Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling a tail light of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method may be performed by a control device 200, and the structure and control principle of the control device 200 will be described in detail below. The control method of the vehicle tail lamp comprises steps S210-S230:
step S210: and acquiring a turning angle signal and a steering signal of the vehicle.
Acquiring the turning angle signal of the vehicle includes: the turning angle signal of the vehicle collected by the turning angle sensor 500 is acquired, and the turning angle signal includes a steering direction and a steering angle.
Among them, the rotation Angle Sensor 500 (SAS) is a Sensor that measures or monitors the rotation Angle of an object. In this application, the rotation angle sensor 500 may be mounted on a steering wheel of an automobile or a bearing of an automobile tire, and is used for measuring a rotation angle when the automobile is turned. For example, the steering wheel angle sensor 500 mounted on the steering wheel of an automobile may be used to detect the neutral position, the turning direction, the turning angle, the turning speed, and the like of the steering wheel. The steering angle sensor 500 of the embodiment of the present application may select a steering wheel angle sensor 500 commonly used in the prior art, and the specific structure and the operation principle thereof are not described in detail. The steering direction and the steering angle of the vehicle are collected by the steering angle sensor 500, and the collected steering angle signal of the vehicle is transmitted to the control device 200.
Acquiring a steering signal of a vehicle includes: a turn signal transmitted by the combination unit 400 is acquired, the turn signal including a turn direction.
The combined component 400 is a general name of an integrated control and adjustment handle such as a turn light and a wiper at the lower part of a steering wheel of a vehicle.
When the vehicle turns, changes lane or overtakes, the driver can dial the combination part 400 of the steering lamp under the steering wheel, and display the steering signal of the vehicle through the automobile headlight, the left and right rearview mirror prompt lamps and the tail lamp, so as to give the steering direction prompt when the front vehicle or the rear vehicle turns, changes lane or overtakes. The steering signal of the vehicle is transmitted to the control device 200 through the combination unit 400.
Step S220: and when the direction represented by the steering angle signal and the direction represented by the steering signal are consistent, generating a tail lamp rotation angle according to the steering angle signal.
When the control device 200 receives the acquired steering angle signal and steering signal of the vehicle, the control device 200 first performs a prejudgment to determine the steering direction of the vehicle and enters a preparation state in advance. The control device 200 continues to determine whether the steering angle signal and the steering signal indicate a consistent direction, e.g., the vehicle is turning left and the combination unit 400 transmits the steering signal to the left. When it is determined that the direction indicated by the turn angle signal and the direction indicated by the turn signal are the same, the control device 200 generates a corresponding rotation angle of the tail lamp based on the turn angle signal.
In one embodiment, the control cluster interface 300 prompts a steering operation error warning when the direction indicated by the turn angle signal and the turn signal are not consistent.
When the steering angle signal and the steering signal of the vehicle are opposite, for example, the vehicle turns left, but the steering signal transmitted by the combination unit 400 is right, at this time, the control device 200 may determine that the steering angle signal and the steering signal of the vehicle are not in accordance, and the control device 200 may transmit the warning message for warning the steering operation error to the combination meter interface 300, display the warning message, and continue to control the vehicle after the driver confirms and confirms the warning message. In this embodiment, the instrument cluster interface 300 may be a display screen interface of a vehicle central control or a vehicle dashboard interface.
In one embodiment, the steering angle signal includes a steering direction and a steering angle, and the generating the tail lamp rotation angle according to the steering angle signal includes:
and generating a tail lamp rotation angle corresponding to the rotation angle signal according to the mapping relation between the calibrated tail lamp rotation angle and the steering angle.
The mapping relation refers to a mapping function in which the steering angle X is mapped to the tail lamp rotation angle Y. Based on the preset optimal visible angle of the tail lamp light, the corresponding relationship between the rotation angle of the tail lamp and the steering angle of the vehicle collected by the corner sensor 500 is calibrated, so that the tail lamp light is always at the optimal visible angle. In this embodiment, the mapping relationship between the rotation angle of the tail light and the steering angle of the vehicle acquired by the steering angle sensor 500 is a theoretical formula obtained after the laboratory and the road calibration method are implemented for multiple times.
The control device 200 performs conversion according to the steering angle of the vehicle acquired by the steering angle sensor 500, and converts the steering angle of the vehicle acquired by the current steering angle sensor 500 into the tail lamp rotation angle according to the mapping relationship between the calibrated tail lamp rotation angle and the steering angle.
For example, when the steering angle of the vehicle acquired by the steering angle sensor 500 is 30 °, the control device 200 performs conversion based on the mapping relationship between the steering angle of the vehicle acquired by the steering angle sensor 500 and the tail lamp rotation angle, and converts the steering angle of the vehicle 30 ° into the tail lamp rotation angle 40 ° in accordance with the above-described mapping relationship so that the tail lamp light at that time is at the optimum viewing angle.
Step S230: and controlling the vehicle tail lamp to rotate according to the tail lamp rotation angle.
In one embodiment, the controlling the tail light of the vehicle to rotate according to the rotation angle of the tail light includes:
according to tail lamp rotation angle, send the tail lamp rotation signal to rotary mechanism 600, the sending of tail lamp rotation signal triggers rotary mechanism 600 rotates corresponding angle, rotary mechanism 600's rotation drives the rotation of vehicle tail lamp.
For example, the control device 200 sends a tail lamp rotation signal to the rotation mechanism 600 on the tail lamp according to the rotation angle of the tail lamp being 30 °, and the tail lamp rotation signal triggers the rotation mechanism 600 on the tail lamp to rotate by a corresponding angle, for example, 30 °, so that the rotation mechanism 600 rotates to drive the tail lamp of the vehicle to rotate, so that the tail lamp light is at the optimal visible angle. The above-described rotation mechanism 600 may be integrated into a tail light of a vehicle, and a specific structure of the rotation mechanism 600 will be described in detail below.

The ECU control module 210 may continuously determine whether the directions indicated by the steering angle signal and the steering signal of the vehicle are consistent, and when the directions indicated by the steering angle signal and the steering signal are consistent, the ECU control module 210 transmits the steering angle signal of the vehicle to the adjusting module 220, and the adjusting module 220 generates the tail lamp rotation angle corresponding to the steering angle according to the mapping relationship between the calibrated tail lamp rotation angle and the steering angle. In this embodiment, the adjusting module 220 is equivalent to a controller, and can convert the steering angle of the vehicle into the rotation angle of the tail light.
When the ECU control module 210 determines that the steering angle signal of the vehicle is not consistent with the direction indicated by the steering signal, the ECU control module 210 transmits the prompt message for warning the steering operation error to the instrument cluster interface 300, and displays the prompt message, and the vehicle can be continuously controlled after the driver confirms the prompt message and confirms the prompt message.
