a coagulant adding unit 15 is arranged on the first water outlet pipe 4;
a micro-sand adding unit 16 is connected on the second water inlet pipe 5 between the electromagnetic flow meter 10 and the second main water inlet valve 11;
the lower part of the main body device 2 of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed is connected with a coagulant aid adding unit 17, and the bottom of the main body device 2 of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed is provided with a mud-water separation unit 18;
a second static mixer 19 is arranged on the second water outlet pipe 6, and a pH adjusting unit 20 is arranged on the second water outlet pipe 6 between the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device 2 and the second static mixer 19.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the seed crystal feeding unit 12 includes a seed crystal conveying tank water inlet pump 1201, a seed crystal conveying tank 1202, a particle pump 1203 and a seed crystal feeding valve 1204, which are connected in sequence, where the seed crystal feeding valve 1204 is communicated with the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device 1. The seed crystal adding unit 6 realizes the adding control by controlling the quality of the added seed crystal.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the chemical adding unit 13 includes a chemical storage tank 1301, a variable frequency chemical adding pump 1302 and a chemical adding control valve 1303, which are connected in sequence, and the chemical adding control valve 1303 is communicated with the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device 1. The agent adding unit 13 is used for adding NaOH, Ca (OH)2Or Na2CO3。
As a preferable mode of this embodiment, the granule discharging unit 14 includes a granule discharging valve 1401 and a granule collecting storage tank 1402 which are connected to the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluid bed main body apparatus 1 in this order in the granule discharging direction.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the coagulant adding unit 15 includes a coagulant solution tank 1501, a coagulant control valve 1502, and a coagulant adding pump 1503, which are sequentially disposed on the first water outlet pipe 4 along the water outlet direction. The coagulant used in the coagulant adding unit 15 can be the conventional coagulant in the field.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the fine sand adding unit 16 includes a mortar box 1601, a mortar control valve 1602 and a mortar adding pump 1603 connected in sequence, and the mortar adding pump 1603 is communicated with the second water inlet pipe 5. The fine sand used in the fine sand adding unit 16 may be conventional fine sand in the art.
As a preferable scheme of the embodiment, the coagulant aid adding unit 17 comprises a coagulant aid solution tank 1701, a coagulant aid control valve 1702 and a coagulant aid adding pump 1703 which are connected in sequence, wherein the coagulant aid adding pump 1703 is communicated with the main body device 2 of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed. The coagulant aid used in the coagulant aid adding unit 17 can be conventional coagulant aids in the field.
As a preferable mode of this embodiment, the mud-water separation unit 18 includes a mud-water separator 1801 disposed at the bottom of the main body 2 of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluid bed, the mud-water separator 1801 is connected to one end of a mud discharge pipe 1802, the mud discharge pipe 1802 is sequentially provided with a mud discharge control valve 1803 and a mud discharge pump 1804, and the other end of the mud discharge pipe 1802 is connected to a mud dewatering plant 1805.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the pH adjusting unit 20 includes an acid liquid storage tank 2001, an acid liquid variable frequency adding pump 2002, and an acid liquid adding control valve 2003, which are connected in sequence, where the acid liquid adding control valve 2003 is communicated with the second water outlet pipe 6. The acidifying agent used in the pH adjustment unit 20 is HCl or H2SO4。
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the first water inlet pipe 12 is further provided with a water inlet flow meter 21 and a water inlet pressure gauge 22; a first real-time online pH detector 23 is arranged on the second water outlet pipe 6 in front of the pH adjusting unit 20, and a second real-time online pH detector 24 and an online turbidity detector 25 are arranged on the second water outlet pipe 6 behind the second static mixer 19. Furthermore, the system of the embodiment can be matched with a corresponding automatic control module according to actual needs to realize automatic control.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
when the system is used, the seed crystal feeding unit 12 fills seed crystals at the bottom of the main body device 1 of the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed, and high-hardness raw water enters the bottom of the main body device 1 of the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed through the electromagnetic frequency conversion raw water pump 7 to enable the seed crystals to be in a fluidized state; the variable-frequency medicament feeding pump 1302 feeds the softening medicament into the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device 1, the target component is precipitated and crystallized on the seed crystal, the particles grow and become heavy and gradually sink to the bottom of the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device 3, a certain number of large-particle crystals are discharged through the particle discharge valve 1401 regularly, and a certain number of seed crystals are fed through the seed crystal conveying tank 1202, and the cycle is repeated.
The effluent treated by the main body device 1 of the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed enters a main body device 2 of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed, corresponding materials are added into a first water outlet pipe 4 through a coagulant adding pump 1503 and a second water inlet pipe 5 through a mortar adding pump 1603 and a coagulant aid adding pump 1703, the amount of acid liquor is controlled through a second pH real-time online detector 24, the pH of the effluent is adjusted through an acid liquor variable-frequency adding pump 2002, and the sludge produced by treatment through a mud-water separator 1801 is discharged to a sludge dewatering workshop 1805.
The system has the advantages of clear integral structure, compact connection of all functional units, high plane utilization rate and convenient operation, can simultaneously remove turbidity and hardness in water, and can synchronously and efficiently remove various ions in the water.
According to the scheme, the water treatment system of the invention perfects single equipment in the prior art, makes up for the defects of equipment application, provides a new combination mode of the joint operation of two fluidized beds, and can be flexibly replaced according to water quality.
Claims (10)
1. A combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system comprises a chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1) and a solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (2); a first water inlet pipe (3) and a first water outlet pipe (4) are arranged on the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1); a second water inlet pipe (5) and a second water outlet pipe (6) are arranged on the main body device (2) of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed;
the method is characterized in that:
an electromagnetic variable-frequency raw water pump (7) and a first main water inlet valve (8) are sequentially arranged on the first water inlet pipe (3) along the water inlet direction; the first water outlet pipe (4) is communicated with the second water inlet pipe (5) through a first static mixer (9); an electromagnetic flowmeter (10) and a second main water inlet valve (11) are sequentially arranged on the second water inlet pipe (5) along the water inlet direction;
the upper part of the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1) is connected with a seed crystal feeding unit (12), the lower part of the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1) is connected with a medicament feeding unit (13), and the lower part of the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1) is also connected with a particle discharging unit (14);
a coagulant adding unit (15) is arranged on the first water outlet pipe (4);
a micro-sand adding unit (16) is connected on the second water inlet pipe (5) between the electromagnetic flowmeter (10) and the second main water inlet valve (11);
the lower part of the main body device (2) of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed is connected with a coagulant aid adding unit (17), and the bottom of the main body device (2) of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed is provided with a mud-water separation unit (18);
a second static mixer (19) is arranged on the second water outlet pipe (6), and a pH adjusting unit (20) is arranged on the second water outlet pipe (6) between the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (2) and the second static mixer (19).

The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seed crystal feeding unit (12) comprises a seed crystal delivery tank water inlet pump (1201), a seed crystal delivery tank (1202), a particle pump (1203) and a seed crystal feeding valve (1204) which are connected in sequence, and the seed crystal feeding valve (1204) is communicated with the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1).
3. The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the agent adding unit (13) comprises an agent storage tank (1301), a variable frequency agent adding pump (1302) and an agent adding control valve (1303) which are connected in sequence, and the agent adding control valve (1303) is communicated with the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1).

The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the granule discharging unit (14) comprises a granule discharging valve (1401) and a granule collecting storage tank (1402) which are connected to the chemical crystallization circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (1) in sequence along the granule discharging direction.

The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coagulant adding unit (15) comprises a coagulant solution tank (1501), a coagulant control valve (1502) and a coagulant adding pump (1503) which are sequentially arranged on the first water outlet pipe (4) along the water outlet direction.

The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the micro-sand adding unit (16) comprises a mortar box (1601), a mortar control valve (1602) and a mortar adding pump (1603) which are connected in sequence, and the mortar adding pump (1603) is communicated with the second water inlet pipe (5).

The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coagulant aid adding unit (17) comprises a coagulant aid solution tank (1701), a coagulant aid control valve (1702) and a coagulant aid adding pump (1703) which are connected in sequence, and the coagulant aid adding pump (1703) is communicated with the main body device (2) of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed.

The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mud-water separation unit (18) comprises a mud-water separator (1801) arranged at the bottom of the solid-liquid separation circulating granulation fluidized bed main body device (2), the mud-water separator (1801) is connected with one end of a mud discharge pipeline (1802), a mud discharge control valve (1803) and a mud discharge pump (1804) are sequentially arranged on the mud discharge pipeline (1802), and the other end of the mud discharge pipeline (1802) is connected with the sludge dewatering plant (1805).
9. The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH adjusting unit (20) comprises an acid storage tank (2001), an acid variable frequency adding pump (2002) and an acid adding control valve (2003) which are connected in sequence, and the acid adding control valve (2003) is communicated with the second water outlet pipe (6).

The combined fluidized bed multifunctional water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first water inlet pipe (12) is further provided with a water inlet flow meter (21) and a water inlet pressure gauge (22); a first pH real-time online detector (23) is arranged on a second water outlet pipe (6) in front of the pH adjusting unit (20), and a second pH real-time online detector (24) and an online turbidity detector (25) are arranged on the second water outlet pipe (6) behind the second static mixer (19).
