The controller sends a signal to the third rotation driver 34, the third rotation driver 34 receives the signal and then controls the second rotation rod 32 to rotate around the axis of the second rotation rod 32, and the rotation of the second rotation rod 32 further drives the turnover plate 33 to rotate.
The two groups of air suction stabilizing devices 11 are arranged, the air suction stabilizing devices 11 are symmetrically arranged at the output end of the second rotary driving device 10 through the central line of the second rotary driving device 10, the two groups of air suction stabilizing devices 11 respectively comprise air suction pipes 35, the number of the air suction pipes 35 is twice that of the turnover plates 33, and the air suction pipes 35 are arranged at two ends of each turnover plate 33 in pairs; the number of the suckers 36 is the same as that of the suction pipes, and the suckers 36 are correspondingly arranged at one end of the air suction pipe 35 close to the frame 1; a second shaft seat 37, wherein the second shaft seat 37 is provided with a pair of turning plates 33 which are arranged at the top of the two farthest turning plates; the air pipes 38 are horizontal, two ends of each air pipe 38 are connected with the tops of the two second shaft seats 37, round openings 40 with the same diameter and the same number of the air suction pipes 35 are formed in one end of each air pipe 38, and the round openings 40 of the air pipes 38 are connected with the air suction pipes 35 one by one; and a vacuum pump 39, wherein one end of the vacuum pump 39 is connected with the end part of the air conveying pipe 38.
Step one, after the wallboard is used for a long time, stains are easily formed on the surface of one side, away from a building, of the wallboard 2 after being blown by wind and sunburned, and the cleaning is needed. The third rotation driver 34 is electrically connected to the controller, the third rotation driver 34 is a second gear transmission chain driven by a motor, an output end of the gear transmission chain is sleeved on the second rotation rod 32, so as to drive the second rotation rod 32 to rotate around itself, and the motor of the third rotation driver 34 is fixed inside the frame 1. The controller sends a signal to the third rotary driver 34, and the third rotary driver 34 receives the signal and controls the second rotary rod 32 to rotate around the axis of the third rotary driver, and meanwhile, the air suction device stops sucking air, and the second rotary rod 32 rotates to drive the turnover plate 33 to rotate.
And step two, the first rotation driving device 15 is electrically connected with the controller. The first rotation driving device 15 is a first gear transmission chain driven by a motor, an output end of the gear transmission chain is sleeved on the main shaft 14 so as to drive the main shaft 14 to rotate around itself, and the motor of the first rotation driving device 15 is fixed on the inner side of the frame 1. The mounting blocks 13 are provided in a number corresponding to the number of the wall boards 2. The controller sends a signal to the first rotary drive 15, which first rotary drive 15 receives and controls the rotation of the spindle 14 about its own axis. The main shaft 14 rotates to simultaneously rotate all the mounting blocks 13 around the axis of the main shaft 14. The mounting block 13 rotates the wall panel 2 together to turn the wall panel 2.
And step three, when the wall plate 2 is rotated, the controller sends a signal to the second linear displacement device 7, and the second linear displacement device 7 drives the rotary clamping device 8 to be close to the current inner side of the wall plate 2 after receiving the signal. The controller also sends a signal to the rotating clamping device 8, and the working end of the rotating clamping device 8 rotates to the rear side of the wall plate 2 after receiving the signal, and then abuts against the current inner side surface of the wall plate 2 under the driving of the second linear displacement device 7, so that the rotating clamping device cannot rotate freely.
Step four, after the wallboard 2 needs to be cleaned and turned over, the controller sends a signal to the first linear displacement device 16, the controller sends a signal to the first linear driver 23, the first linear driver 23 receives the signal and then controls the screw rod 20 to rotate around the axis of the screw rod 20, the screw rod 20 rotates and simultaneously drives the sliding block 22 sleeved on the screw rod 20 and the guide rod 21 to move transversely, the first linear displacement device 16 receives the signal and then drives the feeding device 17 to move transversely towards the wallboard 2, meanwhile, the second linear driver 25 on the feeding device 17 is a double-shaft air cylinder, the output end of the double-shaft air cylinder is connected with one end of the push plate 26, so that the push plate 26 is pushed to move towards the wallboard 2, and the feeding device 17 drives the brush head 18 to move to the surface of the wallboard 2 to clean the wallboard 2 while moving.

Claims (7)
1. A building curtain wall convenient for cleaning the outer wall is characterized by comprising a frame (1), a wallboard (2), a turnover device (4) and a cleaning device (5);
the building comprises a frame (1), wherein the frame (1) is vertically arranged at the periphery of a building, and a plurality of windows (3) are formed in the surface of the frame (1);
the wall plates (2) are rotatably arranged on the windows (3) of the frame (1);
the output end of the turnover device (4) is connected with the wallboard (2), and the turnover device (4) is used for rotating the wallboard (2);
the cleaning device (5) is arranged on one side, close to the building, of the frame (1), the working end of the cleaning device (5) faces the direction of the wallboard (2), and the cleaning device (5) is used for cleaning the outer wall of the wallboard (2);
the wall plate fixing device is characterized by further comprising a fixing device (9), wherein the fixing device (9) is arranged at a position, close to the window (3), on the inner side of the frame (1), the fixing device (9) is located between the paired locking devices (6), the fixing device (9) is used for providing stability for the wall plate (2) when the wall plate (2) does not rotate, the wall plate (2) is prevented from rotating due to the external environment, and the fixing device (9) comprises a second rotation driving device (10) and an air suction fixing device (11); the air suction stabilizing device (11) is arranged at the working end of the second rotary driving device (10), the air suction stabilizing device (11) is abutted against the inner side surface of the wallboard (2) in a working state so as to enable the wallboard to be incapable of freely rotating, and the second rotary driving device (10) is used for enabling the air suction stabilizing device (11) to suck and paste the inner side of the wallboard (2) so as to ensure that the wallboard (2) is kept stable in a non-rotating state;
the two groups of second rotary driving devices (10) are symmetrically arranged through the center line of the window (3), each group of second rotary driving devices (10) comprises a fixed block (31), and the two fixed blocks (31) are arranged at two ends of the frame (1);
the second rotating rod (32), the second rotating rod (32) is horizontal and two ends of the second rotating rod are sleeved on the tops of the two fixing blocks (31);
the number of the turnover plates (33) is in one-to-one correspondence with the number of the wall plates (2), and one end of each turnover plate (33) is sleeved on the second rotating rod (32);
a third rotary driver (34), the output end of the second rotary driver (30) is connected with the end of the second rotary rod (32), and the third rotary driver (34) is used for controlling the second rotary rod (32) to rotate around the axis of the third rotary driver;
the two groups of air suction stabilizing devices (11) are arranged, the air suction stabilizing devices (11) are symmetrically arranged at the output end of the second rotary driving device (10) through the central line of the second rotary driving device (10), the two groups of air suction stabilizing devices (11) comprise air suction pipes (35), the number of the air suction pipes (35) is twice that of the turnover plates (33), and the air suction pipes (35) are arranged at two ends of each turnover plate (33) in a pairwise mode;
the number of the suckers (36) is the same as that of the suction pipes, and the suckers (36) are correspondingly arranged at one end, close to the frame (1), of the suction pipe (35);
the second shaft seat (37), the second shaft seat (37) is provided with a pair of turning plates (33) which are arranged at the top of the two turning plates with the farthest distance;
the air delivery pipes (38) are horizontal, two ends of each air delivery pipe (38) are connected with the tops of the two second shaft seats (37), round openings (40) with the same diameter and the same number of the air suction pipes (35) are formed in one end of each air delivery pipe (38), and the round openings (40) of the air delivery pipes (38) are connected with the air suction pipes (35) one by one;
and one end of the vacuum pump (39) is connected with the end part of the air conveying pipe (38).

The building curtain wall convenient for cleaning the outer wall of the building curtain wall as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a locking device (6), wherein the locking device (6) is arranged at the inner side of the frame (1) and close to the window (3), the locking device (6) is used for preventing the wall board (2) from rotating by itself, and the locking device (6) comprises a second linear displacement device (7) and a rotating clamping device (8); rotatory chucking device (8) are installed on the work end of second linear displacement device (7), thereby butt makes it unable free rotation in the inboard of wallboard (2) under rotatory chucking device (8) operating condition, thereby second linear displacement device (7) are used for adjusting the distance of rotatory chucking device (8) in wallboard (2) and guarantee both mutual butts.
3. The building curtain wall convenient for cleaning the outer wall as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pair of supporting blocks (12), wherein the supporting blocks (12) are respectively arranged at two sides of the frame (1);
the mounting block (13), the mounting block (13) is mounted on the inner side of the wallboard (2), and the mounting block (13) is used for driving the wallboard (2) to turn over;
the axis of the main shaft (14) is horizontally arranged along the length direction of the frame (1), two ends of the main shaft (14) are respectively and rotatably connected with the pair of supporting blocks (12), the main shaft (14) penetrates through the mounting block (13) and is mutually fixed with the mounting block (13), and the main shaft (14) is used for controlling the mounting block (13) to overturn around the axis of the main shaft (14);
the output end of the first rotary driving device (15) is fixedly connected with the end part of the main shaft (14), and the first rotary driving device (15) is used for controlling the main shaft (14) to rotate around the axis of the main shaft (14).

The building curtain wall convenient for cleaning the outer wall of claim 1, wherein the cleaning device (5) comprises a first linear displacement device (16), a feeding device (17) and a brush head (18), the feeding device (17) is installed at a working end of the first linear displacement device (16), the brush head (18) is vertically arranged at one end, close to the wall board (2), of the feeding device (17), the feeding device (17) drives the brush head (18) to be attached to the current inner side of the wall board (2) in a working state so as to clean the surface of the wall board (2), and the first linear displacement device (16) is used for driving the feeding device (17) and the brush head (18) installed on the feeding device (17) to transversely move on the surface of the wall board.
