At present, with the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standard of people, automobiles become indispensable transportation means for people to go out, and the automobiles bring convenience to people and bring more or less dangers, wherein accidents that babies or children are locked in the automobiles because of being forgotten frequently occur.
The media continuously reports tragedies of many children forgotten to be hot-killed in the car every year in the summer. Such accidents occur frequently throughout the world, not only domestically, throughout the years. According to data of the child equity protection website KidsAndCars. org, during 1990-2016, 793 children died in cars with an average of 37 children per year, and the highest one year reached 49 children, wherein the number of children less than 1 year is 32%, and 9 children only in 2017. One recent report was a preliminary survey of 2 boys dying in the car at 21.6.6.2020. Through the primary identification of legal medical experts, 2 boys enter the automobile without locking the automobile door to move, and in the process, the automobile door is locked by touching the central control door lock button in the automobile. Because the people are too young to understand and get rid of the trouble, the people stay in a high-temperature muggy environment for a long time to cause dehydration shock, and finally 2 boys die.
