Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of oiling machines, in particular to an oiling machine with an oil-gas leakage monitoring function and an oil-gas leakage monitoring method. The oiling machine comprises a motor arranged in an oiling machine case, an oiling pump connected with the motor, an oiling pipeline connected with the oiling pump, and a flow meter arranged on the oiling pipeline, wherein the output end of the oiling pipeline is externally connected with an oiling gun through a hose; and an oil-gas sensor is also arranged in the oiling machine case and is connected with a control system of the oiling machine. The invention realizes the oil gas leakage detection of the pipeline inside the oiling machine case and improves the safety of the oiling machine.

Technical Field

Background
The fuel charger is also called as motor vehicle fuel charger, which is a metering device for adding fuel to motor vehicle. The oiling machine mainly comprises a control system, an oiling machine case, and a motor, an oil pump, a flow meter and the like which are arranged in the oiling machine case. The gasoline input end of the oiling machine is connected with the oil tank through a pipeline, and the gasoline output end of the oiling machine is externally connected with an oiling gun. An oil gas leakage monitoring method of an oiling machine with an oil gas leakage monitoring function comprises an acute leakage monitoring method and a chronic leakage monitoring method; the acute leakage monitoring method comprises the steps that when oil-gas leakage with large leakage amount occurs in an oil filling pipeline inside a oiling machine case, the oil-gas leakage is immediately detected by an oil-gas sensor and is known by a control system, and then the control system closes a gasoline input pipeline of the oiling machine and gives an alarm; the chronic leakage monitoring method comprises the steps that when oil and gas leakage with small leakage amount occurs in a fuel filling pipeline in a fuel filling machine case, leaked gasoline forms certain concentration accumulation in the fuel filling machine case before a fuel filling pump is started, the accumulated gasoline is forcibly sucked by a suction impeller in the process of starting the fuel filling pump and flows through an oil and gas sensor so as to be detected by the oil and gas sensor and be known by a control system, and then the control system closes a gasoline input pipeline of the fuel filling machine and gives an alarm.
Preferably, the chronic leakage monitoring method further comprises that when the fuel dispenser is not filled with fuel for a long time and the fuel-gas leakage with a small leakage amount occurs in the fuel filling pipeline inside the fuel dispenser case, the concentration of the fuel leaked in the fuel dispenser case reaches a certain threshold value after a certain time, so that the concentration of the fuel is detected by the fuel-gas sensor and is known by the control system, and then the control system closes the fuel input pipeline of the fuel dispenser and gives an alarm.
As a further improvement of the oil-gas leakage monitoring method, the oil filling pipeline is provided with a first electric valve, the oil filling pump is provided with an oil return pipeline which is connected with an oil outlet of the oil filling pump and an oil inlet of the oil filling pump, the oil return pipeline is provided with a second electric valve, and the first electric valve and the second electric valve are respectively connected with the control system; when the oil-gas sensor detects that oil-gas leakage exists in the oiling machine case, the control system closes the first electric valve and opens the second electric valve while giving an alarm, and the motor continuously operates to discharge gas in the oiling machine case through the air suction impeller and the exhaust pipe, so that the concentration of the gasoline in the oiling machine case is reduced to be below a safety value.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
firstly, according to the oiling machine with the oil-gas leakage monitoring function and the oil-gas leakage monitoring method, the oil-gas sensor is arranged in the oiling machine case, so that oil-gas leakage detection of pipelines in the oiling machine case is realized, and the safety of the oiling machine is improved.

More preferably, the oil and gas sensor 7 is arranged above the fuel filler pipe 3 near the flow meter 4.

Preferably, the air suction chamber 9 is fixed at one end of the motor 1.

In this embodiment, the motor 1 and the fuel pump 2 are located at the upper portion of the interior of the fuel dispenser case 18, and the fuel filler line and the flow meter are located at the lower portion of the interior of the fuel dispenser case 18.
In this embodiment, the oiling machine is provided with an oil inlet 16, and the oil inlet 16 is connected with a gasoline input pipeline.
An oil gas leakage monitoring method of an oiling machine with an oil gas leakage monitoring function comprises an acute leakage monitoring method and a chronic leakage monitoring method; the acute leakage monitoring method comprises the steps that when the oil-gas leakage with large leakage amount occurs in the oil filling pipeline 3 in the oiling machine case 18, the oil-gas leakage is immediately detected by the oil-gas sensor 7 and is known by the control system, and then the control system closes the oil-gas input pipeline of the oiling machine and gives an alarm; the chronic leakage monitoring method comprises the steps that when the oil and gas leakage with small leakage amount occurs in the oil filling pipeline 3 in the oiling machine case 18, the leaked oil and gas forms certain concentration accumulation in the oiling machine case 18 before the oiling pump 2 is started, the accumulated oil and gas is forcibly sucked by the suction impeller 8 and flows through the oil and gas sensor 7 during the starting of the oiling pump 2, so that the accumulated oil and gas is detected by the oil and gas sensor 7 and is known by a control system, and then the control system closes the oil and gas input pipeline of the oiling machine and gives an alarm.
Preferably, the chronic leakage monitoring method further comprises that when the fuel dispenser is not filled with fuel for a long time and the fuel-air leakage with a small leakage amount occurs in the fuel filling pipeline 3 inside the fuel dispenser case 18, the concentration of the fuel leaked inside the fuel dispenser case 18 reaches a certain threshold value after a certain time, so that the concentration is detected by the fuel-air sensor 7 and is known by the control system, and then the control system closes the fuel-air input pipeline of the fuel dispenser and gives an alarm.
As a further improvement of the oil-gas leakage monitoring method in this embodiment, a first electric valve 13 is arranged on the refueling pipeline 3, an oil return pipeline 14 for connecting an oil outlet of the refueling pump and an oil inlet of the refueling pump is arranged on the refueling pump 2, a second electric valve 15 is arranged on the oil return pipeline 14, and the first electric valve 13 and the second electric valve 15 are respectively connected with the control system; when the oil-gas sensor 7 detects that oil-gas leakage exists in the oiling machine case 18, the control system closes the first electric valve 13 and opens the second electric valve 15 while giving an alarm, and the motor 1 continuously operates to discharge gas in the oiling machine case 18 through the air suction impeller 8 and the exhaust pipe 12, so that the concentration of the oil gas in the oiling machine case 18 is reduced below a safe value.

The fuel dispenser with the oil and gas leakage monitoring function according to claim 1, wherein an opening air suction cover is further arranged at the opening of the extension end of the air suction pipe, and the detecting head of the oil and gas sensor is positioned in the opening air suction cover.
4. The fuel dispenser with oil and gas leakage monitoring function according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet on the air suction chamber is discharged out of the fuel dispenser case through an exhaust pipe.
5. The fuel dispenser with oil and gas leakage monitoring function of claim 1, wherein said motor and fuel pump are located at an upper portion of said fuel dispenser housing, and said fuel filler line and flow meter are located at a lower portion of said fuel dispenser housing.

An oil and gas leakage monitoring method using the fuel dispenser with an oil and gas leakage monitoring function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising an acute leakage monitoring method and a chronic leakage monitoring method; the acute leakage monitoring method comprises the steps that when oil-gas leakage with large leakage amount occurs in an oil filling pipeline inside a oiling machine case, the oil-gas leakage is immediately detected by an oil-gas sensor and is known by a control system, and then the control system closes a gasoline input pipeline of the oiling machine and gives an alarm; the chronic leakage monitoring method comprises the steps that when oil and gas leakage with small leakage amount occurs in a fuel filling pipeline in a fuel filling machine case, leaked gasoline forms certain concentration accumulation in the fuel filling machine case before a fuel filling pump is started, the accumulated gasoline is forcibly sucked by a suction impeller in the process of starting the fuel filling pump and flows through an oil and gas sensor so as to be detected by the oil and gas sensor and be known by a control system, and then the control system closes a gasoline input pipeline of the fuel filling machine and gives an alarm.

The method of claim 6, further comprising monitoring the chronic leakage of fuel from the fuel dispenser when the fuel dispenser is not being filled for a long period of time and when a leak of fuel from the fuel inlet line is detected to a low level, the concentration of fuel leaking from the fuel dispenser housing reaches a threshold value, which is detected by the fuel sensor and is known by the control system, and then the control system shuts off the fuel inlet line and sends an alarm.
8. The oil-gas leakage monitoring method for the oiling machine with the oil-gas leakage monitoring function according to claim 7, wherein a first electric valve is arranged on the oiling pipeline, an oil return pipeline for connecting an oil outlet of the oiling pump and an oil inlet of the oiling pump is arranged on the oiling pump, a second electric valve is arranged on the oil return pipeline, and the first electric valve and the second electric valve are respectively connected with the control system; when the oil-gas sensor detects that oil-gas leakage exists in the oiling machine case, the control system closes the first electric valve and opens the second electric valve while giving an alarm, and the motor continuously operates to discharge gas in the oiling machine case through the air suction impeller and the exhaust pipe, so that the concentration of the gasoline in the oiling machine case is reduced to be below a safety value.
