When preparing EOW, initially, the liquid level of the liquid in the circulation box 20 is lower than the highest liquid level, the electromagnetic valve switch at the water injection port 21 is opened, pure water in the circulation box 20 is injected into the circulation box 20 from the water injection port 21 until the high liquid level sensing piece 51 is triggered, the electromagnetic valve switch is closed to stop water injection, the electrolytic cell 10 starts to work, electrolysis is injected into the cathode cavity 114 from the liquid injection port 111, the pure water continuously enters the anode cavity 115 of the electrolytic cell 10 from the circulation box 20 for circular electrolysis, when the PH value of the liquid in the circulation box 20 is between 2 and 3, the electrolytic cell 10 stops working, the EOW is discharged from the water discharge port through the water discharge pipe 22 until the low liquid level sensing piece 52 is triggered, and the EOW returns to the initial water preparation process repeatedly. Through setting up high liquid level response 51 and low liquid level response 52, can carry out the detection of highest liquid level and minimum liquid level respectively, realize the preparation through PH and level sensor control EOW, guarantee going on smoothly of whole circulation system water process.
In this embodiment, the device for preparing the metal ion-free EOW further comprises a power supply 60 and a controller 70, the power supply 60 provides power, and the effect of supplying power to the whole device is realized, the controller 70 is electrically connected with the power supply 60, the PH detection part 40, the high liquid level sensing part 51, the low liquid level sensing part 52 and other structures, the liquid level sensor or the PH detection part 40 can feed back liquid level data or PH data to the controller 70 in real time, and then automatic control is performed through the controller 70, so that the effect of intelligent control on the whole EOW preparation process is realized, and the normal operation of each structure of the device for preparing the metal ion-free EOW is ensured. Moreover, in this embodiment, the apparatus for preparing the metal ion-free EOW further includes an interactor 80, the interactor 80 is electrically connected to the controller 70, and human-computer interaction is performed through the interactor 80 to achieve an effect of controlling the whole apparatus or feeding back working information of the whole apparatus, wherein the interactor 80 may be a device having an interaction function, such as a PLC touch screen.
In this embodiment, the device for preparing metal ion-free EOW further comprises a case 90, the electrolytic cell 10, the circulation box 20, the power supply 60, the controller 70, the interaction device 80 and the like are all installed on the case 90, the electrolytic cell 10, the circulation box 20, the power supply 60 and the controller 70 are all located in the case 90, so that the appearance of the whole device looks tidier and more attractive, the interaction device 80 is located outside the case 90, man-machine interaction is facilitated, the case 90 is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, the electrolytic cell 10 and the circulation box 20 are located on the lower layer and are arranged in parallel, the power supply 60 and the controller 70 are located on the upper layer, and the overall layout is very reasonable and simple. In addition, in this embodiment, four corners of the bottom end of the chassis 90 are further respectively provided with a support leg extending downward, so as to support the entire device.
In another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing metal ion-free EOW, the method for preparing metal ion-free EOW being used in the above-mentioned apparatus for preparing metal ion-free EOW, the method for preparing metal ion-free EOW including: electrolyte is injected into the cathode cavity 114 through the liquid injection port 111, and pure water enters the anode cavity 115 through the water inlet port 112; supplying power to the cathode 13 and the anode 14, the cathode 13 and the anode 14 performing an electrolytic reaction, and generating EOW in the anode chamber 115; and the generated EOW flows out of the water outlet 113.
According to the preparation method of the EOW without the metal ions, when the EOW is prepared, electrolyte is injected into the cathode cavity 114 from the liquid injection port 111, pure water enters the anode cavity 115 from the water inlet 112 and supplies power to the cathode 13 and the anode 14, the cathode 13 and the anode 14 perform an electrolytic reaction, the EOW is generated in the anode cavity 115, and the generated EOW flows out from the water outlet 113, so that the preparation of the EOW is realized. The preparation method of the EOW without the metal ions is simple, the preparation of the EOW is convenient, and the prepared EOW does not contain metal cations and has a good sterilization effect.
It should be noted that, the electrolyte is a pure water salt solution, when preparing EOW, a preparation instruction is input through the interactor 80, the power supply 60 is turned on, the controller 70 controls the electromagnetic valve switch at the water injection port 21 to be opened, pure water is injected into the circulation box 20 from the water injection port 21 until the high liquid level sensing element 51 is triggered, the high liquid level sensing element 51 feeds back data to the controller 70, the electromagnetic valve switch is closed to stop water injection, at this time, the controller 70 controls the electrolytic cell 10 to start operation, electrolysis is injected into the cathode cavity 114 from the liquid injection port 111, pure water in the circulation box 20 continuously enters the anode cavity 115 from the water inlet 112 through the water inlet pipe 31, electrolysis is performed at a certain current density, the anion membrane assembly 12 only allows chloride ions to pass through but prevents sodium ions from passing through, the anode 14 mainly performs chlorine evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction, and further obtains EOW without sodium ions in the anode cavity 115, and the main components of the EOW are chlorine gas, oxygen evolution reaction, Hypochlorous acid, hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, dissolved oxygen, ozone and the like, the electrolyzed EOW continuously flows back to the circulating box 20 from the water outlet 113 through the water outlet pipe 32, in the circulation electrolysis, the PH detection part 40 detects the PH value of the liquid in the circulation box 20 in real time in the process, when the PH detecting member 40 detects that the PH of the liquid in the circulation tank 20 is between 2 and 3, the PH detection element 40 feeds back data to the controller 70, at this time, the controller 70 controls the electrolytic cell 10 to stop working, the prepared EOW is discharged to the storage cylinder through the water discharge port by the water discharge pipe 22 until the low liquid level sensing element 52 is triggered, the low liquid level sensing element 52 feeds back data to the controller 70, the EOW discharge is completed, the EOW can be used for sterilization and disinfection, waste liquid in the cathode cavity 114 is rapidly discharged through the overflow pipe 15, the operation is repeated initially, the repeated water making process is started, and the whole water making process is performed automatically.

Claims (10)

1. An electrolytic cell for producing metal ion free EOW, comprising:
the device comprises a tank body (11), wherein a cavity is formed in the tank body (11), and the tank body (11) is also provided with a liquid injection port (111) for injecting electrolyte, a water inlet (112) for entering pure water and a water outlet (113) for flowing out of EOW;
the anion membrane assembly (12) is positioned in the cavity and divides the cavity into a cathode cavity (114) and an anode cavity (115), the liquid injection port (111) is communicated with the cathode cavity (114), and the water inlet (112) and the water outlet (113) are both communicated with the anode cavity (115); and
a cathode (13) and an anode (14), the cathode (13) being located within the cathode chamber (114), the anode (14) being located within the anode chamber (115).
2. An electrolysis cell according to claim 1, wherein the anionic membrane module (12) is disposed annularly within the chamber.
3. An electrolysis cell according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cathode (13) is annularly disposed within the cathode chamber (114);
the anode (14) is annularly arranged in the anode cavity (115).
4. An electrolytic cell for preparing metal ion free EOW according to claim 1, wherein the water inlet (112) and the water outlet (113) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the cell body (11), and the axial direction of the liquid injection port (111) is perpendicular to the axial direction of the water inlet (112) and the water outlet (113).
5. An electrolysis cell for the production of metal ion free EOW according to claim 1, further comprising an overflow pipe (15) for discharging waste liquid in the cathode chamber (114).
6. An apparatus for producing metal ion-free EOW, comprising the electrolytic cell (10) for producing metal ion-free EOW according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. An apparatus for preparing metal ion-free EOW according to claim 6, further comprising a circulation box (20), wherein the water inlet (112) is communicated with the circulation box (20) through a water inlet pipe (31), the water outlet (113) is communicated with the circulation box (20) through a water outlet pipe (32), and the circulation box (20) is further provided with a water injection port (21) for injecting pure water and a water discharge port (22) for discharging EOW.
8. An apparatus for preparing a metal ion-free EOW according to claim 7 further comprising a pH detecting means (40) for detecting a pH of a liquid in the circulation tank (20).
9. An apparatus for preparing a metal ion-free EOW according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising a liquid level sensor for detecting a liquid level in the circulation tank (20).
10. A method for preparing metal ion-free EOW, which is used in the apparatus for preparing metal ion-free EOW according to any one of claims 6 to 9, and comprises:
electrolyte is injected into the cathode cavity (114) from the liquid injection port (111), and pure water enters the anode cavity (115) from the water inlet (112);
supplying power to the cathode (13) and the anode (14), the cathode (13) and the anode (14) undergoing an electrolytic reaction and generating EOW in the anode chamber (115); and
the generated EOW flows out of the water outlet (113).
