Description

Headrest and automobile seat
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile equipment, in particular to a headrest and an automobile seat.
Background
Whiplash injury is bone or soft tissue injury caused by the acceleration and deceleration mechanism of the neck resulting from an impact. Data statistics show that the incidence rate of whiplash injury and the incidence rate of road traffic injury are positively correlated, and particularly, rear-end accidents are highly happened. During the rear-end collision, the vehicle body has a forward acceleration at the moment of collision, the chest of the body moves forwards and tends to lift up due to the obstruction of the backrest and the inertia of the head, the head moves horizontally backwards, the lower part of the cervical vertebra stretches, the upper part bends, the reverse S shape appears, and then the head continuously leans backwards, and the whole neck stretches. With the headrest, the head comes into contact with the headrest and continues to recline, but the presence of the headrest prevents this tendency from continuing, and the head begins to move forward under the rebound action of the headrest. Without the headrest, the head would recline further and neck extension reached a limit. And then reverse motion is initiated.
Therefore, the headrest is a protective article which gives consideration to both driving comfort and head safety of passengers. Although whiplash injury is not as fatal as head and chest injuries, complete healing is difficult, and serious sequelae are easily caused. Thus, a comfortable and safe headrest for a vehicle seat is an indispensable component of a vehicle safety device. Most of the existing headrests protect the head of an occupant by longitudinal displacement according to the collision accident of an automobile. For example, chinese patent CN105346417A discloses "a method for using an active headrest for protecting the neck safety of an automobile occupant", which comprises the following steps: firstly, directly communicating an electrically connected control module with an automobile safety system; when the distance between a vehicle behind the automobile and the automobile is within a dangerous value range, the control module directly transmits a command to the air cylinder, the output end of the air cylinder stretches to drive the head plate to move forwards, so that the head of a passenger on the supporting part of the headrest is close to the head of the passenger, the backward movement of the head of the passenger relative to the upper trunk during rear-end collision is limited in advance, and whiplash injury caused by untimely starting of the air cylinder during collision is avoided; when the distance between a vehicle behind the automobile and the automobile is within a safety value range, the control module directly controls the cylinder to retract, namely the output end of the cylinder drives the head plate to move backwards, so that the heads of passengers and the supporting part of the headrest are reset, manual operation is not needed, and the synchronization of headrest protection and an automobile safety system is realized. In the scheme, the head of the passenger is protected only through longitudinal displacement, and the protection in other directions is lacked, so that the safety protection effect cannot be achieved when a side impact occurs.

Examples
With reference to fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a headrest including: the main body 100 has an accommodating space therein, a surface of the main body 100 is formed by sewing an elastic material, and a cavity between the accommodating space and the surface is filled with a sponge, but not limited thereto. The swing assembly 200 is disposed in the accommodation space, and the main body 100 is configured to be switched between the shielding state and the deployed state by the swing assembly 200.
The swing assembly 200 has a swing plate 210, the swing plate 210 is connected to the telescopic assembly 300 in a fitting manner, when the control assembly (not shown) drives the telescopic assembly 300 to extend, the swing plate 210 swings forward and inward (with the direction close to the user side as the front), at this time, the main body 100 is in a protection state, the main body 100 protrudes forward and inward along with the swing plate 210 or when the telescopic assembly 300 returns to the initial position, the swing plate 210 expands backward (with the direction away from the user side as the rear), at this time, the main body 100 is in an expansion state.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the swinging plate 210 is controlled to swing so that the main body 100 has a protection state protruding forward and inward, and when a vehicle collision occurs, the head support can be provided for a user from the rear and the side of the head, thereby avoiding that the head of the user is displaced and whiplash is caused due to no side protection when the vehicle side collision occurs.
Specifically, the swing assemblies 200 are symmetrically arranged in two groups along the central line of the main body 100, and when the main body 100 is in the protection state, the surface of the main body 100 close to the user is U-shaped. The head of the user can be arranged in the U-shaped structure, so that the rear part and the side surface of the head are limited, and the head cannot be greatly displaced to cause injury to a human body. When in the unfolding state, the middle part of the body is slightly concave, which accords with human engineering and is beneficial to the relaxation of the neck of the human body,
on the basis of the above embodiments, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the main body 100 is provided with a fixed plate 110 (a flat plate disposed to follow the outer periphery of the main body) near the seat side, the swing plate 210 is hinged to the fixed plate 110, and the angle between the swing plate 210 and the fixed plate 110 is controlled by the telescopic assembly 300. In which a rigid plate is used for both the fixed plate 110 and the swing plate 210 to ensure stability of the swing plate 210 during swinging. In another embodiment, the swing plate 210 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 211 with a hemispherical cross section and protruding uniformly from the user side to increase the friction between the swing plate 210 and the filled sponge in the main body 100, so that the sponge moves in a desired direction.
In another embodiment, the telescopic assembly 300 comprises a cylinder 310 and a telescopic tube 320 sleeved inside the cylinder 310, wherein one end of the cylinder 310 is connected to the fixed plate 110, and the other end is configured with a sliding block 330 for abutting against the swing plate 210. The swing plate 210 has a slide groove 212 formed on a side thereof close to the fixed plate 110, a slider 330 is hinged to the telescopic tube 320, and the slider 330 is configured to move along the slide groove 212 via the telescopic tube 320. In this embodiment, the cylinder 310 is fixedly connected to the fixed plate 110 by a bolt, so that the extension and retraction direction of the extension tube 320 is determined, and when the extension tube 320 extends to the outside of the cylinder 310, the slider 330 moves along the sliding groove 212 and swings forward and inward while abutting against the swing plate 210; when the bellows 320 returns to the initial position, the slider 330 exerts a pulling force on the swing plate 210 to swing the swing plate 210 rearward and outward.
In the present embodiment, the slider 330 is provided with a flange, the sliding groove 212 is a T-shaped groove, and the flange of the slider 330 is fittingly engaged with the T-shaped groove so that the slider 330 can swing in contact with the swing plate 210 when the telescopic tube 320 is extended. In the process of returning the bellows 320 to the initial position, the slider 330 can apply a force to the swing plate 210, so that the swing plate 210 is reset.
Preferably, referring to fig. 7, an iron block 321 is provided on the extension tube 320 near the fixed plate 110, a partition 311 is provided on the cylinder 310 near the swing plate 210, the extension tube 320 is disposed through the partition 311, an electromagnetic coil winding 340 is accommodated on the partition 311 far from the iron block 321, and the extension tube 320 is configured to extend toward the swing plate 210 along the axis of the cylinder 310 when the electromagnetic coil winding 340 is energized. When the electromagnetic coil winding group is energized, an electromagnetic force is generated, and the attraction iron block 321 moves in the direction of the electromagnetic coil winding group. In this embodiment, the extension tube 320 is an aluminum tube, the iron block 321 is welded to the extension tube 320, and the extension tube 320 is extended to the outside of the cylinder 310 when the iron block 321 is moved in the direction of the solenoid winding group.
Preferably, an elastic member 350 (e.g., a spring) is disposed between the iron block 321 and the fixing plate 110, and drives the telescopic tube 320 to return to the initial position when the electromagnetic coil winding 340 is de-energized. For example, when the electromagnetic coil winding 340 is energized, the iron block 321 moves toward the electromagnetic coil winding 340 against the elastic force of the elastic member 350; when solenoid winding 340 is de-energized, spring 350 provides a restoring force to pull iron 321 back to the initial position.
It should be noted that the bellows 320 is configured such that when the iron block 321 abuts the partition 311, the length of the bellows 320 extending out of the cylinder 310 is the longest. It is easily understood that, in the present embodiment, the moving distance of the bellows 320 is limited by the arrangement of the partition 311, thereby controlling the angle of swing of the swing plate 210.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention based on the above embodiment, the electromagnetic coil winding 340 is electrically connected to a control component (e.g., a PCB board), and an impact signal is transmitted to the control component through an impact sensor to energize the electromagnetic coil winding 340. The working principle of the collision sensor is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
Another embodiment provides an automobile seat, which includes a seat body and the headrest as described above, wherein the headrest is disposed at a position of the seat body close to the head of the user.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
