The silencing assembly comprises a first silencing plate 15 and a second silencing plate 16, wherein the first silencing plate 15 and the second silencing plate 16 are arranged on the right side inside the silencing box 1, the first silencing plate 15 is connected with one end side wall inside the silencing box 1, the second silencing plate 16 is connected with the other end side wall inside the silencing box 1, and the first silencing plate 15 and the second silencing plate 16 are arranged in a staggered mode.
The first sound-absorbing plate 15 and the second sound-absorbing plate 16 are respectively provided with a hole 17, the lower ends of the first sound-absorbing plate 15 and the second sound-absorbing plate 16 extend into the water guide groove 2, and the dredging rod 9 movably penetrates through the lower ends of the first sound-absorbing plate 15 and the second sound-absorbing plate 16. When the silencer is used, the first silencing plate 15 and the second silencing plate 16 which are staggered buffer the wind power impact of waste gas, the waste gas passing through is silenced through the holes 17, the resistance to the waste gas is limited, the silencer is mainly used for buffering and weakening, the exhaust backpressure is not high, the engine power is not lost, and due to the effect of the holes 17, although the lower ends of the first silencing plate 15 and the second silencing plate 16 extend into the water guide groove 2, the drainage of water flow is not blocked, and the silencer is used for keeping complete silencing.
The elastic assembly comprises a sleeve 18 and an inserting rod 19, the sleeve 18 is arranged on the left side of the partition plate 3, the inserting rod 19 is arranged on the right side of the buffer cover 4, the inserting rod 19 is inserted into the sleeve 18, an elastic sheet 20 is connected between the inserting rod 19 and the sleeve 18, and a rubber mat 21 is arranged on the inner side of the buffer cover 4. So that the buffer cover 4 has buffer potential energy when colliding with the air flow.
The soundproof mechanism includes soundproof room 24 and sound-proof baffle 25, soundproof room 24 is established in the both ends lateral wall of noise reduction box 1, sound-proof baffle 25 is established in soundproof room 24, every end be equipped with three groups in the soundproof room 24 sound-proof baffle 25, and sound-proof baffle 25 goes up the equidistance and is equipped with a plurality of sound-absorbing holes 26.
The sound absorption holes 26 of the two adjacent sound insulation baffles 25 are staggered, and two ends of the two adjacent sound insulation baffles 25 are connected with adhesive pads 27. Utilize three groups of sound-proof baffle 25 to give sound insulation, make through the connection of viscose pad 27 and form syllable-dividing interval between the adjacent sound-proof baffle 25, lead the separation through the sound hole 26 of inhaling that staggers each other to the noise, further improve syllable-dividing effect when not influencing exhaust back pressure.
A sealing cover 28 is arranged above the silencing box 1, and four corners of the sealing cover 28 are fixed with the silencing box 1 through bolts. The cover 28 can be opened to clean the interior of the sound box 1.
The automobile exhaust silencer without water accumulation and low noise enters air through the air inlet pipe 11, the air flow is buffered and shunted through collision between the buffer cover 4 and the air flow, and simultaneously the next part of water vapor is blocked and drops from the buffer cover 4 after being condensed into liquid drops, the liquid drops flow into the water chute 2 from the water leakage port 10 due to the inclination action of the bottom of the silencing box 1, other liquid drops condensed inside the silencing box 1 all flow into the water chute 2 due to the inclination drop of the bottom of the silencing box 1 and flow into the drain pipe 12 along the water chute 2 to be discharged without punching and draining, so that the automobile exhaust silencer is more reliable, waste gas is blocked and shunted by the buffer cover 4 and passes through the gas guide pipe 5, in the process, the waste gas presses the U-shaped plate 8 to drive the dredging rod 9 to move, the dredging rod 9 is inserted into the water chute 2 and the drain pipe 12 to dredge the drain passage and avoid blockage, and simultaneously, the waste gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe 14 after being silenced by the silencing component, and the water discharge pipe 12 are crossed to the delivery pipe 13, because the flow velocity of the air current, the air pressure in the delivery pipe 13 is reduced, the water drops in the water chute 2 and the water discharge pipe 12 are pressed into the delivery pipe 13, so as to facilitate water discharge, in addition, the invention is different from the silencing of a plurality of staggered pipelines in the prior art, but the invention divides the wind power through the buffer cover 4, buffers the wind power impact through the first silencing plate 15 and the second silencing plate 16 which are staggered, silences the passing waste gas through the hole 17, has limited resistance to the waste gas, is mainly used for buffering weakening, does not cause the high exhaust back pressure and the loss of the engine power, correspondingly, the invention utilizes the silencing cotton 23 to assist the sound insulation from the side wall through the effect of the sound insulation mechanism, further improves the sound insulation effect without influencing the exhaust back pressure, or utilizes the three groups of sound insulation baffles 25 to insulate sound, and forms the sound insulation interval between the adjacent sound insulation baffles 25 through the connection of the sticky pads 27, the noise is guided and blocked by the sound-absorbing holes 26 which are staggered from each other, and the sound-insulating effect is further improved without affecting the exhaust back pressure.
