When the rail vehicle is emergently braked, the reason of the fault needs to be timely eliminated, and the fault expansion is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a rail vehicle emergency brake diagnosis process provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the data acquisition unit 410 is configured to acquire rail vehicle state data. The state data in the present invention refers to state data corresponding to the cause of occurrence of emergency braking of the railway vehicle. The types of rail vehicle status data are also numerous here, due to the numerous causes leading to emergency braking of the rail vehicle.

On the basis of determining the emergency braking of the rail vehicle, the fault determining unit 430 is configured to search a fault cause corresponding to the state information according to a predetermined corresponding relationship between the rail vehicle state data and the emergency braking cause of the rail vehicle based on the rail vehicle state data acquired by the data acquiring unit 410, and determine the emergency braking cause of the rail vehicle.
In the present embodiment, the correspondence relationship between the rail vehicle state data and the cause of emergency braking of the rail vehicle is determined based on the cause of emergency braking and the change in state data when emergency braking occurs in the rail vehicle during actual running. It can thus be determined in reverse that, when certain criteria change in the status data, emergency braking of the rail vehicle occurs, which is caused by some reason. Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the state data and the reason for emergency braking may be set according to the actual situation, which is not limited in the present invention.
The invention provides a rail vehicle emergency brake diagnostic system. The method has the advantages that the corresponding relation between the predetermined rail vehicle state data and the rail vehicle emergency braking reason is combined with the rail vehicle state data collected in real time, so that the reason for the rail vehicle emergency braking can be rapidly and accurately determined when the rail vehicle emergency braking occurs, a driver can take emergency treatment measures in time, the time for processing the train emergency braking fault is shortened, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
It should be noted that, the emergency brake diagnostic system for a railway vehicle provided by the present invention is used for executing the above emergency brake diagnostic method for a railway vehicle, and the specific implementation manner thereof is consistent with the implementation manner of the method, and is not described herein again.
The invention further provides a railway vehicle, and the railway vehicle is provided with the railway vehicle emergency brake diagnosis system.
Specifically, the rail vehicle is provided with the rail vehicle emergency brake diagnosis system provided by the invention, and the rail vehicle emergency brake diagnosis system is used for executing the rail vehicle emergency brake diagnosis method provided by the invention.
The rail vehicle quickly locates and prompts the reason for relieving the emergency braking and the emergency braking abnormity of the current train by the rail vehicle state data acquired in real time and combining the pre-established corresponding relation between the train state data and the reason for relieving the emergency braking and the emergency braking abnormity of the train.
According to the emergency braking diagnosis system for the railway vehicle loaded with the railway vehicle, provided by the invention, the reason for the emergency braking of the railway vehicle can be quickly and accurately determined when the railway vehicle is subjected to emergency braking through the corresponding relation between the predetermined railway vehicle state data and the reason for the emergency braking of the railway vehicle and by combining the real-time acquired railway vehicle state data, so that a driver can take emergency treatment measures in time, the time for processing the emergency braking fault of the train is reduced, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
It should be noted that the rail vehicle emergency brake diagnosis system mounted on a rail vehicle provided by the present invention is used for executing the rail vehicle emergency brake diagnosis method, and the specific implementation manner thereof is consistent with the method implementation manner, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 5 is a schematic physical structure diagram of an electronic device provided in the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)510, a communication interface (communication interface)520, a memory (memory)530 and a communication bus (bus)540, wherein the processor 510, the communication interface 520 and the memory 530 are communicated with each other via the communication bus 540. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.

acquiring state data of the rail vehicle;
determining the rail vehicle emergency braking;
and determining the emergency braking reason of the rail vehicle according to the corresponding relation between the predetermined rail vehicle state data and the emergency braking reason of the rail vehicle on the basis of the rail vehicle state data.
2. The rail vehicle emergency brake diagnostic method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the step of collecting rail vehicle status data:
and determining the corresponding relation between the rail vehicle state data and the emergency braking reason of the rail vehicle.
3. The rail vehicle emergency brake diagnostic method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of collecting rail vehicle status data:
determining that the rail vehicle is not applying emergency braking;
and determining the reason for relieving the emergency braking abnormity of the railway vehicle according to the corresponding relation between the preset railway vehicle state data and the reason for relieving the emergency braking abnormity of the railway vehicle on the basis of the railway vehicle state data.
4. The rail vehicle emergency brake diagnostic method of claim 3, further comprising, prior to the step of collecting rail vehicle status data:
and determining the corresponding relation between the rail vehicle state data and the emergency braking abnormity relieving reason of the rail vehicle.
5. The rail vehicle emergency brake diagnostic method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, after the step of determining the cause of rail vehicle emergency braking based on the rail vehicle status data according to a predetermined correspondence of rail vehicle status data to the cause of rail vehicle emergency braking, the step of:
transmitting the emergency braking reason of the rail vehicle to a driver control room, and sending prompt information corresponding to the emergency braking reason of the rail vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
transmitting the rail vehicle emergency braking cause to a remote terminal.
6. The rail vehicle emergency brake diagnostic method according to claim 3 or 4, further comprising, after the step of determining the cause of emergency brake anomaly mitigation of the rail vehicle based on the rail vehicle state data according to a predetermined correspondence relationship between the rail vehicle state data and the cause of emergency brake anomaly mitigation of the rail vehicle, the step of:
transmitting the reason for relieving the abnormal emergency braking of the railway vehicle to a driver control room, and sending prompt information corresponding to the reason for the emergency braking of the railway vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and transmitting the reason for relieving the emergency braking abnormity of the railway vehicle to a remote terminal.
7. A rail vehicle emergency brake diagnostic system, comprising:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring state data of the rail vehicle;
the state judgment unit is used for determining the emergency braking of the railway vehicle;
