本发明涉及SPC地板技术领域,具体涉及一种SPC地板。
背景技术
SPC地板(Stone plastic composite),即石塑地板,是一种新型的装饰地板材料,是由挤出机挤出SPC基材层后,用三辊或四辊压延机分别把印刷层、耐磨层和UV层-次性加热贴合、压纹而成,生产过程完全不使用胶水。SPC地板与传统的地板相比,具有环保、无甲醛、价廉、防水、防潮、防滑、防虫、阻燃、不易开裂、不易变形、易清洁等优点。但是现有SPC地板的力学性能和尺寸变形率仍有待进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足,提供了一种SPC地板,具有良好的拉伸强度、稳定性、环保性、抗菌性、抗静电性、空气环境改善性能,且还具有更低的尺寸变形率,性能稳定。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种SPC地板,包括SPC地板本体,所述SPC地板本体包括SPC基材层,所述SPC基材层由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂80~120份、重质碳酸钙粉200~300份、纳米碳酸钙20~40份、润滑剂0.5~2份、钙锌稳定剂5~10份、微晶纤维素1~5份、超分散剂10~15份、电气石粉1~3份、碳纳米管1~10份、抑菌剂1~8份。
通过PVC树脂、重质碳酸钙粉、纳米碳酸钙、润滑剂、钙锌稳定剂、微晶纤维素、超分散剂、电气石粉、碳纳米管及抑菌剂制备而成的SPC基材层,具有良好的稳定性、环保性、抗菌性、抗静电性、空气环境改善性能;其中,润滑剂能够改善SPC基材层的加工流动性能,提高SPC地板外观质量,保证地板的物学性能,减少高分子化合物与加工机械之间的摩擦力,减少设备的磨损,使挤出成型能顺利进行;微晶纤维素作为抗结剂,能够防止物料聚集、结块;聚醚型超分散剂和聚丙烯酸酯型超分散剂作为高分子型超分散剂,具有以下作用:在颗粒表面形成多点锚固,提高了吸附牢度,不易解吸;形成极弱的胶囊,易于活动,能迅速移向颗粒表面,起到润湿保护作用;通过电气石粉使得SPC地板能够释放用于净化空气的负离子;通过添加抑菌剂提高了SPC地板的抗菌性能;通过添加碳纳米管能够显著提升SPC地板的抗静电性能。
优选地,所述超分散剂为聚醚型超分散剂或聚丙烯酸酯型超分散剂,所述重质碳酸钙的粒径为300-500目,所述纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径为15-40nm,所述抑菌剂为竹炭粉。
进一步地,所述SPC地板本体还包括:
设置于所述SPC基材层顶部的彩膜层;
设置于所述彩膜层顶部的耐磨层;
设置于所述耐磨层顶部的UV涂层;
设置于所述SPC基材层底部的第一绝缘层;

2、本发明中的SPC地板通过设置石墨烯加热层,能够使SPC地板快速受热,使室内温度升高;通过将石墨烯加热层夹设在第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层之间,使在石墨烯芯片发热过程中,有效防止了漏电情况的发生,进而大大提高了产品的实用性。

具体地说,本实施例中的超分散剂为聚醚型超分散剂或聚丙烯酸酯型超分散剂,重质碳酸钙的粒径为300~500目,纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径为15~40nm,抑菌剂为竹炭粉。
本实施例中通过PVC树脂、重质碳酸钙粉、纳米碳酸钙、润滑剂、钙锌稳定剂、微晶纤维素、超分散剂、电气石粉、碳纳米管及抑菌剂制备而成的SPC基材层1,具有良好的稳定性、环保性、抗菌性、抗静电性、空气环境改善性能;其中,润滑剂能够改善SPC基材层1的加工流动性能,提高SPC地板外观质量,保证地板的物学性能,减少高分子化合物与加工机械之间的摩擦力,减少设备的磨损,使挤出成型能顺利进行;微晶纤维素作为抗结剂,能够防止物料聚集、结块;聚醚型超分散剂和聚丙烯酸酯型超分散剂作为高分子型超分散剂,具有以下作用:在颗粒表面形成多点锚固,提高了吸附牢度,不易解吸;形成极弱的胶囊,易于活动,能迅速移向颗粒表面,起到润湿保护作用;通过电气石粉使得SPC地板能够释放用于净化空气的负离子;通过添加抑菌剂提高了SPC地板的抗菌性能;通过添加碳纳米管能够显著提升SPC地板的抗静电性能。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种SPC地板,包括SPC地板本体,SPC地板本体包括SPC基材层1,SPC基材层1由以下重量kg数的原料制成:PVC树脂120kg、重质碳酸钙粉300kg、纳米碳酸钙40kg、润滑剂2kg、钙锌稳定剂10kg、微晶纤维素5kg、超分散剂15kg、电气石粉3kg、碳纳米管10kg、抑菌剂8kg。
具体地说,本实施例中的超分散剂为聚醚型超分散剂或聚丙烯酸酯型超分散剂,重质碳酸钙的粒径为300~500目,纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径为15~40nm,抑菌剂为竹炭粉。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种SPC地板,包括SPC地板本体,SPC地板本体包括SPC基材层1,SPC基材层1由以下重量kg数的原料制成:PVC树脂100kg、重质碳酸钙粉200kg、纳米碳酸钙30kg、润滑1.2kg、钙锌稳定剂6kg、微晶纤维素3.8kg、超分散剂12kg、电气石粉3kg、碳纳米管5kg、抑菌剂6kg。
具体地说,本实施例中的超分散剂为聚醚型超分散剂或聚丙烯酸酯型超分散剂,重质碳酸钙的粒径为300~500目,纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径为15~40nm,抑菌剂为竹炭粉。
实施例4
参照图1所示,本实施例公开了一种SPC地板,包括SPC地板本体,SPC地板本体包括SPC基材层1;本实施例中的SPC地板本体还包括:
设置于SPC基材层1顶部的彩膜层2;
设置于彩膜层2顶部的耐磨层3;
设置于耐磨层3顶部的UV涂层4;
设置于SPC基材层1底部的第一绝缘层5;
设置于第一绝缘层5底部的石墨烯加热层6;
设置于石墨烯加热层6底部的第二绝缘层7。
具体地说,本实施例中的SPC基材层1为实施例3中所公开的SPC基材层1。
本实施例中的SPC地板内设置石墨烯加热层6,能够使SPC地板快速受热,使室内温度升高。通过将石墨烯加热层6夹设在第一绝缘层5和第二绝缘层7之间,使在石墨烯芯片发热过程中,有效防止了漏电情况的发生。
实施例5
参照图2所示,本实施例公开了一种SPC地板,本实施例中的SPC地板与实施例4中的SPC地板的结构区别在于:本实施例中的SPC地板本体还包括:设置于第二绝缘层7底部的减震层。
具体地说,本实施例中的减震层包括:
设置于第二绝缘层7底部的第一减震垫8;
设置于第一减震垫8底部的第二减震垫9;
设置于第一减震垫8与第二减震垫9之间的减震件。
其中,减震件包括缓冲球10,第一减震垫8底部设有与缓冲球10相适配的第一凹槽11,第二减震垫9顶部设有与缓冲球10相适配的第二凹槽12,且第二缓冲槽位于第一缓冲槽正下方,第一缓冲槽的高度与第二缓冲槽的高度均小于缓冲球10的半径。
具体地说,本实施例中的SPC基材层1为实施例3中所公开的SPC基材层1。
本实施例中的SPC地板使用时,通过缓冲球10,使得SPC地板具有缓冲抗冲击的效果,提高了SPC地板的使用寿命,使SPC地板脚感柔软舒适,通过第一凹槽11和第二凹槽12的配合,对缓冲球10起到了限位作用,避免缓冲球10位置的移动,进一步提高了SPC地板的缓冲抗冲击效果。
实施例6
参照图3-图7所示,本实施例公开了一种SPC地板,本实施例中的SPC地板与实施例5中的SPC地板的结构区别在于:本实施例中的SPC地板本体还包括设置于减震层底部的静音层13。本实施例中的静音层13由泡沫塑料制成。
此外,相邻的SPC地板本体之间通过插榫机构连接。
具体地说,本实施例中的插榫机构包括插口14和插块15,SPC地板本体一侧设置有插口14,SPC地板本体相对的另一侧设置有插块15。
其中,插块15包括水平部和垂直部,水平部与SPC地板本体侧壁固定连接,垂直部的高度小于插口14内腔的高度;插口14内相对的两侧设有限位孔16,插块15上设置有与限位孔16相适配的弹性限位件17。
本实施例中的SPC地板利用插口14和插块15的配合,增加了相邻的SPC地板之间拼接的快捷性,再通过限位孔16与弹性限位件17的配合,进一步提高了相邻的SPC板体拼接之后的稳定性。
试验例1
对实施例4-6中所得SPC地板的性能进行测试,测试结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明中的SPC地板具有优异的拉伸强度,且具有更低的尺寸变形率,性能稳定。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种SPC地板,其特征在于,包括SPC地板本体,所述SPC地板本体包括SPC基材层,所述SPC基材层由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂80~120份、重质碳酸钙粉200~300份、纳米碳酸钙20~40份、润滑剂0.5~2份、钙锌稳定剂5~10份、微晶纤维素1~5份、超分散剂10~15份、电气石粉1~3份、碳纳米管1~10份、抑菌剂1~8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述超分散剂为聚醚型超分散剂或聚丙烯酸酯型超分散剂,所述重质碳酸钙的粒径为300-500目,所述纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径为15-40nm,所述抑菌剂为竹炭粉。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述SPC地板本体还包括:
设置于所述SPC基材层顶部的彩膜层;
设置于所述彩膜层顶部的耐磨层;
设置于所述耐磨层顶部的UV涂层;
设置于所述SPC基材层底部的第一绝缘层;
设置于所述第一绝缘层底部的石墨烯加热层;
设置于所述石墨烯加热层底部的第二绝缘层。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述SPC地板本体还包括:设置于所述第二绝缘层底部的减震层。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述减震层包括:
设置于所述第二绝缘层底部的第一减震垫;
设置于所述第一减震垫底部的第二减震垫;
设置于所述第一减震垫与所述第二减震垫之间的减震件。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述减震件包括缓冲球,所述第一减震垫底部设有与所述缓冲球相适配的第一凹槽,所述第二减震垫顶部设有与所述缓冲球相适配的第二凹槽,且所述第二缓冲槽位于所述第一缓冲槽正下方,所述第一缓冲槽的高度与所述第二缓冲槽的高度均小于所述缓冲球的半径。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述SPC地板本体还包括设置于所述减震层底部的静音层。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,相邻的所述SPC地板本体之间通过插榫机构连接。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述插榫机构包括插口和插块,所述SPC地板本体一侧设置有所述插口,所述SPC地板本体相对的另一侧设置有所述插块。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种SPC地板,其特征在于,所述插块包括水平部和垂直部,所述水平部与所述SPC地板本体侧壁固定连接,所述垂直部的高度小于所述插口内腔的高度;所述插口内相对的两侧设有限位孔,所述插块上设置有与所述限位孔相适配的弹性限位件。
