This antibiotic deodorization socks include the body of weaving by antibiotic deodorization composite yarn and forming, antibiotic deodorization composite yarn includes a central yarn and a plurality of cladding yarn, central yarn is cotton yarn, the cladding yarn is the cotton yarn that the top layer has the nanometer silver coating, and above-mentioned cladding yarn is the spiral cladding in the central yarn outside, and two adjacent cladding yarns paste and lean on together. The antibacterial deodorizing socks have high stability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of socks and relates to an antibacterial deodorizing sock.
Background
The existing antibacterial deodorizing socks mainly comprise two types:
firstly, the fabric is woven by adopting nano-silver yarns, and the nano-silver fabric has good deodorization and antibacterial properties due to the self characteristics of the nano-silver;
secondly, the sock body woven by common polyester materials has antibacterial and deodorizing performance through an after-finishing process.
However, the same disadvantages exist in both of the two types of antibacterial and deodorant socks, and the deodorizing and antibacterial performance of the socks is remarkably reduced after the socks are used for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide an antibacterial and deodorant sock which is good in antibacterial and degerming performance and long in antibacterial performance retention time.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
an antibacterial and deodorant sock is characterized by comprising a body woven by antibacterial and deodorant composite yarns.
In the above-mentioned antibiotic deodorization socks, antibiotic deodorization composite yarn includes a central yarn and a plurality of cladding yarn, central yarn is cotton yarn, the cladding yarn is the cotton yarn that the top layer has the nanometer silver coating, and above-mentioned cladding yarn is the spiral cladding in the central yarn outside, and two adjacent cladding yarns paste and lean on together.
Because the antibacterial and deodorant composite yarn is not a single-structure yarn, the cost is properly reduced, and the strength of the antibacterial and deodorant composite yarn is improved while the antibacterial and deodorant performance of the antibacterial and deodorant composite yarn is ensured.
In the antibacterial and deodorant sock, the plurality of covering yarns form a tubular structure completely covering the central yarn outside the central yarn.
The outer side of the antibacterial and deodorant yarn is provided with the wrapping yarn, and the wrapping yarn is provided with the nano silver coating, so that the whole antibacterial and deodorant yarn has good deodorizing and antibacterial properties.
In the above antibacterial deodorant sock, the diameter of the center yarn is 2 to 4 times the diameter of the covering yarn.
The structure enables the antibacterial and deodorant yarn to have higher strength, and meanwhile, the outer covering yarn can enable the antibacterial and deodorant yarn to have good antibacterial and deodorant performance.
In the above antibacterial and deodorant sock, the inclination angle of the covering yarn is 30 to 60 °.
In the antibacterial and deodorant socks, the central yarn is 32S-60S combed cotton or carded cotton.
In the antibacterial and deodorant sock, the body is knitted and formed and then heat-set.
In the antibacterial and deodorant socks, the heat setting treatment is to dry the body in an environment with the temperature of 60-68 ℃ for 3-4 minutes.
In the antibacterial and deodorant socks, the body is subjected to antibacterial after-finishing treatment by adopting an antibacterial agent after being subjected to thermal positioning treatment.
In the antibacterial and deodorant socks, the antibacterial agent comprises 5-33 parts of aminomethyl n-butyl iodopropargyl ester, 3-6 parts of water-soluble polymer, 5-20 parts of hydroxyalkyl chitosan, 3-16 parts of sulforaphane, 10-15 parts of garlic powder, 3-5 parts of betulinic acid and 40-50 parts of water.
In the antibacterial and deodorant socks, the body is soaked in the antibacterial agent for 20-25 hours and then naturally dried in the environment of 16-21 ℃ to obtain the finished product of the antibacterial and deodorant socks.
Compared with the prior art, the antibacterial and deodorant socks have deodorant and degerming performances, and the bacteriostasis rate of the socks is still kept at a higher level after 30 times of washing, so that the health of a human body is protected, and the wearing performance of the socks is improved.
