Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health physiotherapy instruments, in particular to a microporous ceramic medicinal moxibustion instrument and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous temperature increase of people's health pursuit, the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment technology such as cold compress, hot compress, moxibustion, fumigation and the like is popular. The first reason is that the medicines used in the internal disease external treatment methods directly act on the channels and collaterals and acupuncture points of the epidermis without human metabolism, and toxic and side effects such as medicine residues and the like are avoided; secondly, the non-oral medicines and the non-invasive traditional Chinese medicine physical therapy method are proved to be safe and effective after thousands of years of continuous use in folk; thirdly, the methods are simple and convenient to operate, easy to master by doctors and patients and quick in effect taking, and the internal disease external treatment methods are listed as the first choice of treatment and conditioning measures for self-nursing in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, health-care physical therapy centers and families. With the continuous improvement of health pursuit of people, external therapy becomes an important medical care method, family health and self-care are actively promoted, modern material science and iterative updating of appliances are carried out, and people seek a simpler and more effective physical therapy method, which is a necessary trend in the industry.
Cold compress, hot compress, moxibustion and fumigation all have curative effects, are respectively good in effect and have defects, and a technology capable of promoting the growth and avoiding the weakness and combining various physical therapy effects is not available at present. For example, in the existing moxibustion therapy, in order to enhance the moxibustion effect, the moxibustion therapy with medicines such as ginger and garlic is available, or the moxibustion therapy with other medicines is added into moxa, the purpose is to combine the warm-air permeation of moxibustion therapy with other medicine therapy, but the operation is troublesome, or the moxibustion therapy is difficult to be effectively combined with other medicine fumigation therapy due to the limitation that the medicines must be burnt to take effect. In addition, the single therapy of cold compress, hot compress, fumigation and the like lacks the continuous action of the warming and ventilation of the wormwood or the external heat source, and the curative effect is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a microporous ceramic medicinal moxibustion device and application thereof, which aim to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a microporous pottery moxibustion instrument comprises raw materials and formula including microporous structure material 10-70 vol%, medicinal mineral material 5-50 vol%, and pottery clay material 15-85 vol%.
As a further scheme of the invention: the microporous structure material is a powdery material with combustibility and a particle size of 0.5 mm-5000 nm. In the blank-making production link for making ceramic material, the combustible microporous material, non-combustible pottery clay material and medicinal mineral material are fully mixed and made into a mud blank. After the mud blank is fired at high temperature, the incombustible pottery clay and medicinal mineral materials are fired into a stable framework, and the combustible microporous materials are fired into ash. Because the volume of the microporous material is greatly reduced after the microporous material is fired into ash, a micropore is formed in the clay framework, and finally, the ceramic utensil with a micropore structure is formed. The microporous material can be plant source or other combustible material with traditional Chinese medicine effect, such as one of cortex Phellodendri, Eucommiae cortex, and folium Nelumbinis, or can be made of one or mixture of common materials such as combustible sawdust and flour.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the medicinal mineral material is prepared from Concha Ostreae powder, Os Draconis powder, Concha Margaritifera powder, Concha Haliotidis powder, Pumex powder, Haematitum powder, Stalactitum powder, and Fluoritum powder. The mineral materials have the characteristics of incombustibility, high temperature resistance and strong stability, are crushed into a certain fineness, are mixed in a clay material, and form a stable framework together with the clay material after blank making and firing. The medicinal mineral materials are selected according to different physiotherapy purposes, such as selecting eyesight improving Gejiming powder for preparing eye moxibustion physiotherapy apparatus, and selecting Fluoritum powder with uterus warming and yang tonifying effects for preparing acupoint medicinal moxibustion apparatus.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the argil material is viscous argil material, and comprises clay, kaolin, argil and the like. The pottery clay material plays a role in bonding in the blank making link, forms a skeleton effect on a sintered structure, and has the functions of absorbing heat and storing heat in effect. The red clay is selected as the raw material of the clay, has the characteristics of strong viscosity and good granular structure, can form the effect similar to 'stove center soil' after being repeatedly used and roasted by moxibustion fire, and has good medicinal value.
As a further scheme of the invention, the production process comprises the following steps:
1) preparing materials, namely preparing a microporous material, a medicinal mineral material and a pottery clay material according to the requirements of required production equipment;
2) crushing and sieving the raw materials, respectively crushing the microporous material and the medicinal mineral material to required particle sizes, drying the argil material in the sun, sieving and removing impurities;
3) mixing the raw materials, fully mixing the three raw materials by using equipment such as a stirrer or manpower, adding a certain amount of pure water to reach proper dry humidity, fully absorbing moisture, ensuring that the moisture is not overflowed completely, and fully kneading and curing;
4) preparing a blank, namely fully mixing the thoroughly wetted raw materials, filling a die with the fully mixed raw materials, and fully extruding to prepare a mud blank with the shape of the needed moxibustion apparatus;
5) drying the blank in the sun, and drying or airing the prepared mud blank in the sun;
6) and firing, namely putting the dried mud blank of the moxibustion device into a tray, and feeding the tray into a firing kiln at the temperature for firing. The firing temperature is between 700 ℃ and 1300 ℃. The firing process is basically the same as that of red bricks fired by a building red brick kiln. The moxibustion device can be fired by paying attention to temperature and fire to prevent underfire and overfire. If the fire is short, the knocking sound is dull, the color is lighter, the ash is easy to fall and break, and the water absorption is better. If the fire is over-fired, the knocking sound is crisp, the color is darker, the deformation is easy, and the water absorption is poor. The moxibustion device is preferably fired so that the surface of the moxibustion device is free from ash falling, crushing and deformation after firing.
As a further scheme of the invention, the application method is as follows:
1) use alone: the moxibustion device is directly applied to skin after saturated absorption of external application liquid medicine, can generate cold compress physical therapy effect, and is used as a cold compress physical therapy device; the moxibustion device and the liquid medicine are heated in advance and then applied to skin, can generate the effect of hot compress physiotherapy and can be used as a hot compress physiotherapy apparatus.
2) The use in cooperation with a wormwood heat source: the medical moxibustion device is additionally provided with a moxibustion frame, a moxibustion clamp, a moxa stick needle and other fixing tools, moxa products such as moxa sticks, moxa carbon, moxa wool and the like are used as heat sources, the action mechanism is that the moxa heat sources act on traditional Chinese medicine liquid loaded on the medical moxibustion device, so that various physical therapy effects such as moxibustion, fumigation, hot compress and the like are generated on a human body, and the medical moxibustion device is manufactured into a physical therapy apparatus such as a moxibustion device.
3) Use with electric and other heat sources: if the electric heating wire device is directly or indirectly covered on the surface of the medical moxibustion device, the electric heating source acts on the medical moxibustion device to vaporize the loaded traditional Chinese medicines to generate fumigation action, the use method does not need to add additional preheating, and the safe low-voltage electric heat source can be durable, adjustable, stable and safe, so that the electric heating wire device is manufactured into physical therapy appliances such as an eye moxibustion device, a foot moxibustion device, an acupuncture point moxibustion device and the like, is convenient to carry, and is convenient to use at home or outdoors. Except for the electric heat source, the infrared heat source, the heating bag and the hot water bag can be matched with a microporous ceramic medicine moxibustion device for use.
In summary, the new traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy instrument related by the invention is a microporous structure ceramic instrument with traditional Chinese medicine efficacy, and the instrument manufactured by applying the formula and the process of the microporous medicine ceramic material is a core component of the traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy instrument. The moxibustion instrument has the functions of better medicine carrying, heat storage, heat transfer, permeation, vaporization and the like, can generate various physiotherapy effects of moxibustion, medicine fumigation, hot compress and the like by being matched with heat sources such as traditional Chinese medicine external application liquid medicine, moxa sticks and the like, and a core component of the physiotherapy instrument is called as a microporous ceramic medicine moxibustion instrument.
The present invention develops not only a new type microporous ceramic moxibustion device, but also a processing and manufacturing technology of various special moxibustion devices suitable for different diseases and different parts of human body. The invention not only inherits the traditional Chinese medicine technology, organically combines the modern material technology with the traditional Chinese medicine physical therapy technology, but also plays the advantages of the modern scientific and technological technology, creates a multifunctional physical therapy device for the physical therapy health-care industry, and provides a suitable appliance for family self-health care for the masses. The technology has great application value and social benefit.
The characteristics and the application principle of the technology of the invention are as follows:
1) the manufacturing technology of the physical therapy apparatus is innovative: the microporous ceramic material technology is applied to the manufacture of physical therapy appliances, and the functional characteristics of air permeability, adsorption and heat transfer of the microporous material are fully exerted. The micro-voids in the microporous ceramic moxibustion device are formed by adding combustible powdery materials to the blank-making raw material. Namely, after the manufactured mud blank is sintered, the incombustible material forms a skeleton, and the burnt ash of the combustible material forms micropores in the skeleton. The porosity is determined by the proportion of combustible materials added in the material formula, and the maximum volume can reach 70 percent. Because the raw materials are uniformly mixed and the particle size of the combustible material is controlled, the micropores in the framework of the moxibustion device can be uniformly distributed in a large size and have a moderate size. The micro-pores in the moxibustion device can ventilate, adsorb liquid medicine and transfer heat, thereby forming good functions of ventilation, medicine loading, heat storage and heat conduction. The application of the technology promotes the function of the physiotherapy apparatus.
2) And application innovation of raw materials: the traditional Chinese medicine materials are applied to the manufacture of physical therapy appliances, and the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine is skillfully exerted. The moxibustion device manufactured by the technology of the invention has the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines, and the principle is embodied in three aspects:
firstly, the selected medicinal mineral materials have the four properties of 'warm, cool, cold and hot' and the five flavors of 'sour, sweet, bitter, spicy and salty' of the traditional Chinese medicine, and meanwhile, the mineral materials have the characteristics of nonflammability and stable structure, 5-50% of the mineral materials are added into the material for manufacturing the medicinal moxibustion device, which is equivalent to adding 'aggregate' in structure and can provide a supporting effect for the structural stability of the product, and the effect is implanted into a physiotherapy apparatus through the raw materials after the medicinal moxibustion device is successfully manufactured because the medicinal mineral materials have the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine;
secondly, the traditional Chinese herbal medicine with combustibility is selected as the microporous material, and the traditional Chinese herbal medicine processing and using method has a processing method of 'burnt ash retention'. After the common Chinese herbal medicines are burnt to ash, the cold and cool property can be removed, and the astringency-inducing effect is increased. When the medicinal moxibustion device is specifically applied, the medicinal moxibustion device can be selected according to the efficacy requirements of the medicinal moxibustion device and the efficacy of the herbal medicinal materials after burning ash, for example, the lotus leaves with the effect of inducing diuresis have stronger efficacy of inducing diuresis and astringency after burning ash, and the golden cypress with the efficacy of drying dampness has stronger efficacy of drying dampness and astringency after burning ash. Similarly, the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials after being burnt and stored is also implanted into a physical therapy apparatus through the raw materials;
and thirdly, the selected clay skeleton material is like the generation and formation process of the traditional Chinese medicine 'stove top soil' (furnace soil) after repeated smoking and roasting, and the longer the use time is, the more the ceramic clay skeleton material is close to the effect like the 'stove top soil'. The furnace soil is a good medicine with the functions of invigorating spleen, warming middle-jiao and astringing floating fire, and the medicinal moxibustion device contains the components of the furnace soil, so that the moxibustion device can prevent moxa-moxibustion dryness fire from damaging yin when in use. According to the characteristics of the 'stove core soil', the longer the mud drug moxibustion device is used, the stronger the 'heat-retaining' effect is, and the better the use effect is.
3) The physical therapy technology is innovative: the microporous ceramic physical therapy apparatus has various physical therapy effects of hot compress, fumigation and the like, and promotes the application of physical therapy technology and apparatus to improve the effect. The physiotherapy technologies such as hot compress, fumigation, moxibustion and the like are the most widely applied physiotherapy technologies, and the physiotherapy effect is improved through the application of a novel appliance. The ceramic material is the most stable inert material, and the moxibustion device manufactured by the ceramic material has stable structure, convenient application, easy manufacture and easy popularization and promotion.
The moxibustion device of the invention has the functional characteristics that:
1) has the drug loading function: the drug loading performance of the moxibustion device is determined by the porosity, and when the drug moxibustion device is filled with drug liquid in the gap in an adsorption manner, the maximum drug loading rate reaches 50% of the volume of the device.
2) Has the functions of drug slow release: after the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is loaded into the moxibustion device, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid can slowly permeate into the skin through the action of heat, so that the effect of transdermal drug delivery is achieved, the fumigation effect is generated, and the moxibustion device is very suitable for physical therapy application.
3) Has the heat storage function: the microporous ceramic material has good heat storage performance, so that the moxibustion device can slowly release heat energy after being initially heated, and can continuously store and transfer heat under the condition of weak external heat. For example, when the ambient temperature is 25 deg.C and the volume of the moxibustion apparatus is 600 cubic centimeters, the moxibustion apparatus is heated to 55 deg.C (microwave oven, liquefied gas oven, etc. for 2-3 minutes), and the time for lowering the temperature to 40 deg.C is about 90 minutes.
4) Has the functions of heat insulation and heat transfer: the porous structure of the moxibustion device determines that the moxa heat can be rapidly transferred in the gap. Traditional moxa-moxibustion is under the careless condition of operation, scalds skin easily, and the medicine moxibustion ware can keep apart the moxa fire effectively, can transmit the moxa heat effectively again, keeps the temperature effect of moxibustion therapy fully to permeate to skin.
5) Has the following traditional Chinese medicine effects: the porous material in the raw materials is selected from materials with traditional Chinese medicine efficacy, and the storability after ash burning can be utilized; the medicinal mineral material has high temperature resistance and good stability, and still retains the efficacy of medicine property after being fired; the pottery clay material can produce the medicinal efficacy similar to 'stove top soil' after being repeatedly used.
