structure of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket, the strength and the stability are further improved, and meanwhile, the anti-rotation lug structure of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket can be realized only and is not dependent on the sun wheel wear-resistant gasket any more, so that the flexibility of structural design is improved;
4. when the planet wheel is installed, the needle roller can be firstly installed into the gear through a short shaft, then the needle roller is integrally placed into the planet frame, and then the pin shaft of the planet wheel is used for ejecting the short shaft, so that quick installation is realized;
5. the integral planetary frame design can bear large torque, the space can be utilized to the greatest extent by the gear through structural arrangement, the torque bearing capacity of the gear and the whole system is increased, and meanwhile, the assembly manufacturability of the integral frame structure speed reducer is improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in its best mode by the following preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the detailed description herein is to be construed as limiting the invention, since various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Example 1
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, there is provided a bell-shaped drum assembly with a planetary frame, characterized by comprising:
the bell-shaped drum 1, the inner peripheral wall of the first end (left end in fig. 1) is provided with an annular boss 11; and
an integrally formed planetary frame 2 fitted in the bell-shaped drum 1 and provided at a first end (left end in fig. 1) with an annular connecting portion 211, the annular connecting portion 211 being connected to the annular boss 11 by a connecting member;
wherein the planetary frame 2 comprises:
the first body 21 has a circular structure and is provided with a first through hole 213 for penetrating the sun gear shaft and a plurality of second through holes 212 for penetrating the planet gear shaft, and the annular connecting part 211 is arranged on the first body 21;
the second body 22 has a circular structure and is provided with a third through hole for penetrating the sun gear shaft and a plurality of fourth through holes for penetrating the planet gear shaft;
a plurality of stand columns 23 disposed at intervals along the outer circumference of the second body 22 and connected between the first body 21 and the second body 22;
the upper surface of the second body 22 is provided with a plurality of first hollow bosses 221 for accommodating the planetary gear shafts and second hollow bosses 222 for accommodating the sun gear shafts, and each of the first hollow bosses 221 is provided with a first reinforcing rib 223 on both sides, and the first reinforcing ribs 223 are connected to adjacent upright posts 23.
Advantageously, through integrated into one piece's planet frame, can save current bolt and spliced pole's structure, set up a plurality of stands in the periphery of second body simultaneously, can reduce the space that the stand occupies like this, and kept the joint strength of stand and first body and second body.
Preferably, the outer periphery of the second body is provided with an upwardly extending stiffening structure.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the annular connecting portion 211 is connected to and protrudes upward from an end surface of the first body 21 and extends outward. Advantageously, the plane of the annular connection is contiguous with the end face, rather than lying in the same plane.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, an insertion hole for the high torque planetary gear is formed between the first body 21, the second body 22 and the adjacent two columns 23. Advantageously, since the plurality of stand columns are provided at the outer periphery of the second body and are integrally formed, a large-sized loading hole from which the planetary gears are easily mounted can be realized. Or, can also increase the setting quantity of planet wheel when reducing the stand occupation space, further promote the moment of torsion.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, see fig. 3, said first stiffening bead 223 is adapted to block the anti-rotation lug-shaped structure 92 of the planetary wear pad 9 arranged on the first hollow boss. The planetary wheel shaft 7 is sleeved in the central hole of the planetary gear wear-resistant gasket 9. Preferably, the wear-resistant gasket is arranged on the end face of the gear, and is used for preventing or resisting the abrasion of the gear to the planet frame.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lower surface of the first body is provided with a plurality of first hollow bosses accommodating the planetary wheel shafts and second hollow bosses accommodating the sun wheel shafts, and each of the first hollow bosses is provided with first reinforcing ribs on both sides, and the first reinforcing ribs are connected to adjacent upright posts. Advantageously, the first reinforcing rib serves as an anti-rotation structure of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket while being of a reinforcing structure, so that the dual effect is achieved, the anti-rotation of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket is achieved through the clamping of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket and the anti-rotation lug structure of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket, the strength and the stability are further improved, meanwhile, the anti-rotation lug structure of the planet wheel wear-resistant gasket can be achieved only and is not dependent on the sun wheel wear-resistant gasket any more, and the flexibility of structural design is improved.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention there is also provided a method of installing high torque planets in a bell drum assembly as hereinbefore described, characterised by the steps of:
the needle roller of the planet wheel is brought into the gear of the planet wheel by a short shaft and the short shaft is kept in the gear to form a combined component;
loading the composite member into a planetary frame from loading holes formed between the first body, the second body and two adjacent columns;
the planetary pin shaft is arranged in the second through hole, the gear and the fourth through hole in a penetrating mode, and the short shaft is ejected out;
the annular connecting part of the planet frame is connected with the annular boss of the bell-shaped drum through the connecting piece.
Preferably, the length of the stub shaft is smaller than the length of the central through hole of the planetary gear (the height of the planetary gear).
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a method of boosting torque of a hub reduction gear, characterized by comprising the steps of:
providing the foregoing bell drum assembly;
increasing the size or number of the planetary gears and the sizes of loading holes formed between the first body, the second body and two adjacent stand columns;
the planetary gears are installed by adopting the method, and the torque of the hub reduction gear is improved under the condition of not changing the size of the planetary frame.

loading the composite member into a planetary frame from loading holes formed between the first body, the second body and two adjacent columns;
the planetary pin shaft is arranged in the second through hole, the gear and the fourth through hole in a penetrating mode, and the short shaft is ejected out;
the annular connecting part of the planet frame is connected with the annular boss of the bell-shaped drum through the connecting piece.
