The operation method of the conveniently-adjusted small flower type tie-dyeing system comprises the following steps:
(1) the assembling equipment is used for connecting dye feeding pipes from different feeding pumps into the dye nozzle assembly according to the designed pattern, adjusting the height of the auxiliary feeding guide roller and the gap between a group of blanking press rollers, and matching the size of the cloth to be tie-dyed;
(2) adjusting the angle of each spray head according to the pattern requirement, starting an intelligent control system, and operating a control button to adjust the vacuum degree of a feeding pump, the opening degree of an electromagnetic valve and the running speed of a transmission motor so as to regulate and control the spraying frequency and speed of the dye in the spray heads;
(3) the cloth to be tie-dyed is transmitted to the conveyer belt under the action of the auxiliary feeding guide roller, the rotating speed of the auxiliary feeding guide roller is regulated and controlled so as to regulate the advancing speed of the cloth, the cloth is sensed by a cloth sensor on the gantry frame, a signal is transmitted to an intelligent control system, and the intelligent control system controls the operation of an electromagnetic valve to spray the dye onto the cloth at a set frequency and speed; the X electromagnetic valves work independently and are automatically started and stopped according to setting;
(4) after tie-dyeing, the cloth passes through the gap between the blanking press rollers and is stacked in a swinging manner under the action of the cloth swinging assembly;
(5) and after the tie-dyeing is finished, cleaning the residual dye in the system by using clear water, and closing the intelligent control system.
Example 2: the structure of the present embodiment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1, and the difference is that: the cloth swinging assembly comprises a cloth swinging motor, a transmission lead screw, a guide rod and a swinging sliding block, the transmission lead screw is installed in a cavity of the blanking arm through a group of installing supports, one end of the transmission lead screw is connected with the cloth swinging motor through a coupler, a threaded hole matched with the transmission lead screw and a guide hole matched with the guide rod are formed in the swinging sliding block, the swinging sliding block simultaneously penetrates through the transmission lead screw and the guide rod, a blanking compression roller installing seat is installed on the swinging sliding block, the cloth swinging motor drives the transmission lead screw to transmit, the transmission lead screw drives the swinging sliding block to move along the guide rod, the swinging sliding block drives the blanking compression roller installing seat to move, and the swinging sliding block is driven to reciprocate through control in forward and reverse installation of the cloth swinging motor.

the tie-dyeing device comprises a tie-dyeing rack, a group of transmission rollers are arranged on the tie-dyeing rack, transmission belts are arranged on the transmission rollers, and the transmission rollers are driven by a transmission motor to operate; the feeding pipe of each feeding pump is divided into N X X/M branch pipelines which are respectively connected with the electromagnetic valves; the front end of the tie-dyeing rack is provided with an auxiliary feeding guide roller, the tail end of the tie-dyeing rack is provided with a blanking mechanism, the feeding pump, the transmission motor and the electromagnetic valve are all connected to the intelligent control system, wherein M is a natural number not less than 5, N is a natural number not less than 2, X is a natural number not less than 5, and N X X is an integral multiple of M;
the intelligent control system comprises a control cabinet body, a feeding pump control module, a transmission motor control module, an electromagnetic valve control module and a power supply module, wherein the feeding pump control module, the transmission motor control module, the electromagnetic valve control module and the power supply module are arranged in the control cabinet body, and the power supply module supplies power to the feeding pump control module, the transmission motor control module and the electromagnetic valve control module; the feeding pump control module is provided with M contacts, and each contact is connected with a group of feeding pump circuit loops; the intelligent dye-tie dyeing device is characterized in that X contacts are arranged on the electromagnetic valve control module, each contact is connected with a group of electromagnetic valve electric circuits, the transmission motor control module is connected with the transmission motor electric circuits, and the intelligent control system controls the operation of the dye supply device and the tie dyeing device.

The adjustable small flower type tie-dyeing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the blanking mechanism comprises a pair of blanking arms, a cloth swinging assembly is arranged in a cavity of each blanking arm, guide grooves are formed in the inner sides of the blanking arms, a blanking compression roller mounting seat is fixed on the cloth swinging assembly, a group of blanking compression rollers are mounted on the mounting seat, and a gap for penetrating cloth after tie-dyeing is reserved between the group of blanking compression rollers; the cloth swinging assembly drives the discharging press roller to reciprocate along the guide groove to drive the cloth to swing and stack after tie-dyeing.

The just-adjustable floret type tie-dyeing system according to claim 2, characterized in that: the blanking press rollers comprise an upper press roller and a lower press roller, the upper press roller is positioned at the downstream of the lower press roller, and the upper press roller is positioned in the direction of 45-60 degrees above the lower press roller; the upper compression roller is driven by an upper compression roller driving motor to operate, the lower compression roller is driven by a lower compression roller driving motor to operate, and the rotating directions of the upper compression roller and the lower compression roller are opposite.
