(5) the PET base film coated with the grid glue is sent into a first drying oven 5 to be heated, the first drying oven 5 comprises a first section cavity and a second section cavity which are sequentially arranged, the temperature of the first section cavity is set to be 55-70 ℃, and the temperature of the second section cavity is set to be 70-80 ℃. (6) after the step (5) is finished, feeding the plastic film into a second drying box 7 for heating, so that the soft plastic film is solidified into a hard plastic film which is tightly combined on the PET base film, wherein the second drying box 7 comprises a third section cavity, a fourth section cavity, a fifth section cavity, a sixth section cavity, a seventh section cavity and an eighth section cavity which are sequentially arranged, the temperature of the third section cavity and the fourth section cavity is set to be 70-85 ℃, the temperature of the third section cavity and the fourth section cavity is set to be 110-125 ℃, the temperature of the fifth section cavity and the sixth section cavity is set to be 130 ℃, and the temperature of the seventh section cavity and the temperature of the eighth section cavity are set to be 70-85 ℃;
(7) and (5) after the step (6) is finished, preparing a grid PET release film product, and cooling the grid PET release film product by a cooling device 8. Example 3: the direct-coating type grid PET release film production line and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are basically the same as the embodiment 1, and the difference lies in that the grid glue is different in raw material components: the grid glue is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 220g of epoxy resin, 150g of solvent, 6g of adhesive, 2g of anchoring agent, 6g of curing agent and 30g of high-viscosity resin.
Example 4: the direct-coating type grid PET release film production line and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are basically the same as the embodiment 1, and the difference lies in that the grid glue is different in raw material components: the grid glue is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 190g of epoxy resin, 130g of solvent, 7g of adhesive, 3g of anchoring agent, 5g of curing agent and 20g of high-viscosity resin.
Example 5: the direct-coating type grid PET release film production line and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are basically the same as the embodiment 1, and the difference lies in that the grid glue is different in raw material components: the grid glue is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200g of epoxy resin, 160g of solvent, 5g of adhesive, 3g of anchoring agent, 4g of curing agent and 22g of high-viscosity resin.
