s3, uniformly coating the waterproof slurry on one side of the suede base layer, and drying and shaping the coated suede base layer by a drying and shaping machine to prepare a waterproof suede composite layered material;
s4, uniformly coating the PVC slurry on the other side of the suede nap base layer, and drying and shaping the coated suede nap base layer by a drying and shaping machine to prepare a waterproof/PVC suede composite layered material;
s5, placing the waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material in a foaming furnace, foaming, and embossing to obtain a foamed waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material;
and S6, cooling the foamed waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material to room temperature by using an air cooler, and then trimming, cutting and sanding to obtain the adhesive-free waterproof/PVC chamois flannel.
In steps S3 and S4, the baking operation is to bake for 90-150S at 150-160 ℃.
In steps S3 and S4, the waterproof slurry coated on one side of the suede base layer and the PVC slurry on the other side both penetrate into the suede base layer, so that the suede base layer, the waterproof coating and the PVC coating are compounded into a whole.
In step S5, the temperature in the foaming furnace is 160-215 ℃.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a technical solution: an adhesive-free PVC suede comprises a suede base layer 1, a waterproof coating layer 2 and a PVC coating layer 3, wherein the waterproof coating layer 2 is fixedly arranged on one side of the suede base layer 1, and the PVC coating layer 3 is fixedly arranged on one side, far away from the waterproof coating layer 2, of the suede base layer 1;
the waterproof coating 2 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of waterproof resin, 38 parts of a fluxing agent, 90 parts of an environment-friendly plasticizer, 55 parts of a filler, 4 parts of a stabilizer, 6 parts of a foaming agent, 0.9 part of a toner, 0.5 part of a wear-resistant agent and 0.7 part of a waterproof agent are added, wherein the waterproof effect and the wear-resistant effect of the waterproof coating are further improved by adding 0.5 part of the wear-resistant agent and 0.7 part of the waterproof agent, so that the waterproof effect and the wear-resistant effect of the suede base layer 1 are further improved.
The fluxing agent is one of dimethyl formyl and butanone, the environment-friendly plasticizer is one of dibutyl phthalate and diethyl phthalate, the filler is calcium carbonate, the stabilizer is a potassium-zinc stabilizer, the foaming agent is azodicarbonamide, the wear-resisting agent is organic silicone oil, and the waterproof agent is hexacarbon octafluoro.
The suede nap base layer 1 is PTT sea-island fiber fabric with the surface density of 125-2Compared with the suede nap base layer 1 made of terylene or nylon fibers, the suede nap base layer 1 made of PTT sea-island fiber fabric has better elasticity.
The PVC coating 3 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95 parts of PVC, 38 parts of fluxing agent, 90 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer, 48 parts of filler, 3 parts of stabilizer, 5 parts of foaming agent and 0.8 part of toner.
The thickness of the suede base layer 1 is 4.1-7.9mm, the thickness of the waterproof coating layer 2 is 0.4-0.7mm, and the thickness of the PVC coating layer 3 is 0.3-0.5 mm.
A preparation method of adhesive-free PVC suede comprises the following steps:
s1, adding waterproof resin, a fluxing agent and an environment-friendly plasticizer into a group of containers in proportion, stirring for 30-40S, then adding a filler, a stabilizer, a foaming agent and toner into the containers in proportion, stirring for 30-40S, finally adding a wear-resistant agent and a waterproof agent into the containers in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain waterproof slurry;
s2, adding PVC, a fluxing agent, an environment-friendly plasticizer, a filler, a stabilizer, a foaming agent and toner into another group of containers in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain PVC slurry;
s3, uniformly coating the waterproof slurry on one side of the suede base layer, and drying and shaping the coated suede base layer by a drying and shaping machine to prepare a waterproof suede composite layered material;
s4, uniformly coating the PVC slurry on the other side of the suede nap base layer, and drying and shaping the coated suede nap base layer by a drying and shaping machine to prepare a waterproof/PVC suede composite layered material;
s5, placing the waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material in a foaming furnace, foaming, and embossing to obtain a foamed waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material;
and S6, cooling the foamed waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material to room temperature by using an air cooler, and then trimming, cutting and sanding to obtain the adhesive-free waterproof/PVC chamois flannel.
In steps S3 and S4, the baking operation is to bake for 90-150S at 150-160 ℃.
In steps S3 and S4, the waterproof slurry coated on one side of the suede base layer and the PVC slurry on the other side both penetrate into the suede base layer, so that the suede base layer, the waterproof coating and the PVC coating are compounded into a whole.
In step S5, the temperature in the foaming furnace is 160-215 ℃.
In summary, the adhesive-free waterproof/PVC suede prepared by the present invention has better elasticity and elasticity than the suede base layer 1 made of terylene or nylon fiber through the suede base layer 1 made of PTT sea-island fiber fabric, and the waterproof coating 2 and the PVC coating 3 coat both sides of the suede base layer 1, respectively, wherein the waterproof coating 2 is added with the wear-resistant agent and the waterproof agent to make the waterproof coating have better waterproof effect and wear-resistant effect, so as to enhance the waterproof effect and wear-resistant effect of the suede base layer 1, and further enhance the waterproof effect and wear-resistant effect of the whole suede.

Claims (11)

1. An adhesive-free PVC suede comprises a suede base layer (1), a waterproof coating (2) and a PVC coating (3), and is characterized in that the waterproof coating (2) is fixedly arranged on one side of the suede base layer (1), and the PVC coating (3) is fixedly arranged on one side, far away from the waterproof coating (2), of the suede base layer (1);
the waterproof coating (2) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-105 parts of waterproof resin, 30-40 parts of fluxing agent, 80-100 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer, 45-65 parts of filler, 2-5 parts of stabilizer, 3-7 parts of foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of toner, 0.3-0.8 part of wear-resistant agent and 0.5-0.8 part of waterproof agent.

The adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 1, wherein: the waterproof coating (2) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95 parts of waterproof resin, 35 parts of fluxing agent, 85 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer, 50 parts of filler, 3 parts of stabilizer, 4 parts of foaming agent, 0.7 part of toner, 0.4 part of wear-resistant agent and 0.6 part of waterproof agent.

The adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 1, wherein: the waterproof coating (2) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of waterproof resin, 38 parts of fluxing agent, 90 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer, 55 parts of filler, 4 parts of stabilizer, 6 parts of foaming agent, 0.9 part of toner, 0.5 part of wear-resistant agent and 0.7 part of waterproof agent.

The adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 1, wherein: the environment-friendly anti-corrosion coating comprises a base material, a fluxing agent, an environment-friendly plasticizer, a filler, a foaming agent and a water repellent agent, wherein the fluxing agent is one of dimethyl formyl and butanone, the environment-friendly plasticizer is one of dibutyl phthalate and diethyl phthalate, the filler is calcium carbonate, the stabilizer is a potassium zinc stabilizer, the foaming agent is azodicarbonamide, the wear-resistant agent is organic silicone oil, and the water repellent agent is hexacarbon octafluoro carbon.
5. The adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 1, wherein: the suede nap base layer (1) is PTT sea-island fiber fabric with the surface density of 125-155g/m2

The adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 1, wherein: the PVC coating (3) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95 parts of PVC, 38 parts of fluxing agent, 90 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer, 48 parts of filler, 3 parts of stabilizer, 5 parts of foaming agent and 0.8 part of toner.
7. The adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of chamois leather fine hair basic unit (1) is 4.1-7.9mm, the thickness of waterproof coating (2) is 0.4-0.7mm, the thickness of PVC coating (3) is 0.3-0.5 mm.
8. A preparation method of PVC chamois flannel without adhesive is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, adding waterproof resin, a fluxing agent and an environment-friendly plasticizer into a group of containers in proportion, stirring for 30-40S, then adding a filler, a stabilizer, a foaming agent and toner into the containers in proportion, stirring for 30-40S, finally adding a wear-resistant agent and a waterproof agent into the containers in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain waterproof slurry;
s2, adding PVC, a fluxing agent, an environment-friendly plasticizer, a filler, a stabilizer, a foaming agent and toner into another group of containers in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain PVC slurry;
s3, uniformly coating the waterproof slurry on one side of the suede base layer, and drying and shaping the coated suede base layer by a drying and shaping machine to prepare a waterproof suede composite layered material;
s4, uniformly coating the PVC slurry on the other side of the suede nap base layer, and drying and shaping the coated suede nap base layer by a drying and shaping machine to prepare a waterproof/PVC suede composite layered material;
s5, placing the waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material in a foaming furnace, foaming, and embossing to obtain a foamed waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material;
and S6, cooling the foamed waterproof/PVC chamois composite laminated material to room temperature by using an air cooler, and then trimming, cutting and sanding to obtain the adhesive-free waterproof/PVC chamois flannel.
9. The method of preparing an adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 8, wherein: in steps S3 and S4, the drying operation is to bake for 90-150S at 150-160 ℃.

The method of preparing an adhesive-free PVC suede according to claim 8, wherein: in steps S3 and S4, the waterproof slurry coated on one side of the suede base layer and the PVC slurry on the other side both penetrate into the suede base layer, so that the suede base layer, the waterproof coating and the PVC coating are compounded into a whole.
