comparative example 2: the inner circle side and the outer circle side of the scraper ring are both semicircular, the radius of the semicircular is 0.5 times of that of the scraper ring of the traditional oil ring, the height of the traditional scraper ring is 0.4mm, the width of the traditional scraper ring is 1.8mm, the radius of the inner circle side arc is 0.2mm, and the radius of the outer circle side arc is 0.2 mm;

The blade ring of example 1 and the blade ring of comparative example 1 were placed on the same engine for a 500 hour bench test; the blade ring of example 2 and the blade ring of comparative example 2 were placed on the same engine for a 400 hour bench test; the blade ring of example 3 and the blade ring of comparative example 3 were subjected to a 500 hour bench test on the same engine, resulting in the following table 1:

Claims (6)

1. The asymmetric scraper ring and the three-combination piston oil ring are characterized by comprising a lining ring body (1), two groups of scraper ring base bodies (2), a piston (3) and a cylinder sleeve (4), wherein the two groups of scraper ring base bodies (2) are parallel to each other, four sections of circular arcs are arranged on the excircle side of the scraper ring base body (2), a first circular arc (5) is arranged from the vertex of the excircle surface of the scraper ring base body (2) to the upper side surface, a second circular arc (6) is arranged from the vertex of the excircle surface of the scraper ring base body (2) to the lower side surface, the first circular arc (5) and the second circular arc (6) are connected and cut at the vertex, a third circular arc (7) is arranged on the upper side surface of the scraper ring base body (2) and on one side of the first circular arc (5), a fourth circular arc (8) is arranged on the lower side surface of the scraper ring base body (2) and on one side of the second circular arc (6), an inner circular arc (9) extends from the annular inner side of the scraper ring base body (2), and a fifth circular arc (10) and a sixth circular arc (11) are respectively arranged on the third circular arc (7) and positioned on the upper surface and the lower surface of the scraper ring base body (2);
the arc radius of the first arc (5) is R1, the arc radius of the second arc (6) is R2, the arc radius of the third arc (7) is R3, the arc radius of the fourth arc (8) is R4, the distance from the vertex tangent to the first circular arc (5) and the second circular arc (6) to the lower side surface is h1, the height difference from the point of the distance h2 between the surface of the first arc (5) and the lower side surface of the scraper ring base body (2) to the tangent point between the first arc (5) and the second arc (6) is t1, the height difference from the point of the distance h3 between the surface of the second arc (6) and the lower side surface of the scraper ring base body (2) to the tangent point between the first arc (5) and the second arc (6) is t2, the radius of the inner circular arc (9) is R5, the radius of the fifth circular arc (10) is R6, and the radius of the sixth circular arc (11) is R7;
r1 is 1.4H-2.3H, R2 is 0-0.5H, R3 is 0.05-0.1 mm, R4 is 0.05-0.3 mm, H1 is 0.2H-0.35H, H2 is 0.65H-0.85H, H3 is 0.15H-0.3H, t1 is 10-35 μm, t2 is 0-8 μm, R5 is 0.3-0.4 mm, R6 is 0.05-0.15 mm, and R7 is 0.05-0.15 mm, wherein H is the height of the wiper ring, and the range of H is 0.3-0.6 mm.

step eight, carrying out corresponding surface treatment according to design, wherein the surface treatment is one or combination treatment of a nitride layer, a chromium coating, a ceramic composite coating and a diamond-like coating;
step nine, grinding the outer circular surface by a grinder to realize the roughness Ra0.3 mu m and Rz1.5 mu m below;
tenthly, phosphorizing or oxidizing the surface to form an antirust and anticorrosive protective film;
eleven, deburring the cut part and the opening part through polishing equipment;
and step twelve, utilizing a laser inspection instrument to identify the direction and marking a corresponding mark to form a final finished product.
