An underwater search and rescue system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the fishing device comprises a cable twisting machine, a cable and a fishing frame, the fishing frame comprises a frame body, a cover body and a sleeve body, the frame body consists of a top ring and at least two supporting rods, one end of each supporting rod is hinged with the top ring, the cable is movably connected with the top ring, the cover body consists of an outer ring and a grid mesh, the grid mesh is arranged in the outer ring and connected with the outer ring,
the other end of one support rod is hinged with the outer ring, the other end of the other support rod is clamped with the outer ring,
the cover body is composed of two elastic cloths, the two elastic cloths are respectively connected with the two support rods, an elastic sealing sheet is bonded on one elastic cloth, a first magic tape is bonded on the elastic sealing sheet, and a second magic tape matched with the first magic tape is bonded on the other elastic cloth.
5. An underwater search and rescue system as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the outer ring and the top ring are both elliptical, and the area of the outer ring is larger than that of the top ring.

An underwater search and rescue system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the searching device comprises a controller, a searcher and a cylinder, wherein the searcher is wirelessly connected with the controller, and the cylinder is connected with the searcher and controls the searcher to move.

An underwater search and rescue system as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the searcher includes casing, battery, sonar sensor, searchlight and camera, and the casing is the stainless steel entity, and battery, sonar sensor, searchlight and camera all inlay on the casing, sonar sensor, searchlight and camera all with battery electric connection, sonar sensor, searchlight and camera all with controller wireless connection.

An underwater search and rescue system as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the top surface and the bottom surface of the rotating plate are both provided with a pulling piece, and the pulling piece consists of two handles which are respectively arranged on the two sides of the rotating plate; the rotating plate is provided with a through hole for the cable to pass through.
